Rudy (9/5): By far the best apartment we have stayed at from Cairns to Brisbane A1+++++++++ - Brilliant apartments, the best we have stayed at, very roomy and well laid out. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. As per most of these stays, the in house TV was poor, very hard to use and missing Foxtel for sport etc. It was one of those horrible google TVs , very hard to find useful channels.

Katrina (9/5): We got trapped in Agnes Waters due to flooding. The Pavilions team were so kind and heavily discounted our rate for the - It was large and spacious and perfect layout. The view was amazing and we could hear the beach. When we needed fresh linen they provided it and were very quick to respond to any enquires. The beds were a bit hard.

I loved that it had a dishwasher, washing machine etc. The bed was VERY comfy! I would definitely stay here again. Really great place- the only thing I could comment on which is minor- is that we could have been given a bit more dishwashing liquid, washing powder etc to suit the length of our stay.
Katey (5/5): - Hotel looks lovely from the outside. Nice pools & grounds. Close proximity to the beach. Very large, 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment we were given could use some maintenance and good deep clean. Skirting boards throughout had moisture damage and were all puffed up looking like they're growing mushrooms. All walls we're filthy. In need of a decent wash and repaint. Carpets extremely stained and dirty looking all throughout. Curtain backings filthy and not big enough to cover the sliding doors properly in kids rooms. They didn't block outside 24hr lights of the walkways properly. Being on ground floor, the kids we're a little scared & unsettled at night due to this. Air con in one the kids rooms was broken and not working. Room had a very musty smell overall. Pools were lovely but quite dirty. Used them 3 days in a row. Leaves, dirty band aids & rubbish packets we're in them from day one until the end. At $270 p/n I expected alot better.

nathan (8/5): - Location is close to the beach, the apartment spacious. First night we were rudely awaken by a false fire alarm twice and unfortunately the staff never told us why or apologised for the inconvenience. But other then that it was a great place to stay.
david (9/5): Absolutely exceptional accommodation - amazing location just a few steps to a stunning beach. The rooms were massive with lots of room for the kids to run around. 2 amazing pools for the whole family to use and the location was only a few minutes from everything. could do with black out curtains in the bedrooms but that's just a selfish thing.

Ticking the request box for 2x rooms close together did not reach the owners, probably safer to clarify in writing or reach out directly if important.

Benjamin (10/5): Beautiful place, beautiful air, beautiful temp, beautiful views, very quiet place. - They are big. House big. Like I could live in a unit if your a house person type of big. Loved it. Water views, and all amenities u need. Private balcony with BBQ is a treat. Sometimes they ask to much money for basics. And the cleaning charges and guidelines are a little rash. I understand if your a pig, but leaving the place how u found it sort of takes away from the holiday experience. We spent the last 45mins making sure everything was spotless so we didn't get charged. Other point was no air-conditioning in elevator and elevator was not cleaned properly for some time and heaps of flies attracted to elevator.

Trudie (10/5): We loved it! We will definitely be back to visit again - The property was beautiful and comfortable with great access to the beach. We had everything we needed and felt very at home. The room could have been cleaner and some of the dishes were dirty. However this is on the previous guest not the staff, overall we were happy with most things just wish the floors had been swept and the dishes were able to be used without us having to wash them first. Attention to detail with the room servicing could be improved.

Lisa (4/5): We wouldn’t stay here again . Cleanliness was not good enough and not worth the money - Units were large We had to change rooms. Our room smelt terrible. Spelt of mould and off seafood. The room was extremely dirty and not well maintained . We specifically paid more for ground floor with pool access. We were moved to another room. No pool access. First floors. No refund or review of rate for room that was not what we requested . Grounds were nice but common areas, stairwells etc were very dirty and smelly. Basements were terrible with rubbish smells .
Michelle (7/5): Wonderful until it wasn’t - The location was perfect the size and area was perfect unfortunately they are blaming us for a lounge that was already broken and have taken money without our permission off our creditcard the trip was wonderful until we got home to find out we have had to pay for someone else’s mess There were a few missing items like a mop for one but we mostly loved our stay except for being charged and blamed for a broken lounge that we were not responsible for

Denise (10/5): Close to town, and with all of the amenities you need onsite! - We loved the size of the apartment, the cleanliness and location. The pool was the highlight for the kids. The staff made it easy for us to collect our key after hours and provided a link for credit card details as we were delayed due to a huge traffic accident on the Bruce Highway. We would love to come back again if we are ever travelling back to Australia. Agnes Water and its people are lovely.

Stuart (4/5): The running & management of the place needs to be overhauled to be more customer friendly. - It was good to have a nice balcony with a view & the place was spacious. Security & parking was good and the sound of nearby waves is relaxing. Good to have a trolley to take cases etc to our room. We had pre-booked & pre-paid and arrived on time to find Reception closed for the day & were only able to get our key thanks to a passing employee who sorted things out & informed me that Booking.com had emailed me, but at the time I was travelling & couldn’t access correspondence - PAVILLIONS KNEW WE WERE DUE TO ARRIVE AT1400 hrs. The shower head dripped continuously & on our last night it got worse and the continual splashing disturbed our sleep. Unacceptably some of the cutlery and two cups in the drawer were filthy and unwashed, there were piles of dead insects which had not been swept off the patio next to a torn rattan settee and rusty metal clothes driers. Light in the toilet didn’t work. Sorry, but based on our experience I simply cannot recommend this place.

vikki (6/5): - I was quite disappointed with my stay at The Pavilions. The room was very dirty and dusty, with clear signs that it hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. There was a lack of basic essentials like towels and toilet paper, which made the stay even more inconvenient. The room itself felt very run-down and is definitely in need of renovation. Being on the corner of the building also made it extremely windy, which added to the discomfort. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

Janka (9/5): Lovely and spacious!! - We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and where it was situated - a couple of minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We even extended our stay. There weren't many things, just a few suggestions regarding a spa which was a bit cool, and the apartment could do with a couple of the rugs, which make it cozier.
Michele (9/5): - We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious. There was a really, large balcony with a bbq and even a fridge. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equipped with most things we needed for our stay. The car park had plenty of room to move, unlike some that you stay in that are very tight. We have a mini van and it was an easy fit. There was an esky and beach trolley in our room as well as games to use. The sink in our ensuite drained very slowly and sometimes wouldn’t drain at all unless we wiggled the plug around. The lounge was damp when we first arrived. We hoped it had been given a clean and that was why. The washer and dryer in our room took hours for each load. We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartments in the same booking for extended family, but were given 2 rooms in completely different blocks. You need swipe cards to move in between the blocks so it was a bit inconvenient.

Rosemarie (9/5): The stay was great for a few days away, the beach so close. - The location was great and the apartment was lovely and roomy for the family. There’s only a few things to address. The pillows need to be changed as they smelled musty and stale, one fork was missing in the kitchen and there was no hairdryer. The internet WiFi was very patchy and didn’t reach the apartment so had to hotspot off our phones and phone received only 1 bar of service.
Mike (7/5): Great Staff, great location, beach and pools. - Check in was seamless and reception staff very helpful and polite. General apartment condition was okay and location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bedding like pillows and sheets were not changed. General Cooking utensils such as frying pan etc were very used and dated and in some cases dirty. There was no pool view which is part of the room requirements, so not happy with that aspect. Shocked that only instant coffee was available, every other resort apartment with same price point provides coffee machine with PODS as a minimum. Having to pay a five dollar fee for Pool towels, not impressed.
