• Cathy (5/5): It was OK - Location was great, master bed was very comfortable No extra toilet paper anywhere in the unit.... large sliding door screen stored right behind the TV in the living area .......no instructions on how to work the TV control. Only after I found the second ROKU control in a box in the credenza was I able to get the TV to work after hours of trying with the control left (which the owners said was only to display the home screen) ..... glass sliding glass door to patio extremely hard to open and close.... small table right outside of bunk area and small bathroom is a disaster waiting to happen ... too close to coming out of that area and you run right into it.
• Tammy (9/5): Overall my stay was good! The beautiful weather we had was a big plus! I would stay again I would know more what to expe - The location and area was beautiful! Nice view of the ocean and pool area. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Creaky bed and bad pillows. We only had one washcloth each for 4 days. I was disappointed that this facility did not have a washer and dryer in the condo. I didn’t realize that until I arrived somehow I missed that in the description.
• Cassioppia (1/5): Stayed out of the room so we could breathe - Location Black mold everywhere! Coming out the vents on the floor ceilings disgusting
• Leonard (9/5): It was good and we had a great vacation. - The location was good for the beach. Places for breakfast were few, crowded and extremely expensive. There was mold on the seats at the dining table and inside the small bathroom toilet. Everything felt damp inside the unit.

What a lovely view with an up-to-date, comfortable kitchen - nable t esnd?? what's wng wth ths?? tv issues - needed info about how to get local/national channels. It would have been helpful to have written directions available. (We should have reached out, but often visited friends and weren't there much.)

• Mitchell (7/5): The best part about the unit was its location in relation to dining and beach access. The room itself was average at bes - Location No washer & dryer as stated on booking.com Balcony door did not lock WiFi prevented gaming devices from connecting to Internet Hot tub did not work Room was not ready at 4:00 - code did not work upon entry & had to wait for owners and change it
• Dan (2/5): Disappointed and nasty - I like the location right across from the beach and the area it was located in First after I arrived in Florida around 3:15pm I contacted my host to see if I could check in he contacted me later with a nasty response telling me that I didn't have to contact him as much when I only sent one message. We had 2 tvs in main bedroom couldn't get neither to connect to internet messaged my host to ask about it no response for the remaining 3days being there. When we arrived floor was covered with so much sand and bathrooms had mold in them. Couch had stains all over it. Items like beach chairs and umbrella were broke so we couldn't use had to spend money to rent some on the beach. Bathtub drains were clogged up so all the sand and dirt we washed off stayed in the floor of the tub

• Madison (10/5): Perfect little getaway - The condo was very clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the beach access so much! The laundry and trash rooms were very handy as well, bring your own soap & you are set!

• Rachael (10/5): We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Santa Rosa! We would love to go back! - Everything that we wanted to do/ needed for the week was very close by. We loved being right across from the beach and the private beach section. There was nothing that we didn't like.
