• Moira (6/5): Did the job. Wouldnt stay again - It was on a very noisy road. The bathroom was tiny. Very hard to find the towels. No instructions left in the house on “how to”. Had to call the management company 4 times to find exact address & WiFi password.
• Rokas (1/5): Bad - This property is managed by company not private host. We needed to send our photos holding documents close to the face to them (including kids). When I asked not to do that, they suggested to cancell the stay with 50% as stated in the booking. In the replay they did not ask to send kids photos anymore, but in initialy they did. Our arrival was late at night and provided location on the map was wrong (pin on the map pointed to wrong property, no property or house number, no photo of enrty in instructions). We had to look into the photos on booking.com and figure out property by objects seen from the window. No one was answering the phone to help us out. With two underaged kids in the middle of the street during the nigth. Took us at least an hour. They demand depost to be transfered in advanced, but it happens through some external system nothing to do with this company, which makes you even more nervouse. It took them one month to return deposit and happened only when I contacted booking.com customer service (maybe conicidence, worked for me). The trip to London was great, this part was horrible.
• Zakar (8/5): Very good - It's spacious, comfy and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. The bus stop is very close and also theres a pub and small shop nearby. No microwave
• Miroslava (6/5): Horrible management of the building - A very specious place, equipped with a good taste. Price quality ratio was good. A good connection to the city by public transport - direct buses to anywhere and everywhere, but it takes ages to reach the city with the buses stopping at every corner. The management of the property was probably the worst we ever experienced. Ahead of the arrival we in contrary received a fishing message, followed by a warning message that fishing might have happened… Check in was meant to be a self-check in. However, there was no communication, no info about check in prior to our arrival - we got in only because a cleaning person let us in. Fourth day of our stay we got a call asking if we checked in and how it was possible given they hadnt provided the access info. We were told we need to fill in some info and that a form would be sent to us via booking.com - which never arrived. Be also aware that the house is listed for sale so you ll be asked to allow viewings.
