• Haru (9/5): トイレ設備に目をつぶると100点 - なんと言ってもロケーション 風呂トイレ別、独立洗面台、地上波も映るGoogleTVに文句のつけ所のないアメニティの豊富さ 女性にも嬉しいヘアアイロンもある エレベーターが無いため、最上階(5階)まで階段で上がるとなると少し辛い。 また、風呂・トイレの設備がそれぞれ部屋によってハズレがあるため、そこは注意が必要。

• Samuel (8/5): - It is very quiet sorrounding area. Nice place to stay. If you stay in the forth floor or fifth...imagine to carry you luggage. Soundproof needed.
• CG (8/5): Close to the Namba Nankai Station and the Nipponbashi Station. About 10mins of walk. - The location is tucked in a quiet area which is literally next to the Kuromon Market. We had good nights of sleep with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The inside security latch for the main door could not be latched; its chain was too short.

• Rashid Hasan (5/5): Okay for few days of overnight sleep - Room were tiny and cramped but clean and had everything needed for a few nights stay I had a hell of a time in filling up a form requiring passport details of all the family members and it required many attempts The link didnt work and the behaviour of the host was less helpful and more authoritarian.It seems that the property had some bad experience in the past and were too strict about everything.The closet in the room was being used as store room by the staff with leaking liquid soap all around.On being pointed out,some cleaning was done but none of the stuff was moved.

• Jack (5/5): - A good location in Osaka. No lift so you have to carry your luggage up four flights of stairs. Windows are single glazed so the road noise was quite loud in the apartment. Some of the utensils in the cupboards were dirty. Mattresses were old, you could feel the springs in your back, my partner struggled to sleep through the discomfort. The hot water was barely hot.

Location was totally perfect for us: closed from Denden town and Dotonbori. But it is backstreet so it wasn’t loud in evening. No elevator

• Anup (7/5): Good. - Good location There was no lift or elevator to reach the flat. We had to carry the luggage to the 5th floor. We were completely unaware of this information. Ideally it should have been mentioned during booking.
• Taylor (8/5): Osama - Great location if you're looking for a really quiet area (about 10 mins to nipponbashi, 20mins to Namba). The room was clean and matched the description! The host was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay! We loved the tv in the room, it was nice to be able to rest for the day or after a day out and watch a movie (can screen mirror or simply log in to your streaming platforms). The beds were comfortable and the blankets warm. The room comes with a washing machine and a clothes line! Overall, great location amd great plave to stay. No elevator :( had to climb 5 flights of stairs with 2 extra large luggage (when booked i didn't realise it was a building with lots of levels). Can very much hear people next door and people in the surrounding buildings if they'replaying music or have people over. The clothes line only fits in the kitchen or in the hallway, its too big for the balcony so i recommend when hanging it to place thr humidifier under and close the doors/windows.

The staff were responsive and the photo instructions to get into the property were very good. The bed was comfortable, although a little cosy for 2 of us on one bed. Everything worked and was kept neat and tidy. There was not much space to move around, which I think is common for Japan. It was a little far from the station with our luggage, though the areas we were interested in were within 15 minutes walk.

• Rachel (7/5): Great location but cold from the ventilation - We enjoyed the location of our stay, the self check in information is thorough to appropriately follow. Definitely screenshot it though don’t bank on having data loading ok on your phone when you arrive. The space is massive there are so many little items there to use, the duvet was cosy but the pillows were a new experience for us we’ve never had such hard pillows before like sleeping on sacks. We loved the heated loo seat what a luxury. Was also so peaceful in the building. WiFi was fab - was nice to be at a place with strong WiFi! We found it cold in the kitchen area and then noticed there is an open air vent so that explained why we actually stayed in the main room a lot due to the coldness which is a shame as would have used the kitchen area more if not for the cold. I enjoyed staying in a home stay but I would have the bathroom off the bedroom for the night warmth where cupboard is and the kitchen area closer to the door where bathroom area is for temperature regulation. We also could smell the kitchen sink drain as mentioned in previous comments. However we weren’t in there much and you cannot smell it at all in the main room.

The heating worked great It was a little far from all the stations though, and 5th floor with no elevator was a little brutal. The rest of the apartment (kitchen and bathroom) was cold compared to the sleeping room. I didn't know it was remote check in and I had to stay outside for like 2 hours before I could get in since I was having issues with my network.

I didn't know that there's no elevator. Our room was 5th floor, we need to go upstairs every day. Everything was ok, only the stairs were the down side.
