• Ilhana (6/5): Durchschnittliches Zimmer an guter Lage - Gute Lage mitten in der Einkaufsstrasse, hatte aber auch den Nachteil das Taxis nicht dahin fahren, man wird vorher ausgeladen. Gute Ausstattung im Hotel von Gesichtsprodukten bis zur Waschmaschiene war alles vorhanden. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung (Betten werden gemacht, Abfall geleert, frische Badetücher) ist in Japan eher untypisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat selbst beim Self-Check-In die gesamte Arbeit übernommen. Reception und Eingangsbereich sehr modern und zwei Eingänge. Es gibt zwei Gebäuden, wir waren im Hauptgebäude das Zimmer war etwas älter, sah nicht so modern wie auf den Bildern aus. Bei diesem Preis habe ich etwas mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war aber immerhin sauber. Der Preis war etwas zu hoch für dieses Zimmer aber alles in allem war alles ganz oke.

My wife complained about the hard beds. ..... couch was too low to be comfortable...same goes for the toilet....would have appreciated a handicap bar in the toilet.... the hours of wheelchair availability were ridiculous, essentially denying accessibility to nightlife for the handicapped guest. The return time was 6 pm

They also provide free amenities in the South building for you to take. Staff were also friendly in helping us ship our luggage to the next destination. It was really cheap around 18eur for 2 suitcases and when we arrived in hotel in Tokio bags were already there. Location is great high level country and people That i had to go back home. And that i did not book same hotel in Sinjuku when in Tokio

Staff were lovely. Showers are good. The rooms are very tiny, but that’s just Japan, all hotels we stayed in were the same. The beds are awful very hard and terrible pillows and don’t have extra pillows when you ask (they offered me a blanket) which we took to try soften the bed.

• Sharon (2/5): - The location was good for undercover shopping and the food market. The two staff at checkin did not make us feel welcome, they both looked very miserable and neither smiled once. Checkin and out was self service and very impersonal. The reception area was chaos with guests luggage in 2 lines infront of the desk and checkin area. A wheelchair user couldnt get past and no staff came to assist. I have since read similar reviews which have been posted prior to our stay so obviously there has been no improvement. The rooms were nothing like the advertising pictures. They were dated and dark and dingy. Our sink was cracked. The beds and pillows so hard it was very uncomfortable.
