The view is phenomenal! Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good and served promptly. The decks for each room are viewable from other decks. This gives less privacy but it is not a significant deterrent as the view is unbelievably beautiful.

One cannot go with lot of luggage. It was an effort to climb the steps since we had One infant and One child.
- Jayashree, Venu (9/5): Fantanstic stay with views of the ocean, Thirasia, and sunset. - Great location overseeing the caldera and Thirasia. Sunset view in October was fantastic but as the sun set behind Thirasia, you won't be able to see sun go down into the ocean but that is an excellent trade off compared to Oia sunset (if you aren't staying in Oia...very expensive place) because you are sitting on your patio in comfy chairs and soak in the outdoor jacuzzi tub watching the sunset. They serve a very good breakfast (not a buffet but more than enough food and variety) - they bring the food up to your patio. Imagine sitting on the patio watching the Aegean blue/turquoise ocean eating your breakfast. (This has to be taken with a grain of salt as full private patio places are pretty expensive. Specially if they come with an outdoor jacuzzi). The patio is pretty big but is semi-private, space shared with one other room. But it is spacious enough to not feel cramped or anything. They do have a parapet wall to provide privacy when in the hot-top. We had another couple in the room next door but never felt our privacy was lost.

Even surprised us with a small gift when we checked out. Due to hilly terrain of Fira, kind of challenging to move (walking) around that area.

The upgrade was clean spacious and private with a spectacular view, staff and Maria - The view and the being close to town We booked the Junior Sunset Suite, which is not a Suite but a small with a little window above the door, a bed, one chair, a small bath cubicle, a noisy fridge and a stoep with 3 other entrances, reception and cleaning hub, jacuzzi on stairway to other unit, no shade and other guest looking straight into your room when having breakfast. Thankfully we were upgraded to bigger suit with privacy and space however the suit is in need of some revamping and the terrace has no shade and has no umbrella and the loungers have no mattresses. As the water in Santorini is not drinkable we did not receive a daily bottle of water had to go and buy our own.

Host reached out to us in advance and helped with cab booking from Port to Hotel and also porter to carry bags. Breakfast was delicious everyday. They helped us with booking tours and the Mini bus day tour they recommended was fantastic. They were very flexible and arranged breakfast at our convenient times. Maria was always available for questions and help and she was very responsive. Rooms amd Shower were clean. We booked Junior sky suite which had private balcony and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday with amazing view of Caldera and Volcano. Loved watching Sunset from the room's balcony. There are a few steps to go down to the accommodation but that is the case everywhere. Suite is in great location. Supermarket is 5 mins walk. Fora center is 5 mins walk. Nothing, everything was perfect.

And Maria was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to see. Also great service on arriving and leaving as the porter carried our bags down and up the stairs. If I was to return again to santorini I wouldn't bother looking around again I would book here with Maria. The only minor thing was I wish there was a bit of choice for breakfast. But the breakfast served was what is expected in the region and was very fresh and definitely wasn't the cheapest things you can buy in the supermarket so don't let this change your choice about this place they are great to deal with.

Excellent location with Caldera view, sunset, walking distance to the eatouts and shopping. Breakfast was excellent. Maria and her dad are such lovely hosts. They are always willing to help. We had 2 room on 2 different floors and was a big difficult with kids. Maria put us all on the same floor after our 1st night stay which was such a relief. Also I was down with severe food poisoning and had to go to the hospital. Maria was available on phone to advice the hospital location, taxi service and was also willing to wake her dad up at the odd hour of 3.30 am. Can't thank her enough for the service and also for all the extended help.

The view is breathtaking, breakfast every morning was perfect & substantial. The location is private & quiet away from the busy Santorini streets but only 1 minute walk away. Close to public transport. We enjoyed the sunsets over the Caldera views from our balcony while sitting in our private hot tub. Would highly recommend Asma Suites & hope to return one day…10/10. The location was so beautiful, the suites were spotless and had everything you could need and more and the host Maria was great. Of particular note was how kind and helpful she was to our son and girlfriend when I had an accident and was unwell…… Everything was great and we highly recommend the property
- Carol (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Our "suite" had a black out shade on the door with many holes in it. The room is very old, cramped. I had two rooms and we moved out to another property. It was like a jail cell. The A/C made so much noise that couldn't sleep. Woke up with a large "bug" int he bed.

Breakfast was incredible and served on our balcony facing the volcano each morning. The hosts were so nice and made us feel like royalty! So many added extras such as robes, slippers, tons of toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, sleeping masks, wine and water in the fridge and even rose petals on the bed. Literally couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We stayed in 4 different locations in santorini in oia and Fira to ensure amazing views of sunsets, volcano, blue domes, windmills, calderas and all had either their own plunge pools or hot tubs and this for me was my favourite of the 4. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as it was wonderful xxxx 🇬🇷🏛️🏺 Nothing

The room .... no windows at all, and the entrance door is the balcony area of other room and the way to another room... no privacy outside and no open air in the room .

Beautiful sunsets and very clean and private space for us. The service was impressive with free waters and wine and a large breakfast on our patio! Nothing. It was perfect for us.
- Cindy (10/5): Highly Recommended, a fabulous place to stay in Santorini - It is near town center of Fira. Maria and her father is very hospitable. They make my stay so comfortable and amazing. The breakfast is superb and the view of caldera and sunset is breathtaking. The suite is very quiet and private. Everyday they refill water and a bottle of wine in the fridge which is a complimentary. I enjoyed so much the private jacuzzi .I will definitely come back. Nothing really. I love it so much

- Bernardo (10/5): Host/manager made Santorini experience memorable and so convenient, highly recommend! - The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. As most hotels in Santorini, you will have to climb up/down to reach the hotel but the hotel has their own porter to help you with your luggages. Breakfast is so bountiful, like a feast, which you can eat in your room or in the veranda where you can enjoy the view, which is spectacular! The room is spacious and very clean, with all the amenities like toiletries, water, soda and even a complimentary wine provided. The host/manager of the hotel, Maria & are dad, go out of their ways to help meet you need and expectations, from booking airport transfer, making tour and restaurant recommendations and reservations to offering their porter to go and show you how to get to the restaurants and tour meeting place. They made our Santorini experience not only memorable but also very easy and convenient which is why we take a holiday. Highly recommend and will go back & stay again! none

- Ernst (10/5): Exceptional - Asma is classic Santorini. The suites are nestled in the hills overlooking the Aegean see, just a short walk form the center of Fira. A sumptuous Breakfast is served on the porch in front of the room. Above all is the hospitality of Maria. She goes beyond and above to make the stay more than comfortable and an experience one doesn't forget. She did reservations for an island tour and a birthday dinner before we even arrived. I can highly recommend Asma Suites and it will be our first place to go back to. Thank you Maria.
- Nelson (10/5): ASMA suites was perfect! Worth far more than what we paid. - Everything went well. Exceeded my expectations. We were met by a driver arranged by the owner at the airport and driven to the property where another worker retrieved our luggage and carried them over a long winding street to the property where we met the owner, Maria. Everything was perfect, including our daily breakfast. There is nothing they could have done better except to make our stay free!
- Mukesh (7/5): Good stay - Owners are very nice people. View is excellent. Its readymade breakfast average type. Room TV is a bit lousy with poor line of channels for the price. Reception is open for only two to three hours per day, you get help only using WhatsApp etc. Caldera side is mostly very windy and colder than rest of Santorini and market area. There are lots of steps to reach this location, nearest car parking is at least 200 meters away. TV Channels line up; Breakfast; Caldera side always windy and cold; Reception not open through out the day.

- Mohd (10/5): A Stunning Experience in Santorini - We were upgraded to the Sky Suites by Maria. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The sunset was amazing. Breakfast was good. Love the privacy and the quiet tranquil environment yet still pretty close to the town centre. The staffs was friendly and accomodating. Thank you to Maria for the upgtade and arranging all our needs and also to Mr Yannis (I hope I get the spelling right) who is such a pleasant person and to the lady who attended to our room cleaning and the person that handled and assistedus on our baggage hamdling. In all it was a marvellous stay and would recommend the Asma Suites for those who visit Santorini. Would love to come back again... None
