Anne (10/5): - Das Buffet sowohl morgens, als auch abends war grandios lecker und die Auswahl sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Außerhalb des Wassers ist es eine Mischung aus Sandstrand und ein paar angeschwemmt en Steinen, aber im Meer ist es nur Sand. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hilft gern bei Wünschen. Zu unserem gebuchten Dreibettzimmer kann ich "leider" nichts sagen, weil wir upgegradet worden sind. Wir haben in einer kleinen Villa gewohnt mit eigenem Garten. Es war grandios. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Nichts

Roxane (7/5): Beau mais mal isolé - Le complexe est beau, le bord de plage aussi. Le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a du choix. Personnel agréable. Grand parking gratuit. Seul point noir, le bruit. Nous avions une chambre au dessus de la réception, c’était très bruyant. Moi ami qui ne supporte pas les bouchons d’oreilles n’a presque pas dormi, l’isolation phonique est mauvaise. Effectivement on entendait la porte automatique de l’entrée et le voisin ronfler. Sans parler des gens qui parlaient dans la cour. Sachant qu’on était en basse saison, donc « peu » de fréquentation.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Katia on reception who helped us book a rental car last minute (saving us some money too). Highly recommend for a relaxing stay away, although do recommend getting a car to visit different areas

Melanie (9/5): - Zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und gepflegte Gesamtanlage, schöne Pools, direkter Meerzugang in ca 100-200m. Die Lage ist an sich top, da direkt am Meer, aber leider ist das Hotel ganz im Norden der Insel und 50min von Korfu Stadt und dem Flughafen entfernt. Entsprechend ist auch der Taxi-Trasfer dahin zwischen 70-90€. Es gibt einen Strandabschnitt vom Hotel, allerdings kosten die Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm 6€/Tag.
Christine (9/5): Wunderbar - Meine Kinder und ich haben den Aufenthalt im Acharavi Beach Hotel sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wir bekamen täglich neue Handtücher und es wurde natürlich jeden gereinigt. Bei unserer Ankunft um ca 23h zeigte uns ein sehr netter Mann den Parkplatz in dem er mit seinem "Golfwagerl" vorfuhr. Er half uns mit dem Gepäck und fuhr uns zur Rezeption, wartete auf uns und fuhr uns zum Zimmer. Wir bekamen eine kalte Platte, weil wir das Abendessen verpasst haben. Der Handtuchservice war gut, man kann alle 3 Tage wechseln. Das Essen war sehr vielfältig und wirklich gut. An den Pools konnten wir immer Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm ergattern. Die Liegen und der Schirm am Strand sind kostenpflichtig und kosten 2€ pro Teil. Direkt beim Hotel am Eck ist ein Mini Market mit allem was man braucht. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in ca 5min fußläufig erreichbar. Am Abend kann man in der Straße flanieren und viele Souveniere besorgen.

Alexander Rikstad (9/5): Lovely holiday resort in small greek village - The gardens at the resort were beautiful. The beach was nice and the ocean clean (despite upper section being pebbles). Hotel close to a very nice supermarket (only 400-500 m walking distance from the hotel). Free parking available with good capacity. Our room had private pool section and was spacious and very nice. The staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was great. The hotel had a gym (though fairly basic, but all in all better than no gym). Great capacity with respect to sunbeds both at the pool and by the beach. I would recommend to have rental car available to travel to sourrounding villages (such as Sidari and Cassiopi). Sun beds by the beach were not included in the hotel price (6€ for each pair per day). For the price of the hotel compared to other 4 star resorts I’d expect that to be included. The hotel had several pools available. With multiple pools, the hotel could make one pool for e.g. adults and children above 12+ only, as all pools had babies and children with diapers.

Et peut être aussi pouvoir être + informé en arrivant de ce qu'il y a dans l'hôtel, activités, disponibilités, chaise longue payante

Lucile (10/5): Séjour idyllique ! - Séjour de 3 jours dans ce complexe hôtelier exceptionnel. Surtout que je ne m'attendais pas à autant d'espace, je pensais avoir réservé un hôtel classique. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel. Les chambres avec grand balcon + jacuzzi privatif sont superbes et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est plus que copieux et très bon. Tout est sur place (restaurants, parking, plusieurs piscines). Pratique pour aller dîner le soir après une journée d'excursion. L'emplacement est idéal, au bord de l'eau. Parfait pour aller visiter le Nord de l'île et l'Ouest. Je recommande vivement.

Not for the younger crowd unless you want a - Breakfast was nice, location was very good with amazing beach access and sea views. in saying that our immediate view was of a dirty roof structure just below our balcony. The barfood and bar service was very good. Staff were not rude although they were minimalist with no desire to make small talk, the lad making the omelettes on the breakfast buffet was the exception and a pleasure to speak with. The bars lack athmosphere with an older crowd being the majority during our stay, despite music being played one evening which was enjoyable it stopped at 10pm which is too early in my opinion.

Einige Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch, für uns nicht nötig weil wir eher eine Auszeit von Deutschland wollten aber dennoch ein lustiges Detail. Wer in ein fremdes Land reist sollte auch Englisch können. Tolle location, tolles Essen. Insgesamt ein unglaublich gelungener Urlaub. Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer hat sehr schwache Düsen, aber das ist beschweren auf höchstem Niveau.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les jolis sites du nord de l'île. L'hôtel donne sur une plage et est proche d'une rue commerçante ou vous trouverez boutiques et restaurants. Il est situé à 1h de l'aéroport. C'était génial.

A proximité, en voiture de belles plages et d'un milieu naturel préservé (oliveraies + massif du Pantkrator). Belles chambres confortables avec balcon (construction récente). Certaines sont équipées d'un couloir de piscine ou d'un baignoire hydromassante. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec un large choix notamment de plats salés et de patisseries . Tout était parfait.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner included — everything was excellent: tasty, varied, and different every day. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. There are several swimming pools, a sandy beach with sunbeds nearby, and convenient parking. Even though we had a very early departure, the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us in advance. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back! Nothing — everything was just perfect!
Farina (10/5): Great place for relaxing - I arrived late in the evening and was informed my room had been upgraded to a room with a swim up pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fresh, plentiful and had lots of options. A few minutes walk from the bus stop and the supermarket. Walk straight onto the beach from the hotel for amazing sunsets. I had a shower drainage issue with my bathroom one evening but it was rectified immediately.

Long à débarrasser les tables. Chambre faite tous les jours mais pas le sol, ne vérifie pas le savon, et bouteille d'eau uniquement le premier jour. Femmes de ménage frappent aux portes à 9h impossible de se reposer. Pas d'eau chaude un soir (on est fin octobre)...

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, sehr gepflegt. Der Strandbereich ist sauber und weitläufig, es sind einige Tavernen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig, auch das Abendbuffet ist abwechslungsreich. Der kostenfreie Hotelparkplatz war prima, da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, um die Insel zuerkunden. Wir kommen gern wieder!!

Ragne (8/5): Overall it was nice and we would come again. - The hotel was in a very good location, with shops and restaurants nearby. The sea and beach were right there, with easy access. There were several different pools, including separate ones for children. The hotel grounds were very beautiful and spacious, with lovely landscaping. There were tennis/padel courts, a gym, etc. Breakfast was also good and had a very wide selection. Overall, we were satisfied and would come again. We also liked that there were several different dining places within the hotel grounds, so if we didn’t feel like going out anywhere, we could conveniently dine there. As for the standard rooms, the bathrooms could use some renovation. It was bothersome that there were ants and small insects in the bathroom.

sonika_80 (9/5): - Di questo hotel ho apprezzato: il cibo..la colazione era varia dal salato al dolce, alla frutta ..il cuoco che faceva omelette o ti cuoceva le uova...c'era veramente di tutto. Poi il personale era veramente gentile, sopratutto alla reception...ho chiesto il late check out e per la mia camera non era possibile, perciò mi hanno offerto un'altra camera fino alla mia partenza. La cena al buffet era buona, hanno fatto anche la serata griglia. Io ho trovato verdure, pesce, carne pasta tutte le sere nonchè una grande varietà di insalate. Intrattenimento serale un po' da migliorare. Abbiamo assistito a due serate con musica dal vivo...niente di speciale...ma i cocktail del bar sono buoni. E' vero c'erano le zanzare, ma quella è una caratteristica di quella parte dell'isola. Se usassero pesticidi o trattamenti non si potrebbe usufruire delle belle piscine, dei giardini e anche i bellissimi micioni presenti nell'albergo verrebbero intossicati...perciò autan a manetta Poi noi abbiamo avuto una fortuna....siccome la camera prenotata non era disponibile abbiamo avut un up grade gratuito e ci hanno dato una camera con piscina ...non era strettamente personale ma era comunque bello Non abbiamo sfruttato la spiaggia perchè abbiamo girato e l'ultimo giorno quando volevamo farlo pioveva..Ma la spiaggia è super attrezzata e il mare bello Per come sono fatta io opterei per cambiare chi si esibisce la sera..per il resto tutto ok

Maybe only as a suggestion i already see you have implemented on the first floor apartments, you need also on the second floor at terrace holder for bikini and towels. Also, the mini bar has some drinks that are open and also they are in half. Maybe they were drinks from the previous visit but only to mention this.
Michelle (9/5): Wonderful calm and relaxing hotel - On arrival, we were met by a bellboy, who drove us and our luggage to the hotel reception. .Reception staff were polite, friendly and professional. We were shown our rooms and everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. The whole resort was peaceful, quiet and well maintained. The hotel comprises a main building and a selection of apartments and villas on one or two stories maximum. There were several different pools and a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. For a small additional fee you could use the posher sunbeds for the day. We were fortunate enough to have 2 double rooms with a shared pool so the information about rooms and bathrooms is based on that. The bedroom was super comfy, the bathroom clean and cosmetics provided were really good quality. Super soft towels, lovely dressing gowns and a lovely pair of slippers. The beach has the most spectacular sunsets. We tried the Thines on site restaurant for my husband's birthday and the food was well priced and very tasty. Earlier that day, the management personally delivered balloons and some wine for his birthday. A lovely touch. Breakfast was always healthy and tasty with a good variety of fresh food, including freshly baked pastries, fresh and tinned fruits, cheeses, meats, fried eggs and omelettes, and a selection of other cooked foods. The turtles are also very cute if you find them to the right of the reception area. Dinner on the half board option was fine but the selection of food was not very varied or wide. That said it was all fresh and tasty. Drinks are not included which is okay but they cost unreasonable prices eg €4 for a very small bottle of Fanta, and €6 for a fruit juice. Our main concern was the lack of food labels. We have severe allergies and on two different occasions we almost ate salads that contained shellfish (possibly crab or shrimp, we don't know but the lack of labels is not acceptable) One of our sons is vegetarian and he found ham randomly in the a salad which wasn't initially obvious. Also every dessert (except fruit and ice-cream) contained gelatine so he was very restricted. It is VERY easy to put labels out so people know what theyre eating. And at the very least, use a code such as V for vegetarian. VG for vegan, N for nuts and C for crustaceans or S for shellfish. I did mention this to the maitre d, but labels were not improved. Don't let someone have an anaphylaxis or die because you couldn't find 10 minutes to label the food. The only other criticism was not being able to change our pool towels more often than once every 4 days.

Lorna (6/5): Good family resort. Not the best value - This hotel is very much a family orientated resort. So if you’re booking an apartment with a pool, don’t expect it to be private or romantic as everyone walks past the private pools. Our villa was lovely and comfortable aircon worked well. We were supplied a fruit bowl & a bottle of wine on arrival which was a nice surprise. Rooms are set back from the beach. The villa facilities were good, except we weren’t supplied dish wash liquid or dish wash tablets and nothing to dry dishes. Which was a bit odd. All other self catering places we’ve stayed at usually supply at least the basics. Considering the price per night I felt that was basic courtesy. The villa was cleaned each day and towels replaced which wasn’t really necessary I would have rather had cleaning up stuff more milk tea coffee sugar and maybe pod coffee. Breakfast was included and was very good. The choices were huge and the food tasted great. The resort is on the beach. The beach is a pebble beach and can be windy & choppy.
