jennifer (9/5): Excellent séjour avec une équipe accueillante et un hôtel très agréable ✨ - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Muthu Balaia Sol Hotel 😊 L’hôtel est très bien situé à Albufeira, le logement était confortable et agréable, et la piscine superbe. Un grand merci à Frédérico à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme dès notre arrivée. Merci aussi à Serifo, toujours souriant, patient et adorable au petit déjeuner. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le travail des dames de service les lits étaient faits chaque jour, les serviettes changées quotidiennement et tout était toujours impeccable. Les lits étaient très confortables, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le séjour était globalement très agréable, mais certains voisins étaient parfois un peu bruyants le soir avec la musique tardive. Il serait aussi appréciable que la cigarette soit interdite sur les terrasses extérieures du bar ainsi qu’au bord de la piscine, afin de rendre les espaces communs encore plus agréables pour tous.

Julio G. (7/5): - El lugar es muy tranquilo, tiene parking que es de agradecer , es pequeño con lo que el número de huéspedes es bajo y eso ayuda a descansar y desconectar. Sí lo que buscas es descanso y tranquilidad es perfecto. Postres del buffet muy variados nos encantaron. Camas a nuestro gusto, muy cómodas. Lo que no me gustó es una buena lista, aquí comentaré la realidad de lo que hemos vivido el 03, 04 y 05 de Abril 2026. Las fotos del apartamento no muestran fielmente el apartamento donde nos ubicaron (por lo menos en la reserva por Booking), desconozco si existen esos apartamentos, sólo 2 fotos de todas eran del apartamento en el que nos quedamos (las del baño). En el salón comedor no hay sofá, ni sofá cama, es una cama simplemente por lo que no puedes descansar ahí tras comer si no es en una silla o tumbarte en esa cama. La televisión es de 22 ", a mí parecer muy pequeña y ubicada en un rincón . Aire acondicionado únicamente en el dormitorio, por lo que sí estás en el salón/comedor y la temperatura es alta, dudo que consiga enfriar al apartamento. El menaje de la cocina cumplía con lo necesario, en mi opinión, correcto. Ahora pasamos al todo incluido, si lo contratas debes desplazarte a otros hoteles de la misma cadena para comer, merendar y cenar, está muy bien que te recojan y te lleven todas las veces que quieres, puedes usar todas las instalaciones de los otros hoteles, pero a quien no le apetece un café o una bebida en tu habitación?, pues eso no es posible a partir de las 18:30 que cierran la cafetería de la piscina (algo que no terminan de explicar totalmente en la publicidad ni una vez allí el personal del hotel). Una vez estas en los otros hoteles, para salir directamente a la playa , se debe salir y entrar mediante una tarjeta de habitación, pues bien, en este hotel no te facilitan esa tarjeta por lo que tienes que salir y entrar cuando entren otros clientes o salir del complejo y andar algo hasta la playa (nada cómodo sinceramente). También te ofrecen la posibilidad de comer en algunos restaurantes del complejo en vez de comer en el buffet , hay que reservar con mucha antelación, hay muy poca disponibilidad, no pudimos disfrutar de ninguno por intentar reservarlo el mismo día por la mañana para la cena como nos indicaron que...

Océane (10/5): Parfait, je recommande - L’emplacement était idéal, le logement était super ! Équipe à l’écoute de ses clients. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour se détendre et découvrir le sud du Portugal. Les commerces sont à proximité mais il faut marcher 20 mns. Pour la plage la plus proche (Praia Santa Eulalia) compter 30 mns à pieds. Je recommande fortement le restaurant portugais proche du logement (Sabor no Prato) des plats locaux avec beaucoup de goûts et une carte qui change tous les jours :) RAS Mais bien savoir qu’il faut marcher pour aller à la plage, faire ses courses ou autre (si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé)

Þórunn Kristin Hafdal (10/5): Loved our stay. Everything was excellent. Pool area was wonderful for our 6 year old son and he adored the hotel cat. We - We stayed at this hotel for three weeks over the summer, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, very family-friendly, and the staff were always polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The pool area was never overcrowded, and it was always easy to find sunbeds to relax on after a long day. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day, and the bed linens were changed every week, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and comfortable, with an Aldi and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. It took us about 20 minutes to walk down to the beach, which was perfect for our family. Overall, everything was a 10/10. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! Nothing everything was perfect.

Andreas (6/5): - wir waren 4 Naechte da, an zwei nachmittagen war der Gaertner mit einer Motor Heckenschere direkt vor unserer Terasse am Werk. Da war nichts mit relaxed auf der Terasse oder am Pool. Eine elektrische waere da schon passender gewesen.
Samantha (7/5): Bom! - Os funcionários a maioria foi atenciosa. Café da manhã é muito bom, tem frutas frescas, variedade de pães e opções quentes. A parte da piscina é bonita, mas não tivemos tempo para aproveitar. Ganhamos um vinho de agradecimento ao final de nossa estadia. Não gostei muito do quarto que ficamos, tinha 3 andares, era completo com cozinha, mas acho que faltaram informações na descrição do quarto que era dividido em pavimentos. E nenhuma das fotos estão de acordo com o quarto que ficamos. A TV não ficava no quarto que ficamos, o banheiro era em outro pavimento.

Gerhard (9/5): - Wir haben fünf Nächte in dieser wunderschönen gelegenen Anlage verbracht und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, wie das gesamte Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut war. Wichtig ist noch zu erwähnen dass es Parkplätze direkt in der Anlage gibt!
