Excellent staff who were all very, very friendly and very, very helpful. Lovely restaurant with a great rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Istanbul. Will definitely be going back! More fresh fruit choice at breakfast would've been nice

- Khrystyna (8/5): - Гарний готель, зручна локація. Ймовірно зупинились би ще. Трохи зіпсувала враження ситуація під час заселення. Я забронювала й оплатила два номери на своє ім’я. Мене та частину гостей зареєстрували в один номер. Коли я попросила перереєструвати нас у другий номер, а моїх друзів, які приїжджали пізніше, поселити в цей, мені сказали, що це неможливо. Ключ від другого номера мені спочатку відмовились видавати, аргументуючи це тим, що моїх друзів не можуть поселити у «використаний» номер. Частково я розумію логіку такого правила, але обидва номери були заброньовані й оплачені мною, включно з депозитом. Тому, на мою думку, на мою вимогу могли просто видати ключ, без суперечки на підвищених тонах. У підсумку ключ я все ж отримала, але моїх друзів посеред ночі все одно повели в номер, де ми вже спали, що створило незручності. Думаю, цього можна було легко уникнути, якби нас одразу перереєстрували в інший номер.

- Eirinimich (9/5): - Κεντρικό ξενοδοχείο, 5 λεπτά από την πλατεία Ταξιμ. Άνετο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό. Κάθε μέρα καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Καλό πρωινό, έχει αρκετές επιλογές. Η αίθουσα πρωινού είναι στον έκτο όροφο. Έχει ωραία θέα. Κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο έχει πολλά μαγαζιά για φαγητό και γλυκό. Επίσης και super market. το μόνο αρνητικό όταν φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από την ώρα check in δεν μας ενημέρωσαν σωστά και περιμέναμε μια ώρα χωρίς λόγο. Θα μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας και να επιστρέψουμε αργότερα.

Lovely staff and helpful when asked. I loved the style and layout of the room. I was pleased with my balcony and being away from the lift area of the hall It’s so noisy. I did not have a good nights sleep at all. Sirens and beeping for most of the night. I later learnt that it is located beside a hospital hence the constant ambulance noises. My room was right under the restaurant and the banging and dragging of chairs woke me up early morning and late night. The slamming of doors in the halls was awful and the echo of people speaking. The phones in my room kept ringing for 1 second every 15 mins even plugged out of the sockets. When I took a shower a very strong smell of cigarettes was lingering the whole time. The shower doors were so bad and kept getting stuck had to use a lot of force to open and close, also very dark.

- Alex (1/5): Very Disapointing - Nothing specific The staff is unpolite, many info are not provided, english very poor, not customer oriented, they pretend to provide spa facilities with free access to sauna but it is not functional, you have to go to another accomodation, another AKKA Hotel, for spa facilities. For those who appreciate wellness it's not suitable. Completely unprofessional staff. Although the property claims to offer sauna access, the sauna was not working during my stay. I asked for compensation for the missing service, such as breakfast, but the request was refused with no alternative solution. A disappointing experience and a lack of respect for guests.

- Leonid (5/5): Despite friendly staff and a spacious room, the noise and early cleaning really hurt the experience. - A hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was quite spatious. Well, there were basically two things that made our stay very frustrating. The cleaning at the hotel starts at 9 am, so you should expect that every morning around that time a cleaner will knock on your door and wake you up. That’s something quite unique, I hadn’t experienced anything like that before. It was also extremely noisy. You can hear sirens and cars honking all night long; it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Для городского отеля прекрасно! - Хорошее расположение, уютный номер, наличие халатов и тапочек, чистота, удобные кровати, персонал, видовый ресторан для завтраков, наличие хамам/сауны. Выбор хлеба, сыров и оливок хороший за завтраком. Кофе невкусный за завтраком. И так же по еде на завтрак - можно было бы добавить сосиски в качестве мясного разнообразия.

- Marta (5/5): Okay hotel - Nice terrace, good breakfast, nice staff at the spa, large room. Beds are very uncomfortable. We knew the location was very central so expect some noise at any time of the day and night. The staff working at the spa were great but the premises not great. When we left we asked for a taxi and said we could only pay with card. The hotel staff contacted a taxi provider and we even agreed on a price. Once the taxi driver left us at the airport it turned out that the price was higher and the taxi driver could not accept card payments. The taxi driver called the hotel asking for explanation and support but the hotel staff could not provide any. Not what I would expect from an hotel of this category.

- HASAN (10/5): حتما سوف اوعد له عندما يكون لي عمل في نفس المنطقة - من الاستقبال واحترفية تعاملهم ولطفهم الغرفة واسعة وخذ الغرف التي طلالتها على الميدان جميلة جداً المطعم جربته في الزيارة السابقة الشيف كان متواجد وابتسامته واستقباله قمة في الذوق والأدب اهنيئكم على هذا الطاقم وهذه الاحترافية البوابة التي مقابل الدخول والخروج مقفلة بطاولة صغيرة تمنع الدخول والخروج بسلاسة
