• Sonja (10/5): Toppen! Här bor jag gärna igen!!!! - Fantastiskt läge för mig! Mycket centralt och bekvämt med allt väldigt nära. Välutrustad lägenhet med duschbadkar och liten balkong. Störde inte mig, men huset mitt emot är en övertäckt byggarbetsplats. Fördelen var ju då att min lägenhet inte hade någon insyn!

• Sabrina (9/5): buono ma non eccezionale - la posizione il letto di nostra figlia (divano grande ma molto scomodo) non riusciva a dormirci, era un terzo letto che consigliano di cambiare, non possibile dormirci per la schiena (preciso che mia figlia ha 20 anni). Altra cosa è che le chiavi si prendono a 15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. molto scomodo1
• Ivy (10/5): Clean and central - Close to Oxford Street where all the major shops are. Everything was new and neat and tidy. Nothing
• Burak (10/5): - Location is perfect. Also very warm inside home.
• MELINA (8/5): - Location was very good, walking distance from most amenities. Clean apartment, heating was great too. The sofa bed was in poor condition, splitting in the middle and making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I was also disappointed to be asked to pay extra for early check-in, especially given the already high price of the apartment. I completely understand that early check-in may not be possible when an apartment has been occupied the same day, but when it is vacant, it should be offered without an additional charge. In my view, this is part of good hospitality and accommodating guests. If early check-in is considered a premium service, it would be better to include it in the overall price rather than charging separately. Aside from these points, everything else was great.

• Njoud (9/5): التعامل مريح - التعامل مريح جداً ممكن وقت الدخول مفتاح الشقه في مكان و الشقه مكان هذه المشكله الوحيده الي واجهتني

• David (4/5): Disappointing, we really expected a bit of luxury. - Nothing was particularly special The Tower Block, the area directly outside. The TV was useless. Overlooked by the offices opposite. Not a good location considering the properties around it.

• Sasha (10/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed, sødt og hjælpsomt personale, fuldt udstyret lejlighed! Fantastisk! - Lokationen er fantastisk.! Skønt med en lille altan.. flot køkken der havde alt i udstyr.. i det hele taget var lejligheden fuldt udstyret.. sovesofaen var virkelig god.. vi er ofte steder med vores 13 årige datter hvor hun får virkelig lousy sovesofaer.. men her var den super god og hun sov fantastisk! Der er elevator til lejligheden som er på 6. sal.. det fungerede også super fint med check in og nøgleafhentning.. lækkert badeværelse hvor alt fungerede,. Generelt ren og flot vedligeholdt lejlighed.. Det var lidt ærgerligt at nabolejligheden er ved at blive renoveret så der i hverdagene er meget støj, men det er jo kun midlertidigt.. der var også støj fra gaden da de er ved at renovere bygningen på den anden side, men igen: midlertidigt.
• Alicia (8/5): Hated check in, but nice apartment and location. - The space was a good size and it had elevators to the apartment. The location was reasonably close to main sightseeing but definitely needed to walk a bit or take metro. Several pubs around the area Check in. You have to walk 10 minutes away to get the key and there’s no place to put luggage before check in so you have to take everything with you or pay to store it locally (£30 with all the kid stuff). With a family, it’s not easy.
• Tiffany (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, very clean, all the amenities that you would need, surprisingly spacious, the kitchen was a good size, and new appliances. Very walkable close to a lot of entertainment, but also in a quiet street, so was really peaceful. The internet was definitely too slow to do any work on, even loading basic pages could take really long, even after resetting it a few times
• Helen (8/5): Very good - Quiet, clean, very central Suggestions - provide WiFi details in the flat on arrival & instructions what to do with garbage/recycling. We couldn’t get into the garbage disposal room as the keys in the flat for it didn’t open the door
