• Natalie (6/5): - The apartment was very clean and I really liked the cool decor. Beds were comfy. Location was great. Via WhatsApp staff were very friendly while I was en route to the apartment. The apartment is in the smaller side, but is completely as advertised. It’d be perfect for two, was cosy for 4 but completely doable. It was a bit disorganised during the booking and confirmation process. I didn’t find pricing/destination fee very clear and it appears I wasn’t alone in that from the other reviews I’ve seen. I had messages asking for my passport after I’d already sent it. I have not yet had my security deposit returned. There has been no proactive attempt from the property to return this to me. When I asked for this I was asked to provide proof of payment again (I had already sent this when I paid it). This is the reason I have given a lower score for hosts and value for money (until my deposit is returned my stay has cost 200E more than it should have).

• Frederick (9/5): Kultur und Charme in unmittelbarer Nähe - Ein perfekter Abend im Marais, zwischen belebten Gassen und einem Theater, das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Ein lebhaftes, elegantes und sehr angenehmes Viertel, in dem man ausgehen kann, ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nehmen zu müssen.

Estàvem molt cèntrics, a molt poca estona a peu de la Plaça de la República i molt aprop d’altres zones com Notre Dame o el Louvre. El barri, Le Marais, és ideal per passejar i prendre alguna cosa. D’altra banda, tot i que petitet l’apartament ens va permetre descansar amb tranquil·litat i comidat al grup de quatre que anàvem després de les llargues jornades caminant per la ciutat. Una dutxa calenta, un llit còmode i silenci era tot el que podíem demanar. A més, en tot moment el contacte amb la gent que porta l’apartament va ser ràpid, fàcil i efectiu, amb la qual cosa el check-in i check-out el vam fer sense problemes. Fins i tot vam poder allargar una nit més! Si vols fer vida a l’apartament (àpats, etc.), no és el més recomanable, perquè és realment un espai molt petit i els dos llits, burra per penjar roba, espai per deixar maletes, etc. estan en una mateixa i sola habitació. Ara bé, si només ho necessites per dormir còmodament i vas en família i bons amics, és estupendo!! Per lo car que està tot a París, tot i que el preu continua sent elevat, en comparació amb la resta surt prou bé la qualitat-preu.

Wenn man das nicht bezahlt, kommt man nicht hinein. Die couch war schmutzig, haare von anderen, unter der couch lagen leere süßigkeiten säckchen, schmutzige decken, schimmliger geruch

Très bien situé pour nos déplacement (200m d'une bouche de métro, distance de marche du Louvres, de l'église Notre-Dame ...). Nombreux commerces tout près tel Supermarché, traiteurs, boulangerie... L'appartement très silencieux. Cuisine bien équipé pour un court séjour a deux. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour. Les communication avec l'établissement en anglais (nous ne maitrisons pas l'anglais, c'est pourquoi nos voyageons en France chaque année)
• Melinda (5/5): Property was disappointing in size, could have been cleaner and with more plates, bowls, mugs etc. Communication was goo - The beds were comfortable and it was a good shower. Very very small especially for 4 of us, floor was dusty, there were only 2 big plates, 2 side plates and no mugs/cups for hot drinks, no dining table either even though it was advertised (there was a small round table about 40cms in diameter but I don’t call this a dinner table) and kitchen windows didn’t stay open which meant you couldn’t let air in.

• Victoria (8/5): Very good - I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I chose it primarily because of its central location and proximity to the places I wanted to visit. The apartment is also conveniently located near a metro station, which made it easy to get around the city and explore different attractions. We had no trouble finding the apartment, and the owner provided clear instructions promptly. The apartment itself was small, but had everything necessary — towels, bed linen, soap, and shower gel. It was clean and well-maintained. There was a small kitchen, but it was fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and stove. The only downside was that there were no coffee pods for the machine, and I didn’t want to buy a whole pack just for one cup. Other than that, everything was great and I was satisfied with my stay.
• Ozzie (2/5): Very poor - Location Worst customer service. The apartment was not cleaned enough. Miscommunication with the staff. No response in a timely manner. No plastic bags for garbage. Poor internet connection. Neither shampoo nor body soap in the bathroom.
• Denise (7/5): Good - This is tricky to review as we did not stay at the place we booked, it was changed at short notice several times, so we arrived in Paris late at night and not entirely sure what we would find. Fortunately the new room they put us in was OK. I think it had literally just been renovated as there was still grout on the walls and saw dust in the corners but it was a nice room and on the ground floor which was great. There were no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. We could have asked for them but to be honest it didn't worry us as we were only there a short time and the room was warm enough. It was a hassle getting the key from another building a few blocks away then trundling back with our bags in the dark, but as we were a late check in I guess that's just how it works.

Finally got in after bearly 1 hour & Room is so tiny, so hot & no ventilation. TV was not working, I told Glenhda on 1st day but no answer, then Felix on 2nd day & again no answer. The sofa bed mattress is so uncomfortable. Coffee mugs were very dirty.

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Paris, just a short walk from the Centre Pompidou and the vibrant streets of Le Marais. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is packed with excellent restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, which made our visit even more delightful. The proximity to the Olympic venues was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Paris.

Any hopes you will return your deposit back))) In describing of accommodation you don't read about extra service. You will find you then when you can't return your deposit! • Rost (2/5): adequate - The apartment had nice location close to most attractions The host never emailed us how to get into the property. We contacted him and it took 1 1/2 hours to receive the information from him. Once we did get the access information, the lock on the door was very hard to handle. It would take us at least ten minutes each time to open the door. It also took 4 weeks to get my $200 deposit back and I only received it because I had to ask them for it.

However, the apartment was very dirty when we arrived, there was a dirty pair of men’s underwear in the bathroom (we left it there), no trash bags in the can, the toilet seat was broken (we put it back on), dishes dirty (we washed them) and it looked like it had not been swept…. I tried to clean but the cleaning supplies were also lacking. I did what I could since it was only two nights but hopefully this will be fixed for the next people.

When the sofa is used as a bed the toilet/bath is blocked. There is no window (except the one with the indoor stairs view).
• Nadine (7/5): Perfect location, poor communication - The studio has an absolutely perfect location. Walking distance to main stations, door to door with a market. It had a double bed and a sofa bed, we’re a family of four, so it was ok. There’s also a small equipped kitchen. Communication was a big issue. Lack of communication. It was extremely difficult to reach the staff to ask questions (here or in the number they provide), nobody ever answered about an early check in or the existence of a laundry machine, for example. Also, when you open the sofa bed, it blocks the bathroom entrance.
• Jack (3/5): Poor - I did not like anything about this property. This property needs a lot of improvements before I can recommend to anyone. First, the host was not responsive to Whatsapp messages (only way to contact them) and would take several hours or even the next day to respond back. So, if you have a problem good luck figuring it out yourself. Secondly, the property is nothing like what's shown on this site. There's nothing luxurious about this property as everything is very basic and poor quality. There's no city view, nor a fan when it gets hot in the afternoon. In fact, there's a lot of missing stuff even though they advertised as included. This should be illegal. They also did not provide enough toilet papers or towels for the length of our stay. The main bed was decent but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and blocks the bathroom door once you pull it out. The wifi was very slow. Thirdly, the location was not as good as I thought. It gets quiet at night with few people around and if you're walking back to the apartment through the alleys there's no light. Something to keep in mind if you go alone. As a first time tourist I recommend staying closer to the river.
• Hope (4/5): good location for metro, disappointing and misleading apartment - Location good, 2 gorgeous bakeries a few doors up and a park a a few doors the other way for the kids The advert is misleading. The apartment is not really an apartment, it's a bedroom. It is very small and very hot in the summer. The sofa bed opens up to block the entire doorway to the bathroom. Luckily our 4 year old was sleeping on the sofa bed and he is a deep sleeper as had to climb across the bed to use the loo in the night. Very little space for suitcases etc. We had 2 suitcases, a buggy and a travel cot and that took up ALL the space. They also claimed that the bedding was an additional extra they threw in for free... ridiculous! There is zero parking or half the other things they state on the booking.com "ad". If it wasn't for the fact that we were all knackered and went straight to sleep as soon as we got in and only used this place to sleep it would have been a very different stay.
• Vikas (3/5): Poor - Property had firm NO SPEAK policy. Our calls were landing on machine. After paying euro 1900 to property very well in advance, we were struggling to get in. We had to pay euro 165 for night at other hotel and euro 70 for taxi. WHAT FOR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS PROVIDED IF CALLER HAS TO LEAVE VOICE MESSAGE, THAT TOO WHEN GUESTS ARE COMING FROM FOREIGN COUNTRY. Readers of this review should use their wisdom before booking this property.
• Daria (3/5): Extremelly dissapointed, complete waste of monry - Location is the only good thing about this property. We are not sure why the word “luxury” is part of the accomodation name. there is nothing luxurious about it. Everything was a very poor or basic quality. You can’t open the only window as there is a view into bycicle storage and someone can come and look at you any time. Bar stools were useless as they are below the bench full of everything, like microvawe, kettle, dish drainer, so it is imposible to eat at this space. they were also very dirty and rusty. Dish drainer was discussting, so dirty as well. pots and one frying pan very dated and unstick surface completelly damaged. No lids, no tea towel. cutlery is from several sets so mixture of everuthing. we could not enter the apartment as we were given the wrong code. We asked if we can come earlier, there was no answer. when I texted Felix, he said they chanded this code for “security” reassons and they emailed us about this change. this email was received on the day we were leaving. They said they gave us towels and sheete as a “courtessy” , can you believe???

• Shota (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good. It is so clean and they have very kind services. Especially location is amazing! When opening a sofa bed, access to bathroom is a little difficult, but it was not problem.
• Victoria (7/5): Convenient - The apartment was centrally located!! This made it easy for us to get around easily on foot to many of the major sites in Paris. The apartment was very close to a supermarket, the kitchen had the essentials and there were many different restaurants in the area. Which made meals easy. It was also quite inexpensive compared to other accommodations we looked at in the area. Both the bed and the pull out sofa were quite comfortable! I was happy to find a place where my whole family could stay, but note if you plan to stay with 4 rather than 2 people that the pull out couch when open blocks the bathroom door. My kids claimed the main bed ;) So this meant everyone had to climb over me to get into the bathroom if they needed to go at night. I also had to make sure to re-close the door each time since the blue lights from the hot water tank were flashing and the bathroom had just a slight musty smell to it. Although there was a free standing clothes rack there is definitely no closet in this apartment. So that part of the amenities description is inaccurate. We just ended up having to keep our clothes in our suitcases on the floor. Check-in was 16h30, but they said early check-in might be available (we were asking for 14h) and they would let me know 24 hours in advance. Despite following their instructions through the App and through WhatsApp (which they suggested) nobody got back to me in advance about early check-in. When I tried to call I was told just to message. Then finally I got instructions to get in. I was happy to just let myself in, but it would have been helpful to get the instructions in advance of arriving instead of having to try several different ways to reach them before I got an answer. There is a microwave there and it turns on, but does not really warm anything. Everything else in the kitchen did work.

• Mtchedlishvili (1/5): Bad - Very dirty, everywhere was hairs, and the property told us that housecleaner was BOLD! Horrible bed liner, dirty, with stains. Horrible smell all around the apartment. Note that it’s not an apprtment, it’s ground floor. All night the lights were up in the hall.

• Ileana (4/5): Disappointing - I found staff not very punctual. I did not receive any information about check in and check out. I had scheduled check in time in advance and I ended up waiting half and hour outside the building because I could not reach anyone from the staff and still had no info on how to check in. WiFi stopped working and there was no connection in the apprtement so you're basically cut off. Check out was mainly the same story, no info whatsoever. The appartement didn't look anything like the pictures. Over all the place was clean and tidy but my stay wasn't the best experience I ever had.
• Eisa (8/5): It was a great place for 2 people! I would recommend it! - It was a great location and easy access to central part of Paris. Few minutes away from stations and a lot of great restaurants. Room is fully equipped with a very comfortable bed. I had a great Paris experience! Would be great if there was instructions for microwave. We had hard time using it and did not warm up the food. Also I would recommend bringing your own slippers. Floor was clean but I sweep and wiped the floor before I settled in. Lastly, be aware of quiet hours after 10pm.

• Alexey (2/5): Very poor - Location of the apartment It is a first floor apartment in a very old building. The apartment is very small. Almost all pictures in the description are from the different unit and do not belong to it !!!! Apartment needs a lot of updates. Must be cleaned as well. Bed is not a bed just a mattress staying on small wooden boxes. Only one window is facing to a small back yard with the bike storage in it. No views at all !!! Picture of Eiphel Tower is just a picture on the wall!! This apartment is not a luxury apartment just a very small studio converted probably from the storage room or concierge room. Completely disappointed ☹️
• Sarah (7/5): Great location, clean and functional - Really good Central location Good hot shower and comfy bed - possibly not quite as described in the promo, but well priced for its location. And we could fit our two bikes in the apartment comfortably.
• Pierre (3/5): Misleading studio description - Central location near restaurants, bakery and supermarket. This listing is for 3 different properties in the same building which was misleading. Our studio for 3 had no natural light as the only windows were looking into the building corridor which was lighted every time someone was entering the building (the photo of a grand window with Paris skyline view is a poster in the flat). Once the sofa bed was opened the entrance to the bathroom was blocked. Noise from the nearby metro line completed the offer. Disappointing.
