• Viktória (10/5): Tökéletes - Minden tetszett! Kiváló volt az elhelyezkedése, boltok, éttermek, buszmegálló stb. minden volt a közelben. Tisztaság volt és a szállás mindennel felszerelt. Az ágyak a kanapéágy is kényelmesek voltak. A lakás tágas, 5 embernek kiváló. Nagyon szépen be van rendezve. A bejelentkezéshez pontos leírást és tájékoztatást kaptunk, bármikor bármiben segítségünkre volt a személyzet ( nem volt erre szükség). Összességében minden nagyszerű volt, ide biztos, hogy még visszatérünk ha megint Londonba utazunk. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek! Nem volt ilyen. Minden tökéletes volt.

L’abbiamo trovata pulita ed ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort, soprattutto ha gli spazi adatti per una famiglia o un gruppo Niente, tutto perfetto!

• Michael (7/5): Good - The place was fairly clean. No basic spice, condiments or other cooking essentials. Not enough bowls or drinking glasses The lampshade in the bedroom was broken. The ironing board was broken.
• Puneet (9/5): Excellent stay; could look at improving basis what I shared in the things that did not go well - The location of the property is very central Initial experience of getting the apartment keys was very bad! We were provided with the wrong code to the lockbox over email and had to call the number to get the correct code Also, please look into the fact that when traveling with a family, you should provide free late checkout till an extent And luggage storgae options are not at all good. If you check with your customer service team, the option hey offered me initially had some technical issues and hence I couldn’t book it. The replacement options were expensive.
• Charlotte (2/5): Facilities need looking into, a lot of money for not much good - The property had the basic facilities for us whilst working in the area. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice sizes. The lights didn't work throughout the apartment, there isn't a light in the bedroom at all. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracks and appeared to be falling in. The bathroom had a lot of mould in the shower and around the window - showering without a light is not great. We spent over £400 for 1 night and the property is not like the photos, not worth the £400.
