• Martin (8/5): Ubytování celkově velmi doporučuji - Ubytování je v klidné lokalitě. Odpovídalo vše fotografiím, balkon byl velkou výhodou. Předání klíčů a komunikace s personálem byla výborná. Vše naprosto v pořádku. Jediné co bych vytkl byly velmi proležené matrace v obývacím pokoji (rozkládací gauč a kanape). Nebylo to dvakrát příjemné spaní. Ostatní matrace v postelích byly pohodlné

• Tatiana (5/5): - L' emplacement entre l'aéroport et la Médina. On trouve de suite un taxi pour nous y emmener... Communication rapide et efficace avec l'hôte. Le logement est clair, propre, bien équipé et très jolie déco MAIS la résidence est TRÈS BRUYANTE, les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage: nous n'avons pas beaucoup dormi... Vraiment dommage. Le bruit... Entrées et sorties des voisins de palier, les terrasses juste en dessous et surtout les klaxons des rues proches qui n' arrêtent pas: très rigolo en journée quand on arrive sur Marrakech mais la vie de ce quartier continue toute la nuit...

It’s impossible to close the windows. There is a gap no matter what and the streets are very noisy. There are cars and motorcycles going 24/7. The bathroom was extremely small.

• Martina (9/5): - Struttura molto confortevole, aveva tutte le comodità, bidet, televisione con netflix. E tutto questo a un buon prezzo. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo. L’unica nota “negativa” è che per entrare nel palazzo devi entrare in un vicoletto buio però non sono nemmeno 2 minuti di strada in questo vicoletto quindi è abbastanza irrilevante però all’inizio può sembrare spaventoso perché è tutto buio, ma é molto tanquillo.

L’appartement était propre à mon arrivée et les draps étaient également propres. L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement aux messages, ce qui est très appréciable pour l’organisation du séjour. L’accès au logement est simple et pratique. Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble. le sol est très froid, presque glacé, même avec la climatisation qui fonctionne. La salle de bain est très petite et l’appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos que dans la réalité. Le prix m’a également semblé un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.

• Bas (3/5): Apartment did not match our expectations - The apartment we stayed in did not match our expectations based on the booking, which we did last-minute through the Booking app. We found the 100+ photos misleading, as they turned out to represent different apartments across various locations. From the first images, we had hoped to stay in a bright apartment on a quiet side street with a balcony. Instead, we ended up in a much simpler, more basic unit on the third floor, next to a busy road, far from the elegant entrance shown in the initial photos. It remains unclear why the owner doesn't list the apartments separately to avoid such confusion. For the price we paid, we had hoped to spend our last night in Marrakesh in a more comfortable and accurately represented setting.

• Norberto Amaral (8/5): Good place to stay in Marrakech - perfect for a small group - Great apartment, with three bedrooms and a living room with two sofa beds. Location is very good - it's not in the center but great for a large apartment but it's very close to the train station. There is a great restaurant at the street level which is perfect to serve as a reference point for taxi drivers. Communication with the property manager was perfect as well as with the concierge! The bathroom's water temperature and pressure were perfect. We made tea every day with the appliances in the kitchen. All mattresses were very very hard and so not as comfortable. The bathroom is very small and cramped and water gets everywhere.

It is in a good location. Out of the main tourist areas with lots of places to eat nearby and a nice walk into the heart of Marakesh. • Naffiese (9/5): A great stay for a family vacation - The apartment was one of the only ones I could get which could house the amount of travellors we had. The accomadation was great and included everything we needed and the host was very responsive to requests. Shower pressure was good and location was also great, just off a side street so it is quiter but also next the to the heart of Gueliz. There is a great little breakfast/lunch spot next to the apartmens. The lift begins after a flight of stairs, although for me this was fine I had some elder people with me who struggled and also if you have any large suitcases.

The location is good and close to a lot of stores and malls, Medina etc… I was thankful she provided a clean and spacious crib for our baby. Clean house, sheets…although the towels may need changing. The property has a faulty electrical wire. The bathroom sink (running water) would shock us with electricity. Extremely dangerous and should be fixed immediately before someone gets seriously hurt or the apartment catches fire. We let the owner know and hopefully it is fixed before renting it to another family. I believe this is why the bathroom is extremely hot as well..
