• Laura (6/5): Good for a short stay - Good location, especially if travelling by car; easy access and clear instructions, with comfortable beds. The toilet smelled as if someone had been smoking inside, and there was no ventilation to clear the smell. The pillow also smelled like smoke, which made it quite unpleasant. The hairdryer was not working, and there were no toiletries available except for a basic soap. Overall, I would not stay here for more than one night.

Beaucoup d'amélioration à apporter dans le suivi technique et confort basique - L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville. 1- 1 seule lumière sur les 2 fonctionne dans la salle de bain de la 409.2- Il n'y a pas de lumière dans la chambre, les ampoules ont été retirées. Le problème est que l'on y voit rien par mauvais temps. 3- la douche déborde si on met trop de pression - 4- pas de bagagerie. Je suis restée 8 nuits avec 2 bookings différents. J'ai envoyé un email 15 jours en avance pour anticiper le transfert bagages d'une chambre à l'autre, car je passais d'une chambre single à une double. Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse.... On m'a quand même arrangé tôt le matin pour mettre mes valises dans la nouvelle chambre après que j'ai téléphoné. 5- Je n'ai jamais reçu le code d'accès chambre et hôtel pour la 1ère réservation. 6- Pas de serviette pour poser les pieds en sortant de la douce et douche très glissante sans antidérapant. 7-le distributeur de cafés est resté en panne pendant les 8 jours ou j'étais là !
• Sondre (3/5): Hotellet mener jeg var det billigste i svolvær sentrum, men jeg mener prisen var for høy med tanke på hotellet. - Sentralt Ekstrem fiskelukt på rommet, og var ikke fra utfor hotellet. Alt for myk seng, som knirket hele tiden. Veldig lytt i veggene!

• Brigitte (3/5): Einmal und nie wieder. - Das Hotel wirbt speziell mit der guten Qualität der Betten. Diese waren aber mit unhygienischen, "verratzten" und durchgelegenen Federkernmatratzen ausgestattet ... Zugang hat jeder mit Code, andere Gäste (oder auch Nicht-Gäste?) werden von den Hotelgästen mit eingelassen.

• Carol (8/5): Great location and good value. - The location was fantastic for getting off the boat. Value for money for an overnight stay. Had a kettle but no coffee or tea.
• Hilde (9/5): God service, fint rom med utsikt mot havna og veldig rent - Sentralt og rent. Og utrolig god service og svarte kjapt før vi ankom Jeg vet fra før at at disse hotellene har minimalt av ting på rommene. Men de kunne spandert på oss et par ekstra kopper / plastglass spesielt på badet for tannkostene. Vi hadde med et par champagneglass siden vi feiret, men det hadde vært supert med noen ekstra slik. Men vi vet dette nå til neste gang, så det går fint. Kunne også ligget en ekstra hodepute på rommet som et tips :)

The access code was sent to me before hands, so it's very easy and quick to get in the room. As a budget option, this hotel is not perfect, but it provides all necessary amenities for a short stay. The cleanness can be improved. There are stains on both the desk and chair.

Røret til sluken på vasken var ikke festet og det luktet avføring på badet

• pei ling (9/5): clean & spacious room! - location - very near the centre parking - there's a wide public parking area right in front of the hotel room size - it is very spacious, can easily fit 2 queen beds and more check in / out - we managed to check in early as the room was ready communications - unmanned hotel but can reach their staff via whatsapp utensils - didnt have basic utensils provided, eg. teaspoon - provided PAPER cups, but we stayed 2 nites x 2 pax, and they only provided 2 paper cups for the whole stay toilet rug - didnt have any floor / toilet rug, so everytime after shower, we had to walk around with wet feet

Abbiamo avuto un problema nella prima camera,, ma con il pronto intervento, telefonico, della persona preposta al servizio clienti, ci è stata cambiata. L'inconveniente che c'è stato, ma che però si è risolto.

No paper cups in the room or bathroom, this must be one of the few hotels in the world that does not provide this basic necessity.
