- Bogdan (1/5): Terrible experience do not stay here. - Location is ok First of all, I arrived here around 2 am due to a late flight. It was hilarious to find out that the facility does not provide free parking for the guests. I was offered the option to use their valet parking service, which costs $64 per night, or to park nearby at a street parking meter, which requires waking up at 8 am to pay or risk a fine. Second, the street parking meters are limited to 2 hours, so you're forced to move the car every 2 hours (I don't know if that's enforceable, but that's the rule here). Third, there are no free water bottles in the room or on the property you have to carry water from the first floor in a plastic glass or bring your own. After checking into the room, I found thick black hair sticking out of the hand towel. Breakfast is genuinely terrible, honestly, the worst I've seen in a hotel in a while. But the best part about this place is that around 9:50am, I started to hear some drilling and construction noises. It's 11:12am right now, and drilling is still here. Unbelievably low-quality service.

A clean room was provided, albeit a bit noisy with ambient sounds, and an efficient check in that included incorrect information about dinner service at the bar. The highlight of the night was the valet service. Jim R. Was on duty upon arrival and was quite busy with multiple drop offs and departures. He stayed very poised and very professional which indicated his hospitality professionalism. I would stay here again based on his performance alone.

Jim helped us each of the 3 days we were there and he was incredibly friendly as well as prompt. It never took longer than 3 minutes to pull our car around and he always remembered us when we dropped the car off and picked it up. We had a lot of errands to run and were in and out a lot so the valet service was going to make or break our stay and it was a resounding positive experience.

The staff is exceptional at every corner of the Hotel. A big shout-out goes to Jim R, doorman extraordinaire! That man hustles all day. (I know because I spent many hours reading in the cozy lobby) Jim was always cheery and gracious, and no matter how busy he was (and he always was) he smiled and greeted us. Super staff all around, thanks for making us feel so welcome!

The front desk staff were very kind, welcoming and very hospitable. The room was clean. However, I found it strange that on my last full day that someone would go in the room despite the do-not disturb sign on the door. I was appreciative of the new set of clean towels and the clean garbage but the hotel should honor the wishes of the guest by honoring the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was okay. So, the overall value is good. Yes, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay at this hotel again.

The staff is helpful and valet is responsive and efficient, especially Jim R! We've never had an issue with our hotel rooms being unclean. We love to shop on 16th street so the location of this hotel is perfect since it is within walking distance. It is also a short drive to Empower Stadium, Ball Arena, and Cherry Creek Mall!

- Kathryn (7/5): If you don’t have a car to park, nice place. - Cleanliness and friendly service. Parking. No parking at property unless you pay valet which was like $50.00? I think. No place to pull up to door to unload luggage. You had to park on the street or find a pay to park spot down the block. Miserable when you’re tired and just want to lay down.

- nathansX4351BZ (8/5): Good place to stay for Conferences. - Denver Hyatt Place. Everything was mostly fine. Great clean room. Clean bathroom; loved that it had a walk-in shower. Only very minor complaint is that indoor pool was closed. Complimentary breakfast was good because it was buffet style, but would have liked if they offered pancakes every day. Staff were nice and helpful. Liked that they had a self-serve laundry room. Overall a great hotel, and would definitely think of staying there again if I was in the area.

- lianxim2018 (10/5): Nice Hotel with good location and reasonable price - Location is perfect - walking distance to 16 street and Colorado Convention Center. Staff are professional and friendly. Price is reasonable. Room is clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is flawless.

- Ricardo Andres (9/5): La pasamos muy bien - La ubicacion es excelente, a unas pocas cuadras de todo, el centro, la plaza general. El desayuno super completo. Por lo visto habia muchas familias en el hotel, es una buena señal. La habitación estaba muy bien. Destaque el tema de la limpieza, pero hay un justificativo, el hotel estaba en refacción. Es 100% recomendable.

- Voyage20079989108 (10/5): Cozy, comfortable and convenient hotel in Denver near the Convention centre - Great location that is near the Denver Convention centre. It is like a 8min walk away from the Convention centre. It is in a quiet place in town and you get a beautiful view of the mountains depending on the room you get. The rooms are big, offering a mini fridge and L shaped couch in addition to king size bed which was completely comfortable. The room and bathroom was clean. It is near many restaurants on 14th Street. They have a complimentary breakfast too.

- SemiAdventurous (10/5): Comfy room, lobby w/ warm fireplace, friendly staff, walkable to art museum & restaurants, inexpensive to uber to a show - Room 1405 was awesome! Was quiet, had comfy pillows. Had a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cooktop, dishwasher, and island! King bed, sectional sofa with ottomans to relax and put your feet up after a long day walking to restaurants and the art museum, and even had a Mountain View. Plenty of USB’s for charging electronics. There’s a water bottle filling station in the lobby, and cold water with or without lemon at reception. The staff were super friendly. We were able to check in early for free by joining Hyatt rewards program and got a free bottle of water at check-in. Lobby has a two-sided fireplace you can sit by to warm up after walking in the cold. No need to rent a car. Our room looked more updated than the pics on TripAdvisor. Would stay here again.

The room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which really added to how smooth and enjoyable the whole stay felt. Ann was incredibly friendly, and professional.
- Robin (7/5): - Location is great Lobby area is cozy Staff is friendly Rooms are comfortable We booked this property because it was labeled as dog friendly. Upon arrival I was surprised with a pretty hefty dog fee- a lot more than other places we have stayed in denver that were equal in quality. I’m not against a pet fee, I just wish it would be clearly stated as to how much it is. We felt blindsided and had to concede because we had pre-booked.
- Maps35462860593 (6/5): Dirty on the downlow - Unfortunately there was a huge moldy stain on the underside of the fold out couch mattress, which was the main issue. The pool needed cleaned pretty badly, you could see debris in the water and on the deck. Over chlorinated. Other than that it was a lovely hotel.
