• Evgenii (9/5): - Очень приветливый и приятный персонал. Большая территория: зоопарк, футбольные поля, теннисные корты. Хорошая еда. Отличный вид на море из номера. Не пополняли мини-бар 4 дня подряд, да и то только после того многочисленных жалоб. Как мы поняли, он приходит в 10 и если стоит табличка "не беспокоить", то извольте остаться без воды и так далее (повторно он никогда не приходил). Мы выходили из номера всегда в 10.10-10.30 на пляж и оставались без пополнений, хотя уборка была каждый день. Еще из минусов: в 8 утра в субботу просыпаешься от звука бензопилы (так себе ощущения). Не работало 2 горки из 6-ти.

• Vanessa (9/5): Another beautiful stay! - This was my second time here, and I was just as pleased as the first time. I went with my husband and almost 1 year old baby. My mother, father, grandfather, and aunt also joined us this time. Even with a range of ages, physical abilities, and interests everyone had a fantastic time. Everyone found food they enjoyed, and overall we had a great time. Between the 6 of us we had a total of 10 massages during our 3 day stay. The spa staff are excellent at their jobs. My baby once again throughly enjoyed the playground area even with older kids playing around as well. It’s truly a great space. We also took him to the Mini Disco one evening and loved it. There was a staff member teaching dance moves to all of the kids. It was fun without being chaotic, which I appreciated as a parent. The property itself is so beautiful and well kept. My baby and I enjoyed many early morning walks together. My only complaint was that the food in the main restaurant didn’t always have allergens properly listed. My baby has a handful of severe allergies, but he eats many foods. So I was looking at the signs carefully to avoid his allergies. A few times I came across a food that clearly had cheese on it but no dairy allergen was listed. HOWEVER, I discussed this with some staff and they made it very clear that next time we could chat with the head chef and he would prepare a special menu for my son. This is the kind of above and beyond service you can expect from Bellis. Overall my family was very pleased and we plan to return!

• Simona (9/5): Glücksgriff - Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Das zimmer war modern und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und der Service generell toll. Das Personal ist uns sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Café und Kids Club positiv aufgefallen. Die warmen Pools waren im März großartig. Das Essen war durchweg lecker und auch die Getränkeauswahl sowie der Kaffee sehr gut. Der Kuchen im Café nachmittags hat uns auch überzeugt. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief reibungslos. Der Zoo ist leider nicht empfehlenswert und zeitgemäß. Die Käfige sind teilweise zu klein und nicht artgerecht. Das hat uns nicht gefallen.

Питание, на высшем уровне . В отеле готовят и турекцие и европейские блюда . Есть даже борщ, куриный супчик, сырники и тд . Роллы очень вкусные, они без риса, там сплошная рыба и нори, это супер . Морепродукты каждый день. Креветки, кальмары, лосось , дорадо, мидии, осьминог . Выпечка очень вкусная . И что самое интересное, в ресторане нет запаха приготовления еды, значит вытяжки у них очень сильные . Блюда оформленны красиво и везде чисто . Форма у официантов красивая , чистая . Повара на высшем уровне . Алкоголь есть европейский и турецкий . Коктейльная карта очень большая . Очень вкусные коктейли на любой вкус . Есть 2 уличных бассейна , которые подогреваются 28-30 градусов . В номерах убирают каждый день . Постельное белье белоснежное, хорошего качества . В номерах чисто . Мы ехали в этот отель компагией из 10 человек. Так как отель я выбирала, я очень переживала что вдруг кому-то не понравится, но нет . Мы все просто в восторге. Цена и качество на 10 из 10. Хоть отель и не новой постройки , но все очень прекрасно в нем . Планируем в июле снова вернуться в него . Пляж чистый и длинный . Дно песок и мелкая галька . Мне именно такое дно нравится . В общем, все мы в востроге . Срасибо персоналу и отелю за прекрасный отдых. 😘😩😩 Зоопарк еще есть . Много животных. Для деток чудесно

• Bartłomiej (7/5): Decent, tasty, clean but with areas for improvements - It was very clean and friendly. The view from our room was stunning. Food - excellent, fresh, rich and tasty, especially more Turkish flavours and dishes. The area - well organised and tidy. I am sure that in the high season it’s full of life and even better! Three main things that lower the score: - no matter how hard you try, your towels will be replaced every day. Waste of water, disrespect to own rules and to nature all the notes are about. - even the hotel name is confusing. Heated Aqua Park means two small pools heated up to 27 degrees which is too little to have fun. Slides worked once. We chose this hotel tempted by possibility of having water fun in winter, big disappointment in that regard. - staff constantly speaking to us in Russian, I understand they are 90% of your guests, but it was weird to excuse ourselves all the time that we do not speak Russian and we do not want to be associated to being Russians.

• Vanessa (10/5): Worth every penny - My husband and I have stayed at 2 other all inclusive hotels in Antalya, but Bellis outshined them BY FAR. —We loved the private beach access even though it was winter. It was beautiful to walk by the peaceful sea each morning and evening. —The food was great, but the desserts were definitely the stars of the show. —The heated pools were fantastic for winter. —The zoo was fun, we visited twice in 4 days. —The spa was incredible. They made us a fantastic deal to get 5 massages to split between the 2 of us over our stay. —The kids park was amazingly well kept and so fun for all ages. We have a baby (less than 1 year) and he loved visiting multiple times a day to swing and slide and ride the little trucks. —The staff was very attentive in every area of the hotel. Housekeeping even changed our bedding each day which I appreciated. I can’t remember anything significant. Some of the food in the dining area could’ve used more salt, but better to be undersalted than oversalted.
• Tatiana (8/5): Хорошо - Приятная территория, хороший пляж и море. Теплый бассейн на самом деле довольно освежающий, особенно учитывая температуру снаружи в ноябре, но есть хороший крытый бассейн. Еду хочу похвалить отдельно - исключительно вкусная в любое время дня, сильно порадовал отдельный поздний перекус до часа ночи. Развлечения стандартные для этого побережья - дискотеки, танцевальные шоу, для детей есть еще зоопарк. При бронировании через букинг в описании номера указано - ‘вид на море’, однако учитывая конфигурацию отеля, номеров с прямым видом на море совсем мало и те, что предложили нам, были в лучшем случае ‘вид на море через щель между балконами’. Пришлось отстаивать свои права, когда хотелось приехать и отдыхать - это, конечно, подпортило впечатление. Кроме этого в несезон тот шаттл, что ходит до ближайшего города, в ноябре, как оказалось, не ходит, и до отеля можно добраться только на такси, а цены раза в два выше, чем в Анталии. Поскольку вокруг отеля на несколько километров только другие отели, то выбраться куда-то погулять и посмотреть окрестности - идея не самая хорошая.

• Aleksei (9/5): Безупречный выбор в Белеке - Понравилось все! Прежде всего отличное местоположение - недалеко от аэропорта и от Парка Легенд. Отличный сервис, обслуживание, кухня. Двухместная комната возможно не такая большая, если селиться с ребенком, но для двоих места достаточно. Официанты обслуживают без претензий на чаевые круглосутчно - будь вы в столовой, в баре на пляже или в лаунже или у сцены вечером. Анимация не дала заскучать даже нашему ребенку 12 лет, который у удовольствием проводил время в мини-клубе общаясь с аниматорами. Еда заслуживает отдельных похвал - морепродукты, мясные блюда, апельсиновый фреш на завтрак, ну и конечно же десерты - все эти пункты безупречны. Однозначно вернусь снова, если будет заманчивое предложение. Еще отмечу море - купались в конце октября каждый день, но для любителей теплой воды - есть горки с подогревом. Также очень удобная пляжная линия - обошли все пляжи по соседству - в Белис самая комфортная песчаная линия. Нет предела совершенству, поэтому посоветую так держать и не еще больше повышать уровень сервиса и самого отеля.

• sheida (9/5): - Upon our arrival, the hotel facilities were thoroughly explained to us. The restaurant was clean and offered a great variety of delicious dishes. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The swimming pool had warm water, and the water slides were very enjoyable. The beach was nice, and the pier was excellent.The evening shows were different and exciting every night, especially for both children and adults guests were not allowed to take drinks or food outside the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient for my mother since walking was difficult for her. Also, there were no spoons, forks, or glasses available in the room.

• Mohamed (3/5): Overall, it was a bad experience. We will never come back again and definitely do not recommend this hotel. - The beach We had a very disappointing experience at Bellis Deluxe Belek. The service was horrible and most of the staff were not friendly at all. The food was inconsistent.. sometimes decent, sometimes really bad, depending on where you eat. Activities and entertainment were just okay, nothing special. All hotels do the same. The room was definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, no information was provided, and we constantly had to ask about everything ourselves. My wife also tried the manicure service, which was expensive. The lady who did it didn’t speak English, and the result was poor.

• Sam (6/5): Good stay, unfortunately effected by one major item - Very clean and the kids loved the water park Our sweet states it sleeps 4 people, the second bed is a sofa bed and it’s not fit for purpose, I barely slept all week, and complained about it 3 times and it was finally sorted on the last night. For a 5 star hotel that calls itself delux this was far from it. I then asked as a way of compensation could we have a late check out and cause no one speaks English in the hotel they didn’t understand the point I was trying to make.

In the bathroom lighting system, you can't see your face in the mirror because the light is right above your head and the shadow of your head blocks the light.
• Anas (7/5): Good - 1-Very nice and big resort 2-we love the food tasty and the pizza is one of the best that I tried + the doner kabab is very nice and 3-the zoo is wonderful 4-the girls at the reception are helpful + the guest relations are so nice with us 5-a lot of activities till the night 6-the beach street are very nice The hugeness in the first day was sooo bad but when we make a problem they inform the cleaner to take care of us more but the problem not on the cleaner, the problem is on the (staff manager on the night shift)

• Fawzi (4/5): A Disappointing Return After 10 Years - I stayed at Bellis Deluxe Hotel back in 2015 and had an amazing experience that left a lasting impression. I decided to come back after 10 years, full of excitement and high expectations based on those great memories. Unfortunately, the hotel has noticeably declined in several areas. The buffet restaurant had an unpleasant smell that made dining uncomfortable. In the room, the curtains were too thin and didn’t block the light properly, which made it hard to rest. One of the biggest challenges was the communication barrier — many of the staff couldn’t speak even basic English, which made simple requests unnecessarily frustrating. It’s sad to see a place that once felt truly special lose the quality and attention to detail that made it memorable. I hope management seriously considers improving the service and facilities before more loyal guests are left disappointed

• Danaoancea (9/5): Superb - Lovely staff everywhere. Animation team did their best. Coffee, teas, nuts, chips, etc a treat! Because I cannot drink coffee with regular cows milk, I was really pleased to find soy milk at the caffee shop. Bread was really good and I found dark flour bread, as I am not allowed white flour bread, I was able to choose from a few typed and they were always so fresh and fluffy! I loved the traditional food and found the taste was well balanced in all the spices! Absolutelly loved the zoo! We were there even 2 times a day and found it very clean and well taken care of! Well done! The complex si amazing and huge. I loved every minute of it. But please! Only come if you are well mannered. I am a little bit affraid to give it a big score as I actually like the hotel free🤣(a bit selfish here). Hotel staff happy to help and organised takeaway breakfast on the day of our departure as we would have missed it! Really helpful when you have kids! 🙏🏼 You are all amazing! We picked the decorating broccoli, red peppers, radishes sometimes as there were only a few times broccoli and rarely found radishes in salads. My boys wat a lot of veggies and we missed the red peppers(one time there was a bunch put near the meats and we took a whole one 😅), radishes and that might be a suggestion. Also, another suggestion would be “sugar free” sweets🙈. I only found dark chocolate once in the coffee shop. For someone that is not allowed sugar, it is hard to find something to e joy with a good coffee, so maybe having the option to announce in advance that there will be a person with certain allergies/intolerances present in the hotel would be a big plus! The kids entertainment is mainly in russinan so my boys only visited once, after that we would rather go for a walk and get in bed early🙈. Maybe advertise the zoo more and horseriding by putting up signs with the price? Airport transfer too expensive (80€ one way for 2+2kids; 160€, both ways- we paid 50€ both ways through booking!) Double bed very hard. I could not sleep in it. Matb add the choice for a topper for people that preffer softer mattresses? Sofa was not made upon arrival and we only had towels for 3 but the reception staff was really helpfull and solved this immediatelly! Sofa is not extendeble, we had to sleep 2 people in it and was a little bit odd.
• Ramesh (9/5): Very relaxing - Well located, large premises, access to pools and the beach and very friendly staff Food quality was average though the spread was huge; given a lot of international guests, the fact that most of their staff could barely speak English was a problem at times in communicating. Even though the room was very warm (the day time temperature had warmed to 25-26C), they hadn't turned the central air-conditioning on, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open.

• Evelin (10/5): Exceptional - free minibar! very good room cleaning service, food was good, near to the beach and the beach is sandy, you don't need watershoes, unless you want to play volleyball, in beachfront there are sand and little rock mixed. Tasty capuccino in lobbybar and Cafe :) Reception were helpful and friendly. Bed were comfortable and with normal blankets :P in Camelia garden. too far from main road, you have to order a taxi every time you want to go some where, and one ride cost( with return) is 30 € ( to Belek or Land of Legends) . Taxis usually are big enough for 6 people. Spa center expensive. I usually buy massage(es) every time when I visit Turkey, not this time.

• Paolo (9/5): Excellent hotel for families - Very good buffet restaurant, very clean common areas and clean beach, long pier with plenty of chairs, water sports, very good night shows and music, water slides and kids heated pool, even a zoo with horses that you can ride, a lot of entertainment for kids. This hotel is definitely BELLISsimo! Although they provide both an indoor heated pool and another heated pool for kids by the water slides, the 2 large swimming pools for adults were freezing cold. I hope they could heat them as well, at least from October to June, just that little bit which allows humans set foot in.

• Oleksandr (9/5): Superb - I liked the room space, especially for the family holiday and hotel premises, access to the beach, and the amenities available at the hotel from morning till late night. The Bellis bark is quite good and can be shared with cocktails.

The service from the barmen and staff at restaurants are poor,not friendly at all, especially if you are English speaking, the staff really need hospitality training and also need to employ staff that are fluent in English. We went to a few resorts already, unfortunately Bellis won't be seeing us again.

• Corinda (10/5): Excellent two night stay! - An incredible two night stay at Bellis Deluxe. Loved everything. The food was incredible (I am vegetarian and felt really well catered for) and the amount and variety of food available impressed us all. The beach was great and we all loved the water slides and the zoo was lovely. Staff were really friendly and even let us hang out after check out as we had a late flight. Excellent from start to finish!
• Secil (10/5): Probably the best all-inclusive hotel we've stayed at in Turkey so far. - Throughout our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We stayed in a large, comfortable family room with an amazing view. The minibar was stocked with drinks and snacks, refreshed daily, and included in the price. The food and drinks were top quality, available all day from various restaurants and cafes. Everything was fresh and delicious! The hotel offered premium alcohol brands, and the drinks menu was impressive—we tried different cocktails every day! The entertainment catered to both kids and adults. My 13-year-old loved playing water polo and football during the day and made new friends, while I relaxed by the pool. In the evenings, there was live music and a separate kids' entertainment programmes. The hotel itself is large, with facilities like tennis courts, but we spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach. We also tried the traditional Turkish hamam massage and other treatments at the spa. I left feeling like a completely new person—relaxed and rejuvenated! The best part, according to my son, was definitely the waterslides! We had an amazing time on the slides and probably enjoyed them the most. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. I highly recommend this hotel.

• Olga (9/5): It was our honeymoon and it couldn’t be any better!! - Location is very good, personnel is just fantastic; friendly, nice, considerate! The level of services is top! All staff: reception, porters, room service, restaurant, beach and pool, bars - fantastic, thank you for doing your job with such a high quality and a smile! The food could have been a bit better, though I understand how difficult it is to ensure that all tastes are met. There was no issue with a quality of the food, it was eatable and the variety is huge. It’s just some food could have been a bit more yummy. But thats kore a caprice rather than a complaint. And it’s nothing considering a very high quality of all other services. Ah, and we were surprised that probably 99.9% of all guests were Russians, interesting experience.

• El (8/5): Very good - Great facilities and flexible opening hours of the various food stations Reception staff have extremely poor communication skills. In addition to their very average English, they are very unwelcoming and simply provide a yes/no answer with no eye contact/smile to more evolved questions. Maybe for Russian speakers the experience was different given the proficiency of the staff in the language. The hotel would have a 10 if it had more professional reception staff.
• Huberthuman (9/5): Lovely all inclusive stay - The all inclusive was really great. It wasn't hard to get a drink and the food options were delicious. I felt that it was good value for money. It was also nice that they restock the mini bar in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop cafe with drinks and snacks daily was nice as well. The zoo is a nice addition to the resort. The baggage wrap was a very cool initiative from the hotel. Thanks to custome relations (i think maria) for helping me book a round of golf. The room was small, the bed was not super comfortable. The room seemed dated and the bathroom was leaking shower from the bathtub. It would be great if the staff new a bit more about the golf in the area and perhaps a shuttle to take you there. Kadraye taxis are not much short of a scam with their prices, so just a suggestion to cater more for your golfing guests. Most courses wont help you or speak english.
• Lfbee (6/5): Pleasant - Great food, everything is clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. Good amenities. Pools are great. Cocktails and alcohol are good. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very good. Absolutely awful staff. Besides 2 wonderful staff, rest were awful. Especially at the beach bar. Everytime we ordered something we had to wait 15 minutes at least. Sometimes drinks came after we finished our snack.

No complaints whatsoever. An additional thank you for letting some members of our family to check in earlier after long overnight travel. So much food.

Perhaps as an improvement the hotel could consider adding more games facility like pool tables and table football.
