• Courteney (10/5): A great, clean, comfy and safe apartment for an overnight stay in London. - The communication from the host was great. The building itself felt safe and secure. The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and strong. It was great value for money and I would definitely stay now. The air conditioning wasn’t the strongest.
• Su Ming (10/5): Great stay and would stay again! - The location, how new the service apartment is renovated, how clean everything is and the little extras like the coffee, tea and sugar. Check in is seamless and great instructions for checking out too. Staff were responsive to request. The bed was a little creaky and we did wonder if it would collapse at times when we rolled in bed. The quality of the shampoo is not great and lack of conditioner can be something but we are nitpicking at this point.

• Bentinck (7/5): Pleasant but not up to expectation - Ease of use with clear instructions sent before check in Flight of stairs into the building and another flight of stairs up to the apartment makes it difficult to carry heavy luggage up. It would have been helpful if this can be know earlier in the booking.
• Alen (9/5): Nettes kleines Studio nahe U-Bahn in Earls Court - Die Lage ist gut, ca. 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Earls Court entfernt. In der Nähe sind PUBs, Bars, Cafès und ein Supermarkt. Wir konnten innerhalb von ca. 30-40 Minuten mit U-Bahn oder Bus die typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Studio ist klein, absolut ausreichend für eine Wochenend-Reise. Eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Eine Ceranplatte mit 2 Kochstellen ist ebenfalls vorhanden, wir haben sie aber nicht genutz. Die Eingangstüre wird mittels Code geöffnet, die Türe zum Studio mit dem Schlüssel. Die Anweisungen per Mail bzw. via Booking.com haben sowohl beim Check-In als auch beim Check-Out gut funktioniert. Die Einrichtung ist IKEA-Style, alles funktioniert bis auf beide Stühle, die etwas wackelig sind. Bad/WC und Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Beide Stühle beim Frühstückstisch sind sehr instabil, weil die Stuhlbeine verbogen waren. Vermutlich waren vor uns einige etwas korpulentere Personen mit Gewicht von über 100 kg als Gäste und diese Sessel haben das nicht besonders gut ausgehalten. Dieses Phänomen bei günstigen Stühlen, kennen wir bereits. Wenn diese Stühle repariert oder ausgetauscht werden ist alles wieder 1A. Das wäre eigentlich die einzige Anmerkung bezüglich Verbesserungsvorschlag.

• Anita (9/5): Modernes zweckmäßiges Apartment in guter Lage am Earl s Court - Das Apartment ist modern, sehr hell mit großem Fenster, und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles war ordentlich und sehr sauber, die Ausstattung minimal, aber ausreichend, auch die Größe passt. Das Bad ist modern, hat eine sehr gute Dusche, und es gibt sogar ein Fenster zum Lüften. Das Bett ist gerade breit genug für zwei Personen, die Matratze ist bequem, leider gibt es nur eine Bettdecke für zwei wie in England üblich. In der kleinen Küchenzeile gibt es Geschirr für 2 Personen, einen Wasserkocher und eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine mit bereitgestellten Kapseln (auch Tee und Nescafé vorhanden), alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben genaue Angaben zum Ein- und Auschecken bekommen und daher lief alles problemlos und entspannt. Das Apartment liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend, ruhig und nahe an der U-Bahn-Station Earl s Court (Piccadilly Line zum Flughafen Heathrow und ins Stadtzentrum), fußläufig zu den Museen, zu Harrods und zum Hyde Park wenn man gerne ein bisschen läuft. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. Das Wifi hat in der Wohnung so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, man musste ins Treppenhaus, um eine Verbindung zu haben (auch dort nicht ganz stabil), das war sehr lästig.

• Marco Bossa (9/5): - Stanza pulita e confortevole in una zona abbastanza comoda per i vari spostamenti. Ho apprezzato molto le cialde di caffe presenti. Consiglio la struttura per visitare Londra. Sicuramente è necessario spostarsi con la metro per passare la serata in quanto la zona è abbastanza tranquilla e non ci sono locali ma la metro è vicina. Per quelli di stazza un pò più "grossa" sedersi sul WC è davvero stretto. In compenso la doccia è comoda.

When I called the customer service, they quickly re boot the system and I could connect. Verry slow connection though from bedroom 12. I always wonder why no salt/pepper are provided with the kitchenette in these appartments.

Viele Möglichkeiten für Essen, Supermarkt, Drogerie o.ä. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Self check-in sehr unkompliziert Das Zimmer war unfassbar klein. Kam auf den Bildern nicht so rüber. Das Badezimmer war mini. Selbst mir, die klein und schlank ist, war das alles zu eng. Zudem war der Klodeckel extrem klapprig und wackelig. Das Bett war abgesehen von seiner "Größe" auch noch äußerst unbequem und klapprig. Wir hatten bei jeder Bewegung Angst, dass es zusammenklappt. Für den Preis hatte ich doch ein bisschen mehr erwartet. Für 3 Nächte war es ok aber ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.

Мы останавливались в стандартном номере-студио номер 10, который находится между первым и вторым этажом, 22-25 апреля 2026 г. В апартаментах высокие потолки, есть кондиционер, обогрев пола в ванной комнате, а также электрический обогреватель. В шкафу достаточно места для вещей вешалок и есть подсветка. Есть смарт-телевизор. Апартаменты оборудованы кухней с холодильником, индукционной плитой, есть капсульная кофемашина, электрочайник и микроволновая печь. Есть небольшой стол и 2 стула. Имеются столовые приборы, одна кастрюля, два ковшика и одна сковорода, разделочная доска, тарелки, чашки для чая и для кофе, стеклянные стаканы, бокалы. В апартаментах было более чем достаточно капсул для кофемашины, пакетиков с чаем, растворимым кофе и сахаром. Есть фен, утюг и гладильная доска. В нескольких минутах ходьбы пешком от апартаментов на Cromwell Rd находится крупный супермаркет Sainsbury's. Очень слабая скорость WiFi (максимальная была порядка 12 Мбит/с). Кнопка включения вентиляции в ванной комнате находится рядом с дверью слева на достаточно высоком уровне, для человека с небольшим ростом дотянуться до неё будет весьма сложно. В апартаментах было бы неплохо иметь подставку для сушки посуды.

There was a supermarket and plenty of food options nearby. We got a quick answer when we wanted extra towels. We only thought the bed was a bit small for two people

• Adrianne (7/5): Great location but needs a few tweaks to be perfect - There were many good things about this studio apartment I booked with StayPrime Kensington. 1. Location was great - close to the Earl's Court tube station so I got there directly from the airport on the tube instead of buses or trains or cab. Tons of great dining options in the area, felt safe for a solo female traveler, etc. 2. Studio was clean. 3. Kitchenette was perfect - nespresso maker with pods and sugar was much appreciated. I used the fridge and microwave, super handy. 4. Closet was well organized. 5. Aircon was great and easy to use once I received a video on how to operate from the management (the video was a great tool!). The apartment seemed to run very warm so it was needed for me. 6. Nice lift, well kept entry area, etc. 1. No full length mirror, would be super easy to install on the side of the closet or inside the closet door. 2. Wifi was terrible. I tried to do some work but I had to tether to my phone as it showed being connected but no internet much of the time. 3. Low stools with the tiny table were hard to use for working or sitting at for more than 15/20 minutes. So no place to sit longer term other than the bed. 4. The dealbreaker was the outlet situation. None in the bathroom so if you used a hairdryer, you had to do it in the kitchenette or by the front door. And there were no outlets by the bed so if you wanted to plug in your phone either at night or during the day while you were on the bed, it was not possble unless you had an extremely long cord. So one outlet in the kitchenette and one by the front door which was kind of useless since you would have had to set anything plugged in there on the floor, there were no surfaces nearby.

Ook gaf het een gevoel van veiligheid- het brandalarm was afgegaan in de blok door een ander appartement. Dat het werkt geeft wel een vorm van veiligheid Het toekomen was een beetje vaag. Het huisnummer was niet makkelijk te vinden op de fiche van booking.com. Eventueel foto’s van de voorgevel, of een plaatje aan de voorgevel van stayprime zou wel helpen daarin.

• Miliotis (8/5): Οκ διαμονή - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, Ωραία ντουλάπα για ρούχα, κρεβάτι σχετικά άνετο, το στρώμα πολύ καλό. Επίσης ωραία κουζίνα και ντουλάπια και σκεύη μαγειρέματος, αν και εγώ δεν μαγείρεψα! Η γειτονιά ήταν λίγο μακρυά από το κέντρο. Επίσης το βράδυ δεν είχε πολλά μαγαζιά τριγύρω.
• Nicole (8/5): - Smještaj je oko 2-3min do stanice Earls Court koja vodi svugdje, apartman je bio lijep i čist. Savršeno mjesto u Kensingtonu, tiho i mirno. Apartman je bio dosta velik za dvije osobe, udoban krevet, čista kupaona!:) Jedino što nam se manje svidjelo jest to da su zidovi dosta tanki kod vrata te je hodnik ispred sobe dosta uzak i sve se noći čuje u apartman

• Eduard Marian (10/5): Exceeded expectations - We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a clean and quiet neighbourhood, tube and bus stations are nearby. Regarding the apartment, it was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchenette, clean towels and bed sheets. The room had a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. The communication with the host was great, they were very kind, they offered us every information needed in detail and helped us with everything we needed. Kensington is a pretty neighbourhood with clean and beautiful buildings, we felt safe here at every moment, close to Holland Park and Kensington Gardens. For sure when we’ll be back in London we’ll try to stay again at StayPrime Kensington Serviced Apartments. Thank you -

• Dany37 (7/5): Un buon soggiorno - La stanza molto spaziosa, una doccia comoda,ci ha fatto piacere trovare..capsule di caffè, caffè solubile, zucchero, the,detersivo piatti, spugnetta e strofinaccio (non si trova ovunque).mobili della cucina nuovi e puliti. il bagno e la doccia molto puliti e provvisti di sapone shampoo e bagnoschiuma. La metropolitana a 6 minuti a piedi e i bus a 5 minuti a piedi. Ci sono supermercati vicini per l'indispensabile ma se vogliamo trovare un pò di assortimento dobbiamo allontanarci un pò. Comodissimo e facile il ceck-in ,mandano dei codici per entrare, una volta entrati si ha una chiave . Poteva essere migliore la pulizia del pavimento, abbiamo trovato una macchia davanti al frigo il che significava che non avevano lavato il pavimento ma solo aspirato..il materasso molto scomodo si sentivano le molle.

• Leire (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - La ubicación era buena, podías ir andando a Kensington Gardens y Hyde Park y el metro estaba al lado. Tenía ventana y podías ver el exterior cosa que en Londres es bastante complicado de encontrar si no pagas un dineral. El colchon era malo, con unos muelles que hacían ruido cada vez que te girabas y la almohada también regulera. Nos soy muy exigente con los colchones de hotel pero he de decir que este era malo. También el sistema de aire acondicionado aparentemente funcionaba pero no enfriaba la habitación que estaba a 24 grados y teníamos que abrir las ventanas y dormir con el ruido de la calle (ambulancias, coches y motos pasando, etc.).

• Sabine (8/5): Parfait hormis le bruit - Très proche du métro , quartier sympa avec restau et supermarché . Très propre et bien équipé. Il ne manque rien pr le séjour . Bruit d’eau qui coule sans interruption, impossible de dormir sans boules quies ( dommage ) appartement 18.
• Susana Ramos (9/5): Casi perfecto - Está céntrico, el barrio muy chulo, nuevo y con las cosas más útiles, tetera y café incluidos. Nos tocaron unos vecinos ruidosos y la cama era algo incómoda, el colchón sonaba cada vez qué te movías pero bueno todo bien

• Mario (9/5): - Calidad precio inmejorable. La ubicación está muy cerca tanto en metro como en bus de los puntos más importantes de la ciudad y el barrio es tranquilo. El alojamiento pequeño pero muy completo. Un poco pequeño. Eché en falta algo más de menaje.
• Yolanda (8/5): Alojamiento limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. - Todo era muy nuevo y estaba bien equipado y muy limpio, había todo lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia agradable. Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle. Deberían poner unas ventanas que aislarán más. El colchón necesita un cambio y eche de menos un espejo fuera del baño.
