• isabel (10/5): Fabulous!! It was everything we wanted and needed - This accommodation offer truly fulfilled all our needs and exceeded our expectations. We were 5 days in Tuscany planning to explore Florence city only in 1 day (we will be back). Priority was to mainly relax in an accommodation in a quiet surroundings well connected to Florence at a affordable price, Rocca Palazzaccio ticked all requirements. The pool was a big plus, Tuscany is so hot during summer time, my holidays wouldn’t be so enjoyable if not having the opportunity to refresh myself daily once in Tuscany. The property is super charming and is set in a beautiful green landscape, peaceful and inspiring. The staff in-site exceeded our expectations, was extremely available and genuinely happy to help. Special thanks to the 2 ladies working in property every morning, they really made us feel welcomed and that the well-being of our stay were important for them, great assets.

Piscina exterioara (minunata vara), numeroase locuri exterioare ptr socializare cu prietenii. Check-in/out complet electronic foarte convenabil. Acces la Firenze si imprejurimi. Recomand! Doar ca o recomandare: aerisirile de ventilatie multiple fac ca sa se piarda foarte multa caldura din camera, mai ales in sezonul rece. Practic pe acele aerisiri intra aer foarte rece de afara. La noi in apartament erau vreo 3. Poate ar trebui analizata aceasta situatie si gasita o solutie mai potrivita de ventilare naturala a incaperilor.

• LOLOTTE (9/5): Parfait. - L'appartement situé à quelques kilomètres de Florence est super. Plutôt bien agencé pour quelques nuits. Petit déjeuner sympa. Mario a été très réactif à nos demandes. De l'appartement, nous faisions 10 minutes d'autoroute pour arriver à Florence ou nous attendait un immense parking à 5 euros la journée et d'où nous prenions le tramway jusqu'au centre de Florence pour 1.70 euros. Si nous revenons à Florence nous reviendrons. RAS

• Barbieri (9/5): - Tipico casolare di campagna alle porte di Firenze in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa ma allo stesso tempo a pochi chilometri dall'uscita autostradale e alla statale per Siena. L'appartamentino dove abbiamo soggiornato è ristrutturato e pulito con bagno in camera e travi a vista. Molto carino e confortevole in posizione ideale sia per visitare Firenze che le cittadine circostanti. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e riservato.

Impossible de dormir à cause d’un chien à côté du logis et qui était dans la propriété et qui a aboyé toute la nuit et le jour sans arrêt. Le logement est mal isolé et on avait l’impression d’avoir le chien devant la fenêtre. Nous n’avons pas dormis de la nuit! J’ai envoyé un message pour que cela cesse sans réponse. Il n’y a personne pour vous recevoir ou répondre. Je n’y retournerai plus jamais. Cela ne mérite pas les étoiles.

Er lagen 2 koffiecups die niet geschikt waren voor het apparaat. We waren onze thee vergeten en hadden dus geen thee of koffie bij het ontbijt dat we zelf gelukkig wel hadden meegenomen. Heel dichtbij was er n pizzeria en n gelaterie. We hebben van beiden genoten!! Het was een aangenaam adresje!! Niet echt n ramp die koffie.

Blisko (5 min pieszo) do mniejszego supermarketu. 10 min autem do bardzo dużego marketu w sąsiednim miasteczku. Apartament wygodny. Kuchnia dość dobrze wyposażona. Plus za ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Sprzątanie dwa razy w tygodniu zawsze ładnie posprzątane. W obiekcie czysto. Basen zadbany. Dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą rezerwacją. Ogólnie ocena bardzo dobra! W obiekcie w zamkniętym osobnym kojcu biegał pies, który głośno szczekał o 5 rano akurat tuz pod oknem naszej sypialni. Można ewentualnie zastanowić się nad modyfikacją jego wybiegu w stosunku do apartamentu 11. Poza tym możnaby zastanowić się nad odświeżeniem mebli ogrodowych drewnianych które nie stoją pod namiotem. Można zadbać lepiej o czystość przestrzeni nad łazienką w apartamencie 11 (między dachem a sufitem łazienki). Moskitiery nie do końca szczelne oraz konieczne uszczelnienie drzwi wejściowych od dołu ponieważ przedostawały się tamtędy mniejsze jaszczurki.

• Claudia (9/5): Consigliatissima - L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e non solo, ci sono lavastoviglie, microonde, stendino, asciugamani ma anche teli per la piscina e un'ampia armadiatura. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il patio privato con tavolino e ombrellone per poter fare una colazione tranquilla. Super apprezzata la box omaggio per la colazione con latte, marmellate, fette biscottate, capsule di caffè e tè per tutti gli ospiti e gli essenziali come olio, sale, pepe e zucchero per poter cucinare. Inoltre abbiamo trovato anche dell'acqua fresca in frigo! Infine, è risultato molto comodo il sistema di apertura di cancelli e porte dell'appartamento tramite cellulare (oltre alla classica soluzione con pin). Ideale per rilassarsi lontano dal caos. Più che una nota negativa è un consiglio in quanto essendo in 4 ci è risultato scomodo dover posizionare tutti gli asciugamani in bagno: potrebbe essere utile inserire un'attaccapanni.

• Aurélie (9/5): - La beauté du lieu, la piscine, le parking sécurisé, le calme, tout est très bien équipé et propre. Le logement est accessible rapidement par l'autoroute. La possibilité d'aller à Florence en bus seulement à 20min est un gros plus! Je recommande +++
• Erik (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf, op steenworp afstand van de Autostrada en Florence. - Dit kleinschalige appartementencomplex (iets van 12 accomodaties) ligt heel gunstig. Op de plattegrond lijkt het of je strak tegen een weg aan ligt, maar inwerkelijkheid ligt het complex hoog op een heuvel. Alleen met noordenwind hoor je de snelweg die op enkele kilometers ligt. Verder is het heerlijk rustig. Wij hadden een studio, die van alles was voorzien: een lekker bed, goed sanitair en een kitchinette zodat je zelf kon koken, ontbijten en zelfs een oven (en magnetron). Een klein zitje, wat we ook buiten konden neerzetten, maar pal om de hoek was ook een hele zithoek met lounge bankjes en een grote eettafel waar wij elke ochtend ontbijt aten. (elk apartement is om dit centrale punt heen gebouwd). Om de 2 nachten werden handdoeken, bedlinnen en keukenlinnen vervangen. En een ontbijtsetje met allerlei handige spulletjes stond klaar. Geen receptie, maar via whatsapp altijd iemand om navraag te doen en een tuinman en schoonmaakster die dagelijks aanwezig waren. Zwembad is fijn, ruim voldoende bedden, vaak waren wij alleen aan het zwembad. Parkeren doe je pal naast het zwembad en de poort bedien je gemakkelijk. De supermarkt onderaan de heuvel is met 5 min. wandelend te bereiken. Daarvandaan vertrekt ook de bus die je voor 1,70 euro naar Florence brengt (in een half uurtje). Wij hebben lekker gegeten in het restaurant dat net iets hoger op de berg ligt. We hadden helaas een tandarts nodig. Schoonmaakster Nartyla was zo aardig om te tolken, heel fijn! Tip: rijd 10 minuutjes het binnenland in voor de indrukwekkende Amerikaanse begraafplaats van Florence. Een langer bed was welkom geweest. Maar het was lekker breed en we hebben desondanks goed geslapen.

Ça se voit que le gérant est impliqué et soigne bien cette résidence Deux améliorations possibles: un séchoir (ça serait pratique pour maillot et serviette après la baignade en piscine), et la ventilation de l'appartement: cela concerne probablement uniquement l'emplacement où nous avons dormi qui a uniquement l'entrée comme ouverture. Certes, on peut aérer via l'entrée mais on ne peut pas laisser ouvert tout le temps et on constate une odeur d'humidité à chaque fois qu'on revient. S'il y a moyen d'améliorer ce point (bien que compliqué), ça serait parfait.

• Isabelle (9/5): Calme, campagne et piscine, le rêve - L'emplacement au calme , la piscine après une journée de promenade. Le parking qui permet de laisser sa voiture en sécurité et prendre le bus à 8mn à pieds ( n°37 pour Florence et tickets chez coop en face de l'arrêt ou directement dans le bus). La réactivité des gérants en cas de problème. Tout à été parfait. Il manquait un séchoir à linge pour faire sécher les serviettes devant l'appartement et une planche à découper dans la cuisine.

• Patrizia (8/5): Piacevole - Pulizia, generi di prima necessità, aria condizionata e la tranquillità. Il self check in per cui bisogna registrarsi, tutto in autonomia senza aver nessun contatto con l’host.
