- Lucie (5/5): - Convenable si vous cherchez un logement de dernière minute. En effet le lieu est très beau mais la propreté est loin d’être au rdv…Les chambres sont très mal isolés et très humides. Pour ce qu’il s’agit de l’organisation…personne ne c’est occupé du check-in lors de notre arrivé et nous n’avons été informées de rien, ni de l’heure du petit déjeuné, ni de comment se passe la réservation pour les activités bien que nous avions demandé à plusieurs reprises, et lorsque nous avons eu le numéro de quelqu’un vers qui nous tourner, nous lui avons annoncé les dates et activités que nous souhaitions et c’est seulement la veille lorsque nous avons encore du demander comment est-ce que ça se passait pour l’activité du lendemain qu’il nous a sagement répondu par que rien n’était réservé et nous a redirigé… les prix des activités de l’agence qui leur est rattaché sont très abordables mais ne vous attendez pas à de la ponctualité de leur part (30min de retard le premier jour & 40min de retard le second pour 2 activités diverses) en bref, fait l’affaires pour quelques jours mais à éviter pour une semaine complète bien que le personnel soit très appréciable

Les lieux sont d’une propreté irréprochable et le petit déjeuner est un vrai point fort. Mention spéciale à Karim, le chat, qui participe pleinement à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel. Le lieu est vraiment joli, tres belle piscine, court de tennis, bar extérieur, boulodrome et de beaux espaces pour jouer. Un super lieu pour se détendre pas loin de Marrakech. Le rapport qualité prix du dîner le soir (mais nous étions seuls a diner, nous sommes arrivés tard et en plein ramadan)

La literie n’était pas très confortable, Le domaine est loin de la Médina donc il faut payer les transports vers la Medina (comptez entre 300 et 400 DHR pour l’aller-retour)

- Tintin (1/5): - Sämsta stället nånsin, ser inte alls ut som bilderna. De lurar en, så smutsigt och ingrodd smuts och mögel. Svart mögel typ överallt, luktar till och med mögel, inga täta dörrar eller fönster så kryp kommer in. Skalbaggar, myror så om du är minsta lilla noga med hygien och får panik av smuts, kryp och allmänt äcklad av allt. Boka inte detta, rekommenderar inte, de som skriver att det är okej har låga krav för vad ett hotel ska erbjuda, men det värsta är att bilderna inte överrensstämmer med verkligheten. Vi bokade mer än 2 veckor där och när vi insåg att vi blivit lurade… vi fick inget återbetalt. Allt va skit åk inte dit!!

- Daniel (10/5): Un séjour parfait au Domaine du Douar avec un cadre magnifique. - Séjour exceptionnel au Domaine du Douar. Le cadre est magnifique, très calme et parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. La chambre était impeccable et les installations au top. Une adresse que je recommande à 100 % et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

- Daniella (9/5): Prachtig resort - We hadden kamer Meknes, ruim en sfeervol. Enorm, comfortabel bed. Ruime badkamer, goede douche met veel en warm water. Wij hadden alleen maar regen, dus konden geen gebruik maken van ons privé buitenterras. Een paar comfortabele stoelen in de kamer ontbreken. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk, met name de bediening en de kokkin (excuses dat ik jullie namen ben vergeten). We hebben ook heerlijk gegeten, zowel diner als ontbijt zijn uitstekend. Helaas hadden de andere gasten de laatste fles rode wijn besteld. Ik probeer contact te krijgen omdat ik iets ben verloren. Niemand reageert. Het laatste stuk weg naar de accommodatie is slecht. Je hebt een auto nodig om in de bewoonde wereld te komen.

- Angel (2/5): - The swimming pool was the only truly positive aspect of this stay. It was clean, well maintained, and offered a pleasant and relaxing environment, unlike the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, the pool was the only part that met expectations. The road leading to the hotel is in horrible condition, full of potholes — you seriously risk damaging your car before you even arrive. The room was dirty, dusty, with torn towels and a completely non-functional air conditioner. There was no TV in the room, despite it being clearly advertised. Shower gel and shampoo were provided only on the first day and were never replenished, even after we specifically asked for them. Basic hygiene and guest comfort are clearly not a priority here. This hotel does not match its description at all. Very disappointing stay. Not recommended.

- David (1/5): Une honte, à fuir ! - Le lieu est plutôt agréable -chambre avec chauffage qui ne marchait pas (Fin Décembre), l’établissement etait loin d’être complet, mais au lieu de vous changer de chambre, on vous apporte un petit chauffage d’appoint (pas terrible, car les chambres sont assez grandes) -l’établissement vous propose une navette aéroport qui vous coûtera la modique somme de 40€ (notre aller), alors qu’un taxi vous coûtera 20€ (notre retour). -si vous partez en excursion avant 8h30, vous ne déjeunerez pas, alors que les petits déjeuners étaient compris. -prix consommations exorbitantes (3 petites bières Desperados et 1 Coca, 24€). Prix non affichés. -et enfin, 1 responsable qui vous écoute, vous sourit, mais cela s’arrête là. INCOMPÉTENT. J’allais oublier, le dernier jour, ce fameux responsable se cachait (vraiment) pour éviter de nous affronter lors de notre départ.

- Salah (10/5): - J’ai passé trois jours dans cet établissement et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. Le personnel était vraiment exceptionnel : accueillant, chaleureux et toujours attentif. Les lieux sont impeccables, avec une propreté et une hygiène irréprochables. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le calme et la détente qui règnent dans l’établissement, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais reste assez standard : on mangeait exactement la même chose durant les trois jours, ce qui manque un peu de diversité. Une petite variation quotidienne serait vraiment appréciée. Malgré cela, l’établissement reste un très bon endroit pour se détendre et profiter d’un séjour calme et agréable

Pouco proficionalismo quando chegamos ao espaço, apos varios telefonemas é que nos mandaram entear O preco no local pediram duas vezes mais caro que no booking. Pelas 20 horas ja não tinha recepcionista, teve que ser o seguranca a tratar de tudo. Restaurante as 21 30 ja estava fechado. Pequeno almoco sem abundancia, para nos que comemos pouco foi o suficiente mas com pouca variedade em relação ao que estamos habituados a ver em marrocos.

Le cadre est exceptionnel, calme et dépaysant, idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. La chambre était impeccable, très propre et confortable. Le service, la gentillesse de l’équipe et l’ambiance du lieu rendent l’expérience vraiment unique. - Letoilerose (10/5): Pause paradisiaque - Personnel très sympathique, le jeune homme présent au bar et au petit déjeuner pendant notre séjour était extrêmement agréable et professionnel. C’est un très bel endroit au calme après quelques jours dans l’agitation de la médina. Superbe piscine bordée de transats pour bronzer. La présence du terrain de tennis et du pont pong est un vrai plus. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et délicieux. Pour nous c’était un choix, mais il faut être conscient que l’hôtel se trouve bien en dehors de la ville. La carte du restaurant n’est pas très variée, il manque quelques options végétariennes.

- Emma (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped and friendly place to stay - Great facilities. Lovely room. Really welcoming and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Site very well kept. Good access to road network to the south without having to go through the driving madness of Marrakesh. Bed set up wasn't what we requested. There was no way for early departures (it's not that far from the airport) to have coffee or breakfast before leaving.
- David (8/5): - La beauté du site , et l’amabilité de tout le personnel Malheureusement ont nous avons annoncé que là piscine de la villa était chauffée, mais en faite non , donc au mois d’octobre l’eau est assez froide donc nous n’avons pas pu beaucoup profiter de la piscine . Dommage que les repas ne soit pas plus variés ainsi que les desserts

La piscine privée idéal Le personnel très gentil et serviables L’emplacement vraiment trop loin du centre 35 minutes en voiture Le ménage pas fait à notre arrivée ou alors pas propre et aucune fois pendant nos 5 nuits pas de changement de serviette après on est pas allé le demander on restait pas trop longtemps

- sandra (6/5): - La piscine Petit déjeuner pas très copieux,même si le petit déjeuner et compris dans le prix ils ont pas voulu nous laisser un petit truc à boire avant de partir à l’aéroport à 7h du matin. Et ce qui est vraiment pas bien c’est les WC ouverts dans la chambre

- dara (1/5): Awful - Liked the tennis court We went there to relax, out of the medina and choas of the city.. Unfortunately it is a party place, with loud teenage party music being played from 11am until late at night. This was not for us, so after a day we asked for a refund, we were told this is a once off as the "day pass" people were there. However this happened every day, even after midnight people drinking alcohol and no peace. No where in the resort could you get peace from the loud music. There is no "quiet time" as was advertised. Staff simply do not care. It appears the staff are there to enjoy themselves and the guests are a second thought. We had to leave early, and find somwehere else to stay, exhausted, no sleep. Kept up all night with the noise, then during the day you cant sleep as music blaring at the pool. The staff would say they would turn it down then would turn it back up. Do not go here if you want to relax. Our room was damp and smelly with humidity, in fairness the staff changed room for us. The barman is so rude. Breakfast, get what you are given, no choice. A bland 2 egg omelette, and some bread. if you buy food it is overpriced.
