Chambre propre, spacieuse mais salle de bains petite! Un peu de bruit de la route. À 3minutes en scooter du centre ville. Bon point de chute avant de prendre le bateau mais sinon pas grand intérêt hormis blue Lagon Un peu de bruit la nuit. Petite salle de bains Pas de presta particulière

And recommended for a short stay before departure from or after arrival at Padang Bai port Breakfast was rather dissapointing, not sure what sort of oil they use but all the fried eggs and sandwiches were not good at all, unfortunately.

• Aypril (8/5): - Personeel kon ons altijd gratis naar het strand/haven brengen, dit is erg fijn gezien Gojek en Grab niet zo goed werken in de omgeving. Tot slot was het zwembad heerlijk om nog ‘s avonds in te zwemmen, dit is zeker een aanrader. Nette badkamer, dit is iets wat je in Indonesië niet altijd kan verwachten voor deze prijs.
• Soraya (7/5): - Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel, dans l’ensemble c’était correct. La chambre est minimaliste mais fait l’affaire pour 1 nuit. La piscine semblait un peu trouble, mais nous n’y étions pas pour ça. L’emplacement proche des ferry pour les îles est un plus. Attention toutefois car la rue menant à la ville peut être dangereuse, il vaut mieux prendre un Grag ou Gojek.

• Tracy (9/5): Great location and super friendly staff - We were greeted by the very helpful host. The room was clean and had a lovely view across the valley. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the port so it was ideal for us. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was lovely. The toilet seat in our room although clean looked like it had been cleaned with a scouring pad. A fresh seat would be appreciated I'm sure.

• Faye (10/5): - Super séjour au Dewi Villa Padangbai ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider, ce qui fait toute la différence. Les chambres sont propres. L’hôtel est à environ 13 minutes à pied du port, mais le top c’est que l’équipe propose gratuitement de nous déposer en voiture au port, aux restaurants ou aux plages. Un vrai plus qui facilite le séjour ! Je recommande vivement.

• Chouhani (8/5): Very good - I like the villa over all, The room was clean the staff was soo nice and we arrived last minute ans they made sure the room was quickly ready. They prepared the breakfast before the time scheduled for it because we had to leave early The location is a bit outside the padang Bai (wich could be also and advantage for some people) but we had a lot of luggage ans we had to go to the village to eat at night so it was a bit scary . You can hear everything if the neighbors are loud (not their fault of course)but they could put some regulations in place so people can stop making noise at some point of the night

• Iuliia (6/5): This hotel is a good choice for its price, especially for a one-night stay - This hotel is a good choice for its price, especially for a one-night stay before catching the morning ferry to Nusa Penida. That’s exactly why we chose it—for a place to sleep—and overall, it met our expectations. The room was reasonably clean, with fresh bedding, which was all we needed. However, this isn’t a place for a longer stay, so I’d only recommend it for a short stopover. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the experience. Overall, everything was fine. It would be great to have an electric kettle in the room so we wouldn’t have to go downstairs for hot water. Additionally, more pillows would be nice, as ours were small, and there were only two.

• Alidajane (4/5): Very basic accommodation with a nice pool - The staff are lovely. They run a free shuttle to local restaurants. The pool is nice and clean with a good view. It has a balcony. Free tea, instant coffee and water in reception / dining area. The photos must be quite old as this place is not as nice as the photos. It's more like a back packers lodge. The room needs a deep clean especially the bathroom and thick layer of dust under the bed. Our room did not have a fridge, bedside lamps, kettle or TV. Only two average quality pillows on a king size bed.

• Suzanne (5/5): We couldn’t stay but they have not refunded our money. - The beds looked comfortable and clean but it was only one bed when I booked twins beds. That was the first problem because they didn’t have another room to transfer us to. When we arrived we were told there was electricity to the room. That meant no wifi etc. it was getting dark and we had no way of staying in the room. Clearly we couldn’t stay and we had to try to find alternative accommodation in the area. We did find another place very close to where we needed to be and they sent a curtesy car to collect us.

• Peter (1/5): Terrible hotel, we left after 1 uncomfortable night - The pool was fine, the staff rented me a motorbike to use. The room was terrible, full of mosquitos, uncomfortable, inadequate pillows, no fridge, no TV and only a half roll of toilet paper. There are no bedside lights, so reading is not practical. The breakfast was a joke, an egg in two peaces of bread. There were no hand towels nor beach towels. There is a significant construction site next door, so it is both dusty and noisy.
• Sheik (6/5): Not as good as I expected. - The pool was big and beautiful. It was located pretty close to the central area of Padang Bai (maybe a 10-15 min walk). They offered great shuttle service to the beach. They offered a very affordable bike rental service. They were helpful and polite always. I think this is a good place to rest the night in (however, I think spending the day at the Villa may have its challenges). Room 113: There was no trash can in the room (only in the bathroom). The uploaded pictures made it seem like there was a TV in the room but it was just a painting in the shape of a TV display. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the placement of the showerhead was too close to the wall. The bathroom looked pretty old and unkept. The bed linen were too thin. There were only two pillows given. It was uncomfortable. The double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together so the cushioning of the bed was not equally dispersed. There were constant mosquitoes and lizards in the rooms despite always having the door closed. But most disappointing was the noise. The construction taking place next to the villa create d constant noise during the day so you couldn't relax or rest in the room or near the pool without being disturbed. The staff were helpful enough. The day staff seems to be the main staff and can facilitate any requests. However, the night staff seem like just part-timers/caretakers/friends and can't do much to help you. We were told many times to "check in the morning" when we made a request. Also, the door lock was super tricky, it takes a long time to turn the key the correct way to appropriately lock the door. I think this place can be a great place and great value for money if certain improvements were made: 1. Improve the smell in the rooms and concierge area to make a better impression. 2. Improve the bedding and provide more pillows. 3. Place a trash can in the room and something more decorative to make it seem less bare and clinical. 4. Fix the door so it locks easier. 5. Install mosquito/ bug devices to get rid of the mosquitoes. 6. Fix the water pressure in the bathroom 7. Figure out a solution to mitigate the construction noise 8. Fix the letter "E" on the Villa Sign behind the concierge desk. 9. Provide better night staff who are more equipped to handle in late check-ins or customer requests.

• Mirela-carina (4/5): Dissapointing. - We only slept for one night to take the morning boat to other islands. It’s not a holiday accommodation, mostly a passing-by for 1 night. Kind staff. The property would have a good potential if well managed. It is quite a pity that, with such little effort and changes you could have a good hotel. For the moment, we found an overall grose hotel, dirty unusable pool, icky bathroom and floors. It looked like nobody ever bothered to wipe the floors or bathroom. There is a excavation site near and in the morning we were woken up by horrific trembling of the walls and noise. They are excavating the mountain behind and you feel like the building is going to fall on you from the shakes.
• Jukka (6/5): Near harbour, not easy to walk there - A man working there was helpful. Good place if you want to sleep for cheap and maybe swim in the pool. Location is not so far from the Padang Bai harbour, but the road towards harbour is not really walkable. I know it's not their fault, but their page on booking.com says that they offer a free shuttle to the harbour and that was not true. They instead have a car that costs 100 000 IDR/person. Beds are a little bit too hard. AC has some strange sound, maybe it's so dirty or going broken.

• Luke (7/5): You get what you pay for - For the price this is a great place to stay. Very close to the centre (10 minute walk) and the staff are super friendly. The two sausage dogs are cool too! The bed and pillows probably need to be replaced as it wasn’t a comfortable sleep. Leaves in the pool (this didn’t bother us because the pool is surrounded by trees and flowers so it’s to be expected).
