Russell (8/5): OK - Love Napili Shores Thanks for asking. Our vacation was great. We have stayed in this room 3 times now, in Napili shores prob 30 years total. The room is well decorated and supplied with necessary amenities. We were not satisfied with the problems we had. AC unit had bad condenser and made humming noise about every 30 seconds. Could not use at night. We called you 2nd day of our visit problem never resolved in 2 weeks. Dishwasher quit working Thursday tech came out Friday and could not fix there is no power to it. Suggest cleaning staff show up early there are 3 days dishes in dishwasher. We feel we didn't get what we paid for and would like some compensation.
