• Martijn (9/5): Mooi en schoon hotel. Wel een stukje lopen naar mooie plekjes - Mooi ingericht, ruime kamers en fijne badkamer met droog-systeem voor gewassen kleding. De accomodatie ligt iets verder van het centrum af. Het was een goed half uur lopen.

• Yong Kang (10/5): - Everything! Staff was extremely friendly. The accomodations was really huge and comfortable, can even choose whether you want to sleep in a Futon on a Tatami or just normal bed! Especially when you're travelling with just 2 person! The bathroom is mesmerizing, really giving the Onsen/Sento experience. Highly recommend anyone staying in Kyoto to give this apartment a try! It will not fail you! Its 15mins+ away from any stations, taking the bus is very convenient but it cost ¥230 per trip. Good if you like to walk though~

• Xuan (9/5): 非常好，下次来还会住这家 - 酒店比较新，位置在河原町很不错，步行到京都站15分钟，走路到本愿寺。门口有公车站。往北走10分钟有家Fresco超市买东西很方便。房间还算比较大的，东西设备很全。小厨房可以做饭。浴室泡澡很舒服。前台客服很nice还送了我们小饼干。 我们住在一楼，房间稍微有点暗。另外如果有洗衣机更好了。
• hyunji (10/5): 교토 여행에 편안한 보금자리 - 교토 자체가 대도시 느낌이 아니다보니, 소박하게 지내기에 괜찮은 숙소 같아요. 서울로 치면 서촌 이런 곳 가운데 있는 느낌입니다. 숙소를 나서면 골목에 아기자기한 가게 구경하는 재미도 있구요. 일단 대도시에선 호텔에 가도 너무 좁은데, 4인 가족이 넉넉한 넓이에 머무를 수 있는 곳이라 만족스러웠어요. 호텔이라는 느낌보단 에어비엔비에 가까우면서도 호텔의 형식인 그런 느낌이예요. 조리 공간도 있구요. 아침을 꼭 챙겨드시는 부모님과 여행이라 조식이 없어 조금 아쉽나.. 했더니, 밥을 해먹을 수 있는 공간이 있어서 굉장히 편했습니다. 로피아에서 장보고 택시타니 기본요금+100엔 정도 나오더라구요. 청수사 걸어서 20분, 교토역 걸어서 15분 정도 걸립니다. 엘리베이터 200킬로 제한...! 조금 더 컸으면 좋겠지만. 그래도 나름 나눠서 잘 탔습니다.

• Ilse (9/5): excellent place to visit Kyoto. I loved organisation of the bathroom, very efficient - no breakfast was included in this apartment; but there are facilities to prepare it easily. Also shops are close. Nothing to mention. Windows are not fully protecting from light entering.
• Art (10/5): Best stay in all of Kyoto! - We absolutely loved the location of this stay. Without a doubt the nicest home that we were able to call home during our travels to Kyoto. The staff were amazing and very friendly and extremely accommodating!!! Honestly there wasn't a thing we would change. There were coffee shops close by... The convenience of laundry mats just a block away. Small little restaurants to eat at .. we loved everything!

My daughter slept on the futons but we layered two futons on top of each other to make it comfy. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and had to wait about 15 minutes before someone arrived. You could hear a bit of traffic from the room.

• Wei-Hsun (8/5): Good Family size rooms - The room was big with half being Japanese Tatami and the other half Western. Able to do light cooking with the kitchen unit and location was quiet and near the bus stop. The shower was great and good size Bathtub with preheat control. The Elevator cannot handle more than 150kg as it is small (need to make multiple trips with many suitcases or take the stairs). Reception is not staffed at all times but can reach out through the Booking.com App. No washing machine to do Laundry but a coin laundry is across the road.

The room was quite big and lovely, we enjoyed the tatami and traditional sliding doors. The cooking appliances and mini fridge were also helpful in everyday tourist life. Everything was tidy, and the entrance looked very tranquill in the evenings. The air conditioner unit in the futon room had some hiccups, but otherwise, it worked well.

Assez bien situé, à environ 15 min de la gare de Kyoto et pas loin de sites touristiques, avec passages de bus juste à côté. C'est un appartement et non un hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pu faire envoyer nos valises car il n'y a pas de personnes sur place, sauf pour l'accueil des nouveaux arrivants.

Soap was missing from the toilet room and the bathroom basin was blocked on arrival. We were given a plunger to unblock it! While this was okay, for us, perhaps a staff member should have done this task? Also, there were no instructions for the aircon units and the room was over 40°c when we arrived, so it took some time to cool the room down.

• yan (10/5): All in all, we really liked this place. - This stay was the first stop of our trip, and it became a wonderful beginning. The receptionist was very kind—when she found out that we had just endured a long journey involving a flight, train, and taxi, she arranged a room for us to rest in even though it wasn’t yet check-in time, and then helped us check in early. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos—we were very satisfied. The property is about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it convenient to go anywhere. All in all, we really liked this place.
