• Dan (8/5): Very good - Butifule villa and Butifule place. Overall Clean. The BBQ is not included, extra $45 a day. also the pool. They waited to charge extra $100 a day for the pool.. we don't like a place that want extra for everything. (Even extra for shmpo)

• Regine (3/5): The place was nice but not managed well, it was very dirty and the owners were unresponsive. - It was spacious. • dirty dishes in cabinets • dirty cups in the closet upstairs • broken pool equipment • socks left in upstairs master by dresser from previous stay • old ramen and seasonings left from previous stay • trash in the kitchen was FULL • multiple lights were out • stained sheets/towels • the cutting board broken • towel bar and soap dispenser broken in bathroom • roach/bugs inside upon arrival • dirty overall
• Maris (1/5): Bad - House was OK. I didn't recommend this House to stay. First when i make a booking for this house, after 1h from my card tried to collect money in LASVEGAS SPA hotel, and my bank blocked my card. After that Host ask to send a Passport data to their system and collect DEPOSIT 500usd payment thought their system. What is absolute unsafe. Refund takes more than 10days. I didn't recommend to stay there if you want keep your CREDIT CARD data in safe place.

• Fernando (6/5): Good house, beware of operator - Beautiful house , looks very similar to pictures shown From the four bathrooms, three had draining issues in the shower area, water accumulated to an inch high during bath which is not ideal for hygiene. Bed linenes were dark blue which is out of standard for accommodations. Sweet vacation rentals, the company operating the house, also demanded a credit card hold one week in advance of our stay, which was not possible due to the link provided giving out errors after more than ten attempts . They then threatened to cancel my stay one day before we arrived , I had my whole family in Orlando already, would have no where to go , the matter was only solved after I asked booking.com to intervene . This was also very stressful for a vacation stay. I would not recommend any houses operated by “sweet vacation rentals “

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, incredibly clean, location perfect, en-suite and walk in wardrobe for everyone. The perfect property for families wanting to visit the parks! Ten mins from Disney and 20 to universal, free parking right outside the property. Will definitely book again. Absolutely nothing. Its perfect.
• Erika (9/5): Great house for a comfortable stay close to Disney - The gated community where the house is located is safe, well-maintained, very pretty and the staff were super friendly. It is located very close to the Disney parks and has quick access to the highway. There are many options around the neighbourhood like Walmart, gas station, shops, etc. The house itself was great and exactly like in the picture. The check in process was also very easy with the code sent to us some days before arrival. The rooms and the bathrooms were very spacious and the living area was great. The kitchen also had a good size for our group (4 adults + 1 child) with enough utensils and a dish washer. The house also has an external area with a BBQ, which we were able to use as well (for an extra fee). The parking spots were right in front of the house, which was very practical. There were issues with the payment for the security deposit, where at some point it had been charged three times to my card. The host, however, fixed the issue. Also even though there is a pool area inside the community, the host did not provide us with the card to access it, so we would have had to pay over 100$ per day to access it. There were no cleaning supplies (mops, cloths to clean the floor, dish towel).

• Brian (10/5): Moments from it all - The rental is less than fifteen minutes from any park. You can be at Animal Kingdom in five minutes and the magic kingdom in around ten or so minutes. There are so many restaurants nearby that you will find anything you could want. There is a Walmart just across the Irlo Bronson memorial highway moments away. A Target or Publix is just a few minutes further away. The community this rental is located is gated and exceptionally quiet. The upstairs master bedroom shower drain was clogged and filled with water. I had a wire hanger I straightened and used it on the drain to clean it out. Otherwise the place is ideal for anything I could want in attractions, dining and a place to crash.
• Iain (5/5): just OK but very disappointed with the response from owners, hidden charges - very close to Disney there is a huge charge to use pool , which was not included in price, main bedroom sheets smelled like vomit had to sleep on top of bed once sheets were removed , fire alarm continued to beep all night , connection to owners was terrible.

• Jaber (9/5): perfection and completion for your Disney trip and more! - This property is very close to the Disney property. it is a very short drive away from all Disney Parks and other tourist locations like shopping, dining and fun things to do! Very easy check-in and Check-out process. Everything you need is in this unit! very spacious with many rooms, privacy, parking, washer/dryer and full kitchen! I totally recommend this place if you’re going with family OR friends. I honestly can’t think of anything that I didn’t like!

• John (10/5): Immaculate Property - My family had an exceptional stay at this property. The location was very convenient close to the Margaritaville resort as well as Animal Kingdom. The area has lots of dining options as well as a movie theater. We stayed and left early to watch a launch at Cape Canaveral which was around 45-55 minutes away from the viewing site. The route was easy and with minimal traffic. We also did get to view another launch from the parking lot as well of a falcon rocket, it was far away but easily visible. I really like that each room has it's own bathroom and the master bedroom upstairs had another sitting area as well. There is a second master suite downstairs. There is a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen. Overall it was very comfortable and we had no issues. I think it is perfect for a large family and sleeps up to 8. No issues.

The villa were impeccable and simply beautiful. The Staff were friendly and amazing accommodat for single thing. If we come back to here we would not consider staying anywhere other than here. Absolutely perfect! Sad to return to Japan. all perfect
