The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. The spa and massage services were also excellent and one of the highlights of our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a hotel we would definitely choose again. None

La villa una pasada, con piscina e hidromasaje, dos alturas, una habitacion enorme... una verdadera maravilla. Luego, el trato del personal, increíble, siempre tratando a los clientes como autenticos reyes. Si no el mejor, de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado

Deres mad smagte himmelsk og var samtidig billigt. - Vores villa, maden, personalet Villaen vendte forkert i forhold til solen, der var kun morgensol. Der er virkelig stejlt ned til og op fra villaen (man kan blive kørt et godt stykke, men det sidste stykke med trapper, skal man naturligvis selv gå) Vi kunne godt klare trapperne og bakkerne, men vi var fuldstændigt svedige når vi nåede toppen. Personalet er søde, men det kunne godt blive for meget når 4 spurgte om det samme til morgenmad, frokost og aften)

Das Hotel war wirklich atemberaubend was die Lage und Anlage angeht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit! Das Frühstück war sehr schön (a la carte). Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts keine Mücken oder sonstiges, worauf wir eigentlich uns mental vorbereitet hatten im Jungel :-). Wir haben einzig eines Mittags Affen auf den Dächern beobachtet, lasst also kein Essen draußen! Die Aussicht aus der Villa war wirklich atemberaubend schön! Die Villa selbst war sehr sauber und schön! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. -

Мы покупали номер вид на долину, но нам почему-то предложили с доплатой. Я считаю это обманом со стороны отеля.

van Houdt (10/5): Highly recommended. - Warm welcome, easy check in. Very friendly staff. Privacy in the villa with a nice view from the balcony. Efficient and smartly designed villas. Daily entertainment, dance and music live performed during the dinner hours. Lots of rain in the evening however this is the time of the year and of course out of the control of the property.
Penelope (9/5): Wonderful peaceful place in nature - The location is beautiful with stunning views of the jungle covered valley. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel restaurant every night. The food is amazing and chicken satay was the best we’ve ever had. The pool is beautiful and has nice sun loungers. The yoga Shala is beautiful and has wonderful views .we mainly used it ourselves for personal practice. The gym was well equipped and the spa very relaxing. The rooms with the pools are very large and comfortable. There are a lot of steps but buggys are available if needed.

JIYEON (10/5): 숲뷰,,,,이건 가야해 다음에 간다면 1박보다는 길게가고싶어요 - 남편이 이 뷰를 너무 좋아했어요! 우붓이 딱 이런느낌이구나 싶은 울창한 숲 뷰 너무 예뻤습니다! 식당 음식도 너무 맛있었구요! 조식이 포함되어있었는데 조식도 너무 맛있었어요! 배불러서 3개밖에 못먹은게 너무 아쉽네요! 그리고 특히 아침에 한 요가수업이 너무 좋았습니다~ 따라가기 힘든 동작도 있었지만 아침에 기분도 너무 상쾌 하구요~ 사진도 예쁘게 나오더라구요! 수영장도 예쁜데 아쉬운건 11시부터 사용가능이라 ㅠㅠ 그날 체크아웃해야하는 저희는 이용못했습니다! spa 도 체크인 시간보다 일찍 와서 이용했는데 너무 좋았구요! 비오는데 빗소리 들으면서 마사지 받으니까 좋았어요~ 가운도 유니크 하더라구용 ㅎㅎ 위치는 우붓 시내랑 차타고 15분정도? 라서 그랩 부르면 되구용 시내 데려다주는 셔틀도 있는데 시간 배차가 이용하긴 어려워요 카욘 내 다른 리조트로 셔틀도 있는데 굳이? 안갔는데 다들 많이 다녀오시나봐요~ 2박 한다면 한번쯤 가볼만 할것같네요~ 아쉬운건 딱히 없는데요! 아쉽다면 1박만 예약했다는점일까요??? 개인 수영장은 조금 작긴한데 그래도 충분히 즐길정도는 됩니다

Zun (10/5): A place to feel exclusive, in touch with nature yet feel luxury comfort stay - The view, the room, the bed and services are most enjoyable. I was really tired with work and I wanted to rest without outside noise. The room and the property is exactly what I was imagine. I wake up feeling blessed and energised ....the room give us such a privacy and exlusive feeling. The property is not crowded as well. The serviced provided for any facilities are exceptional as well. you feel like they are willing to provide you the best service so that you have enjopyable stay. I really cant think of.

Venus (1/5): Making things worse, the room had insects — not just one or two, but enough to make it impossible to feel comfortable or - I stayed at Kanyon Valley and was shocked at how different the reality was from the photos and promises. The atmosphere is dark, heavy, and claustrophobic, with curtains that make the entire room feel gloomy rather than serene. Instead of a peaceful jungle retreat, the space felt stale and poorly designed, absolutely not what you expect when you’re paying premium prices. The staff was absolutely unhelpful, made me wait three hours to check out, asked for my FULL card number upon check out, sent to them by email! Who asks for someone’s full card number?

Antonio (10/5): Incredible stay - One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very private and exclusive feel. The pool and hot tub villa is out of this world. Naturally, there’s many bugs so be prepared to deal with them.
Dariusz (10/5): Rewelacja. Widoki i personel zapewniają niezapomniane wspomnienia! - Słowa nie opiszą naszego lipcowego pobytu. Świetne śniadania, basen, otoczenie. Pokój rewelacja, duży, czysty, nawet małpy nas nie zniechęciły. Widoki fantastyczne!!! Kolacje bardzo smaczne, kilka razy zamawialiśmy też do pokoju i było OK. Natomiast obsługa, wszyscy pracownicy to klasa sama w sobie. Uprzejmi, pomocni, szybcy. A mieliśmy mały wypadek na wycieczce, potrzebowaliśmy pomocy w poruszaniu i pomoc była nieograniczona!!! Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy do Ubud, to tylko tutaj.

Dr. Erik (9/5): Jungle- Feeling - Die Lage der Villen ist phänomenal. Mit etwas Glück kann man auch die Makaken auf der Terrasse begrüßen. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts einige Villen renoviert, was natürlich entsprechende Geräusche auf der Terrasse verursachte.

Marc (10/5): Brilliant could be better with heated room pools - Greeted by staff at reception. Alot of steps and steep walk ways could be dangerous in wet conditions. The pool in the room was cold and unusable should be heated.

Tiago (9/5): Amazing! One of the Very Best Stays. - Wow. Where to start. The staff were pretty much impeccable, the location: stunning (with the valley-facing pool, jacuzzi and restaurants an absolute spectacle). The room is cleaned and organised twice a day (one post-wake up and another to set up for sleep). The gym is basic but has many of the best kinds of machines, so an avid gym goer will be able to workout well without feeling like they’re compromising too much. The breakfast is great (even for vegans) and the evening restaurants offer a great variety of dishes and drinks for a very reasonable price. This hotels feels very exclusive and calm, which allows you to really enjoy the facilities while also having a nice vibe to it. The shuttle service into Ubud (which you can walk to) and the Kayon Jungle operates multiple times a day and allows you to enjoy the best of the busier and bigger sister resort for free, while also giving you the choice of visiting Ubud and Ubud market, which the Kayon Jungle (being further away) may do but not at the same rate of convenience. We also got a room upgrade, which was lovely and had the monkeys come to our balcony on every sunny day which was a lovely experience. A few more hot vegan/plant-based options at dinner would have made it a 10/10. Also, the monkeys love the jacuzzi, which is hilarious and incredible to witness, but, if we’re being objective it probably isn’t the most hygienic, so an easy fix would have been a jacuzzi cover so that can be avoided and the monkeys can just enjoy the balcony without frolicking too much in the jacuzzi (although I can’t blame them).

Sabine (10/5): - Tolle Lage etwas außerhalb von Ubud, es gibt aber 3x täglich einen Hotel-Shuttle ins Zentrum, was problemlos funktioniert. Sollte man zu anderen Zeiten in die Stadt oder zurück ins Hotel wollen, gibt es ein Taxi-Service. Die Villen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Betten, alles (nicht nur die Zimmer, auch die gesamte Hotelanlage) ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht, es wird im Kepitu Restaurant mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Tal und den Dschungel à la carte serviert, die Qualität und auch die Auswahl der Speisen ist sehr gut. Wir haben im Kepitu auch zu Abend gegessen, auch hier sehr gute und qualitativ hochwertige Speisen. Schön war die balinesische Tanzvorführung beim Dinner. Auch das Spa ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben wunderbar entspannende Massagen genossen und die Yoga-Stunde in der Früh in der Puspaka-Chapel war auch toll - vor allem in dieser traumhaften Umgebung. Besonders beeindruckend ist aber die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, egal ob im Restaurant, der Rezeption, im Spa, die Angestellten des Housekeepings... Man fühlt sich wie unter Freunden! Nichts gefunden.
Olivier (10/5): Villa avec piscine privée, personnel incroyablement attentif, vue sur la jungle - Nous avons passé un séjour magique de 3 jours au The Kayon Valley Resort. La villa avec piscine privée était sublime et offrait une vue magnifique sur la jungle, un vrai havre de paix et d'intimité. Le personnel est la plus grande force de cet établissement : souriant, aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit-déjeuner, délicieux, se prend avec une vue splendide. Si vous cherchez le luxe, le service et le calme, cet hôtel est fait pour vous.

Igor (10/5): The best vacation EVER!!!!!! - Everything from beginning to end. The definition of excellency. During whole stay they treat you like you are the most important guest there! Everything you can imagine they will fulfill. Location of hotel is amazing. In the middle of the pristine nature (jungle), surrounded by beautiful tropical forest, with cute monkey visitors. The hotel is well equipped with all you need. They have beautiful pool overlooking canyon where you can relax, or if you prefer every villa has they own. Spa offers variety of treatments which we used few times (and we were truly satisfied- special thanks to Juli and Sofia). There is possibility of morning yoga or gym (anytime). Hotel offers pick up at airport, and we also used their driver to go to our next destination in Seminyak Beach (we definitely advise you to do that to avoid taxi bargains) . Also there is free hotel shuttle services to and from Ubud city center which we found very convenient (if you want to do some shopping or local dining). While we stay there we got recommendations for day/half day trips around Ubud. Hotel organized private driver and guide for us (amazing Mr.Yogi, who, as a local, showed us more than we can get from any other tourist company, with hidden gems, skip the line access to major sights, and we finished day in one of the most beautiful jungle observation deck drinking Luwak coffee). Let me tell you more about food. Breakfast is breathtaking (rooftop terrace overlooking jungle and whole resort) and delicious (many options, all customized for you). All staff there were so nice and caring (specially Ina). For all this impressions we would like to thank Niki and Adi (reception) who made this vacation like a dream. Gokce (10/5): The most peaceful stay in Ubud - The pool villa was just a delight. It's clean, peaceful, perfect place to relax & meditate in front of the private pool while watching the jungle. There are sunbeds near the pool, as well as a sofa and a table where you can chill under the shadow. Hotel's restaurant is one of the best in Ubud. We ordered breakfast to the room once, the service was perfect. We felt extremely safe and at home during our short stay at Kayon Valley Resort. The staff was very responsive and determined to help us with all our needs. Hoping to be back!
