- Jesus (1/5): Uncomfortable night and frustrated with the customer service - Booking.com advertised a “Queen Room” but we got a what in Mexico is called a “cama matrimonial” which is smaller than a queen bed . Not what we expected, due our plan was to check-in and have a little rest before going to a night gala I didn’t think to ask for a room change, but when we returned to sleep it was impossible for us two people to have a comfortable sleep and didn’t rest properly . On the check out process Mr. Uriel Martínez besides incompetence when I requested to speak to a supervisor he tried to put words on me that I didn’t say when he spoke to the supposed to be his supervisor. The supposed to be the supervisor didn’t want to talk to me and Mr. Martinez denied to give me the supervisor’s name . Finally I found out that the person he talked was not the supervisor and looks like there was not one on duty. This person made me lose time with his excuses and didn’t solve nothing. My complaint is, why we got a smaller bed when in the booking.com mentions a QUEEN ROOM .

- Carlos Cruz (3/5): The worst experience so far - Nothing in particular 1) Check in takes forever 2) Slow staff not friendly or customer centric 3) invoicing process always takes long. You have to send an email every time with your fiscal information. Room # and date while in other hotels you just let the staff know you need fiscal invoice and minutes after checking out you get the invoice in your inbox. 4) a guest came into my room in the middle of the night while sleeping and said he was given the same room. How can this be possible!!! From a safety perspective for all guests this is totally unacceptable. And i can keep going on and on.

- Juan Carlos (8/5): Una estancia agradable que pudo ser mejor. - El hotel y su personal, muy bien, la situación es correcta, facil de llegar al aeropuerto. Las habitaciones amplias 'fenomenal'. La conexión a internet es rapida, aunque a la señal wifi en la habitación, a veces era irregular (dentro de lo buena que era). El desayuno y la atención al principio era magnifica y conforme pasaba el tiemo fue a peor, en cuanto a variedad de la comida (algunos productos se acabaron y no se repusieron, los kellogs, quedo solo una variedad, el bacon, para acompañar al final ya no ponian...), el aire acodicionado, descubri (con frio) que solo funciona para enfriar, si pones calor (el clima habia refrescado) solo mueve el aire y ademas el ruido del ventilador era algo mas que notable. Añadir que cuando el sol entraba por la ventana el calor subia rapidamente y el sistema de aire acondicionado no era capaz de refrescar la habitación... un poco caotico. El servicio de restaurante un poco raro... eramos un grupo numeroso y en alguna ocasion nos recomendaron que buscaramos una alternativa porque el servicio no sería bueno... no entiendo el porque!!!

There should be instructions in the room or provided at the front desk. One of the front desk clerks was not very welcoming. Just very indifferent.

El baño es cómodo. El gimnasio bastante bien equipado. Es un hotel antiguo pero cómodo y confortable La ubicación es excelente frente al WTC, dentro de esa zona se puede caminar a pie a muchas partes y hay tiendas y restaurantes cerca, muy buenos. La zona es segura. El personal es muy amable. La relación calidad/precio podria ser mejor. El baño es cómodo y el desayuno es muy rico, con varias opciones. La habitación tenía muy poca iluminación El aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho, pero no pasamos calor
