• Noli (10/5): A very nice and comfortable stay for group of 10 - The facilities is complete with washing meachine, bathtub, microwave. The staff is very helpful, even i asked to many question. He also allowed us to bring our lugage in earlier before check in time. If you bring kids, make sure they did not run around the house due to echo sound.

• John Dexter (9/5): - Location-wise, it was around 10 minutes by foot from Ikebukuro station. There are nearby konbinis for food and other stuff. It's in a quiet neighborhood so that's a positive thing as well, far from the busy streets of Tokyo. The stairs can be a little tiny if you're bringing big luggage.

• Kay (8/5): Good local living area - Location, kitchen, living room make us feeling home with a park in the area There are some dust on desk/ lamp in bedroom and the smell from the toilet. However it’s not a big deal for us.
