We mochten zelf op de dag van vertrek onze koffer nog even achterlaten voor wwn paar uur zodat we nog de laatste dingen in Florence konden bekijken. Verder een nette kamer ook! Het appartement was erg gehorig wat ervoor zorgde dat het slapen moeilijk ging, zeker aan de drukke straat. Ook zou ik aanraden een eigen kussen mee te nemen.

• Noa (8/5): Very good! - De locatie was echt fantastisch. Alles op loopafstand. Inchecken verliep soepel met behulp van codes. Geen last van geluidsoverlast ondanks de locatoe in een drukke straat. Perfect voor een meerdaagse city trip. Het was fijn geweest als de douchekop een fatsoenlijke straal en druk had. Voor de rest alles perfect.
• MONICA (8/5): Un'esperienza assolutamente posivita, nostro riferimento quando tornemero a Firenze! - Posizione ottima, a poca distanza dalla stazione, vicina ai monumenti e palazzi principali. Apprezzato l'ascensore, vista l'altezza dei piani, stanze grandi e pulite, e l'host molto gentile e disponibile che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura prima del check-in e di uscire dopo l'orario standard. Letti comodi. La junior suite è perfetta per un gruppo famigliare. L'unico aspetto da migliorare è l'insonorizzazione rispetto all'esterno: essendo di fronte ad un McDonald aperto 24 ore, verso sera la zona non è silenziosissima, e le finestre datate isolano poco. Il consiglio, se si ha il sonno molto leggero, è di portarsi dei tappi per dormire senza problemi.

This place is across from a noisy McDonald’s with lots of loud customers shouting late into night. Not much contact with staff for entry. We arrived about an hour early and waited on stairs of building for entry. No private bathroom meant locking room and bathroom with same key. Hint use white noise machine app should help with sleeping.

• Roman (8/5): Lastnik, je zelo ustrežljiv in prijazen. Samo bivanje v tem mestu in na tej lokaciji, pa pristno. - Lokacija je bila odlična. Zajtrk, pa je bil v lastni režiji. Takoj pod oknom, v ulici je restavracija McDonalds, kjer so ljudje izredno glasni. Najbolj pa so bučni od 03.00, do 05.00. Zaradi njihovega razgrajanja in dretja, se sploh ne da spati.

• Jens (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Florenz völlig akzeptabel, ja sogar empfehlenswert. - Gut waren: die Lage (hervorragend), das Bett (sehr gemütlich), die unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer kein Wi-Fi; es war zwar in der Rezeption vorhanden,hat aber nicht bis in unser Zimmer gereicht. Das Zimmer war minimal eingerichtet, d.h. es war nur ein Stuhl vorhanden, zu wenige Ablageflächen, keine Kofferablage. Ein Tisch wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen, genauso wie Handtuchstangen im Bad.

Avrei preferito avere in camera un bollitore e/o macchina del caffe con delle calde, magari anche su richesta, la possibilità di una colazione. Non c era la possibilità di scelta di cuscini (bassi o alti), in quanto era a disposizione solo uno basso.

• Kseniia (7/5): I think it's a good value for the money! - Location is very convenient - in the centre, with many nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is nice, clean, the fridge works, there is a hard dryer. There was a climate device on our balcony (room 3), and boy it was loud. That was for the whole hotel, so kind not cool to unplug (we still did for the night to have some sleep). Also the shower is as cruel and unpredictable as Joker in DC. it drips from above, you have to kinda hold one thingie and simultaneously turn the water on, it's old and wants to retire.

• Timothy (9/5): Great location in Firenze - We arrived early on our check-in day, and only wanted to drop off our luggage, but when we contacted Stefano he was able to give us the code and instructions for accessing our room. The room was nice and big, very clean, had a small frig, and overall met our needs. It is about a 10 minute walk from Firenze S.M.N. Station and about the same from the Duomo. The noise from the street was a little loud, but the windows were pretty solid and blocked it out when closed.

Fanns en för alla i korridoren, men inga koppar. Det stod i beskrivningen att rummen var ljudisolerade, men det var ett ständigt borrande, tjutande och slamrande flaskor utifrån, som om man själv var utomhus. Detta pågick även mellan 2-5 på natten. Sängarna var sköna och badrummet var bra.

• Anni (1/5): 千万别住这家 - 托空调主机的福，在阳台晒衣服很快就能干 因为是booking三级会员升级到了带阳台和私人卫生间的房间，但是这个房间非常坑，因为所有房间的空调都连着放在它外面阳台上的主机。只要有一户开着空调，你就完全没有办法开窗户，一开窗就是接近60分贝的噪音，晚上根本没办法开窗睡觉，只能开空调。但空调会直吹床，所以非常不舒服。 和房东反应了，他说会检查并update。我们住了三晚，直到要退房那天我问他有没有检查他才回复我。说了一堆没用的话，直到我们走了之后他还在因为这件事和我理论，因为我和他说我们会complain about that，而不是因为我们住的不舒服。他坚持说没有噪音，但我们住了三天晚上自己不知道吗？我躺在床上拿苹果手表测出来58分贝，他自己拍的视频里也有噪音但他坚持说没有。 而且房间里放东西的地方很少，外面的门不知道是哪个天才设计的，有一次差点没打开。从头到尾没看到房东的人出现。

• Rachelle Rose (10/5): - We had such a comfortable stay at this guesthouse! The room was spotless, the bed was cozy, and even small details like fresh towel, and tissues were thoughtfully provided. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect, close to restaurants and transportation. The host Stefano was kind and always ready to help and even gave us a local great tips. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

• CharoMM (9/5): Magnífico para una escapada en Florencia - La ubicación es perfecta, a unos 5 minutos del Duomo a pie. La habitación era espaciosa, había un armario para guardar la ropa. La cama era cómoda y además había aire acondicionado en la habitación. El baño estaba limpio. El dueño es amable y responde rápido a los mensajes. Aunque nosotros no pasamos calor por la noche, se ve que en otras habitaciones sí tenían el aire acondicionado encendido y este hacía mucho ruido incluso estando en otras habitaciones. No hay perchero para las toallas. El agua de la ducha no tenía mucha presión y además goteaba durante bastante rato después de haber cerrado el grifo.

A nice building, a lovely high-ceiling room, traditional window shutters and balcony rooftop view - airy and spacious for 3 of us. Nice touches like kettle and cups available plus small fridge in the room.
