• Célia (9/5): - Clean, well located and the staff Harvind and Tayab were friendly and polite. They say the front desk is open 24/7 but we arrived at night and one of the employee (poor him) has to cover the 6 hotels by himself.

• Elisabeth (9/5): - I clean, affordable and central accommodation. The bed was comfortable and the shared bathrooms clean. The staff, Tayab and Luqman were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and fridge was really nice to have. Recommend it for a central and affordable place in Georgetown! I could here the person in the room next to me speaking really loudly on the phone, but it was only one evening. Otherwise it was mostly quiet.

• John (6/5): Secure, adequate conditions but the positive elements are offset by the misleading name, staff absence, over reliance on - Room was adequate. The name indicates the hotel location is at 75 Chulia Street. It is three streets over from Chulia Street on Muntri Street. I walked for at least an hour in excess midday heat with three bags looking for this place and could have gotten ill. The hotel was unresponsive when I called to ask for directions. Also the code lock on the door repeatedly malfunctions, there is often no front desk staff available, and the stated room rates are deceptive as there is a significant add on tax at the online payment point.

• CARNERO (9/5): Localización y personal amable a precio económico - La ubicación era perfecta, céntrico pero sin estar en la zona de paso o mas ruido. El personal tanto de recepción como Mubeen.But en la limpieza muy amables, serviciales y trabajadores. La habitación amplia y limpia. La Wifi funcinó perfecta. Muy buena calidad precio. Quizá lo único a destacar se escuchaba mucho los sonidos de fuera, pero a partir de media noche, quitando el ruido de puertas no se escuchaba nada, todo el mundo respetaba los horarios.

• Robbie (4/5): Noisy, Sleepless Nights. Just about sufficed. - Location was great, nice size room, and lockable doors along with lock system for the hotel so safe. We stayed in Room 202 for 4 nights. Avoid this room. The floor panels let ALL of the light from the reception underneath through, you hear everything, the staff playing their phones and yapping all night hours. It's so noisy. The door system is good but inconvenient. So many people constantly had problems pressing the lock buttons, you hear the noises over and over again all kinds of hours with people coming back into rooms. No water to purchase, or top up. No fans in the room just air con. No lamps, so it's either bright light or darkness. Showers are very small being in the toilets, so everything gets soaked. Somebody also stole my coat, and management didn't really seem that fussed.
• Jeremy (7/5): - 3rd stay here—nice, peaceful part of Muntri by day, but you may need to sleep through the sound of families tromping around, and bar singers warbling Bob Marley covers across the street on Friday & Saturday nights. Clean place! Room is comfortable but tiny, and the price has gone up 30% since our last visit, so we won’t be staying there again. It’s still the cleanest, cheapest room w/private bathroom you’ll find in the heritage zone on Booking—and unless you’re a party kid, you’ll want that private bathroom, unless you like sharing space with dudes whose late night nasi kandar didn’t agree with their 10 pints of Tiger the night before. Oh well—maybe the off-season price will go back down. Anyways, still recommended for tourists!
• Michel (4/5): Poor management response to bedbugs problem - I had to change rooms due to bed bugs. The compensation offered barely covered a fraction of my laundry costs, and I doubt the rooms were properly treated before being reused.

La habitación era muy oscura. En la foto aparece una ventana con una persiana pero realmente la persiana no tapa ninguna luz porque la ventana da a una pared y la luz no entra.
