• Walczak (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja w ciekawej dzielnicy, w zasięgu 30-40 min znajdują się najważniejsze atrakcje Londynu. Apartament taki jak na zdjęciach, bardzo przestronny, czysty. Dobry kontakt z personelem, klarowne instrukcje, kaucja oddana po dwóch dniach. W instrukcji było napisane że miejsce z którego należy odebrać klucze jest czynne do 23, w rzeczywistości było czynne całą dobę - warto to poprawić aby nie powodować niepotrzebnego stresu.

• Karima (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Camden! We will come back :-) - Easy access to keys, short walk to the appartment. The appartment was great, big kitchen, big and modern bathroom. Perfect location, in the heart of Camden but still relatively quite. Public transport just around the corner. All very clean and comfy. The sofa-bed is ok for max.2 nights... for longer stays it is a bit worn down.

El trato de la persona que nos atendió, Sebastián: A mi reclamación de que había un error y mi petición que se me diesecun apartamento de 2 baños todo fue un no control, por su parte, de la situación: no admitir el error, mal humor y una sola solución: " les podemos devolver el dinero", algo que sabía que no podíamos hacer porque nos quedábamos en la calle. Trato pésimo: poca profesionalidad y malos modos.

• Mila (10/5): Amazing Stay in Camden - The property was amazing. It's always a bit of a guess booking through pictures but it did not disappoint! Two bathrooms, two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen exceeded our expectations! There was a bus stop right in front of our appartement and the tube was only a couple of minutes away. You might expect it to be noisy at night in the center of Camden, but it wasn't at all! Lots of places to do groceries or get something to eat. 10/10 price quality. Not a single complaint on this booking and we'll definitely be back :)

Los electrodomésticos perfectos. Edificio muy tranquilo a 1 cuadra de la calle principal de Camdem Town, sitio tranquilo con todos los Servicios. Excelente transporte por bus o metro. No perderse el british breakfast en café 43, son geniales!!!

The house is well equipped with comfortable bed and nice shower, washing machine and iron board as well as plates, silverware and pots to cook. The coffee machine was a nice extra and the oven and microwave are top of the line. Amenities can have some improvements
• KiwiMcL (5/5): - The location was fantastic, with all of Camden on your doorstep amd close to two tubes stops. The bedrooms were comfy. Not enough chairs for 5 people. Very annoyingly the fire alarm starting beeping an error warning every night we there there. We contacted the agency who sent someone to fix it the first day but the problem persisted and each night / early morning our sleep was interupted. There was no apology given for this .

Die Lage war OK, nicht weit von den Bussen und der U-Bahn Es gab Schwierigkeiten am 1. Tag zu verstehen, wie man in die Wohnung rein- und aus der Wohnung rausgeht: Zugangscodes, mehrere Geräte dafür und dazu noch Schlüssel. Im Schlafzimmer war der Zugang zum Bett für die 2. Person zu eng. Die Fenster sind zur Straße, die relativ laut ist.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing, well maybe the weather but that's not something that could be changed.

• Derek Stevenson (9/5): Beautiful and clean flat in an excellent location. - The location is excellent. It is very quiet. The quality of the apartment is of a very high standard and very clean. The kitchen has all the utentials you need. But no salt, pepper or oil. So we had to buy things and leave them there afterwards. We had to go to a different location to collect the keys; a lock box would have been easier behind the coded entry door. The double bed is VERY small, and the cover barely covers it. We had to use the cover for the sofa bed to supplement the tiny double cover. The mattress is also EXTREMELY soft. I'm not a fat person, but I am tall, so I had a sore back by the end of the 4 nights. The internet connection is very poor, so I wouldn't like to work remotely from this apartment. I used 5g instead of the wifi.

READ THE SMALL PRINT £450-600 IN CASH DEPOSIT TO BE BANK TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE OF THE BOOKING PLATFORM which goes against all best practice fraud and banking advice. You should NEVER TRANSFER by push bank transfer to other peoples bank accounts - you have ZERO LEGAL PROTECTION if anything goes wrong and ZERO assistance from your bank who CANNOT RECOVER THE FUNDS. No assurances given that the funds were held in a secure client account. No assurances that the email demanding the deposit was even legitimate, or that the bank account provided by insecure, unencrypted email even belonged to their company. No way to verify it. Other "Fines" they make up like £1500 for parties/smoking etc... Property has an alway on listening device Roomonitor measurement system measuring sound, voices, air quality. Keys collected from a random shop on the high street despite the management agencies business address being literally next door. Once you discover the small print, and the demands for cash deposits, you cannot cancel, because they leave it too late to demand the cash, so cancelling would mean you lose your booking amount paid to booking.com, so you are forced to pay the deposit, unprotected, and against all fraud advice! They also state the refund of the deposit will take "up to 7 days" after the stay. They also a "Security" deposit, a "under 25s policy" but yet you can pay £600 "under 25s deposit", and a huge menu of "fines" you can randomly be subjected to for breach of any of their house rules.

Potpuno opremljen apartman sa svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak od 1 ili više dana (higijenske potrepštine, fen, perilica/sušilica rublja, potpuno opremljena kuhinja sa svim potrebnim aparatima, kapsule za kavu, deterdžent za pranje suđa,spužvica, papirnati ručnici).. Najveća zamjerka je buka automobila sa ulice, s obzirom da se zgrada nalazi na vrlo prometnoj ulici pa nismo baš najbolje spavali, a boravili smo 4 noći. Ali to je samo osobna stvar s obzirom da inače živimo na vrlo mirnoj i tihoj lokaciji. I bračni krevet je mrvicu premali za dvije osobe.

• P.E.C. (7/5): Compliqué et bruyant - L'emplacement est l'atout majeur du bien. Il est situé à 2 rues seulement du marché de Camden Town et du métro. Il y a également plein de petites épiceries de quartier aux alentours. En tant que Genius Niveau 3, j'ai réservé de nombreux hôtels, mais cette expérience a été la plus compliquée. Le check-in se fait via une application inconnue, avec photos des passeports etc... (sans réelle garantie d'anonymat), puis on me demande une garantie bancaire via un tiers également inconnu où je dois photographier partiellement ma carte de crédit. Tout ça, dans la précipitation avant les fêtes. Ensuite, on me donne des instructions (parcours fléché) pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement dans une épicerie de la rue d'à côté, sans jamais rencontrer le personnel mettant à disposition l'appartement. Pas ce à quoi je m'attendais en réservant sur Booking. L'appartement est très bruyant de jour comme de nuit, situé sur un carrefour très fréquenté, et dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux véhicules d'urgence. Enfin, à l'ouverture du lit d'appoint (un clic-clac), celui-ci était plein de miettes.

• Everthai (5/5): Grey skies and forgotten charms - I remember Camden as a lively, cheerful area and a part of London where you could shop more affordably, but it seems to have lost some of its charm, with shopkeepers I don’t associate with the locals and—no offence—but that takes away the mystique and the true culture of London. Besides feeling unsafe, expensive, dark, dirty, and empty during the week, it’s not very appealing for someone visiting with family. I had been missing the vibrant buzz of London, but that feeling faded quickly. The cold, the rain, the grey skies, people drifting by like silent ghosts, and the sense of spending half one’s life inside public transport made me grateful not to call this place home. Perhaps we’ll meet again in another twenty years—when time has softened its edges and London’s charm feels new once more. This stay began with promise, but quickly unraveled into disappointment. A £450 deposit was taken from me and kept for three long weeks, as if time—and my money—belonged to them. We left the apartment in better condition than we found it, yet no one seemed to notice or care. Instead, I was left chasing after what was rightfully mine, making international calls that stretched longer than the London rain. The apartment itself bore the marks of neglect long before we ever stepped inside: scratched wooden floors, tired walls, a switch that flickered like a forgotten story. Yet we were the ones asked to trust their process, to download an app filled with endless conditions—part contract, part interrogation—after the moment of cancellation had already slipped away. I arrived in London hoping to feel its spark again, but instead found myself navigating shadows of bureaucracy and expectations that dulled the experience. A stay should welcome you, not warn you. But this one whispered its flaws from the very beginning.

Modern decor and facilities in the apartment well suited to a couple looking for a London short break. Very secure property via key coded gate and entrance doors. Would like hotter water particularly the bath hot water supply.

The apartment is clean and pleasant to stay in. Very nicely decorated. The owner was attentive and helped us with everything we needed.The apartment has two balconies, which is really fun in summer weather. The value for money is very good. Perfect apartment for a family vacation in London. Highly recommended The apartment is located on the third floor. There are a lot of stairs to climb. Also inside the apartment there are stairs between the bedroom area and the living room

In a safe area and easy to find/ access In the term and conditions in the FINE print that NO ONE reads. You have to pay a £600 SECURITY DEPOSIT! AND you also aren’t allowed to stay if youre under 25? This is most likely hidden as I would have never booked given the face the security deposit was absolutely insane. In this day and age with the cost of living who has this money? Luckily I have a credit card but imagine if I didn’t? Who has £600 spare when you’re having a trip in London! Luckily the staff let us stay even tho we was underage but I also think it’s very agest! Overall I wouldn’t reccomend due to this issue. I felt on edge all weekend and that they weren’t going to refund us the money due to if the apartment was messy. I look after things so it was fine but felt anxious the whole time. Strange staff also

• Peter (9/5): Great apartment but be aware of the cash demand. - Great location for exploring Camden and onward to the rest of the City. Comfortable and well equipped with top quality appliances. Postage stamp size duvet. Also, the end of the bed against the wall allows around 100cm to get round, which is a problem for if a toilet visit is required during the night. Be aware that the management company demand a £450 cash security deposit. My demand came at 1645hrs the night before we travelled asking for a bank transfer. I refused as there would be no safeguards should there be a problem. I’ve never come across this where cash is requested. I eventually paid on credit card. Had I not paid the full, non-refundable amount for the stay I would have cancelled. Booking.com informed me at the time of booking no further payments were required. The management company have a long drawn out registration process, overly complicated and pages of T&C’s.

• Nadine (8/5): Zentral gelegen, sauber und modern - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt super nach an der U-Bahn, von der man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen kann. Um die Unterkunft herum liegen viele Restaurants und Bars fußläufig, sowie der Camden-Market. Für das Doppelbett wird standardmäßig nur eine Decke angeboten. Wenn man nicht mit seinem Partner verreist, sondern mit Freunden, wäre eine zweite Decke angemessen. Fragt man nach einer zweiten, wird einem diese für 20 Pfund angeboten, was wir als recht viel erachtet haben. An unserem Anreisetag hatten wir Probleme unseren Schlüssel zu erhalten, da uns sowohl der Falsche Code als auch das falsche Zimmer geschickt worden ist. Das hat Nerven und Zeit gekostet.

Mais bonito ainda do que nas fotos. Ótimo atendimento da equipe! Gostei de tudo!! As camas poderiam ser um pouco maiores, mas o cuidado com todos os detalhes superaram as expectativas!
