• Daniel (9/5): Für uns nahezu die ideale Ferienwohnung. - Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut und insgesamt war die Ausstattung und die Gestaltung der Wohnung sehr gut.
• estherjjpp (9/5): Ubicación y amplitud - Muy buena ubicación teniendo cerca distintos metros pero sobretodo Liverpool Street Station que tiene muchas comunicaciones, incluso directas al aeropuerto. Muy amplio el apartamento y disponibles utensilios de cocina y limpieza. Muy amable el personal a todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudaron muy fácilmente con un problema que tuvimos. Algunas partes están un poco estropeadas del uso.

• Marko (9/5): Prostoren in svetel apartma s teraso - Apartma se nahaja na zelo dobri lokaciji. Blizu so postaje javnega prometa, Brick Lane s številnimi restavracijami in relativno miren okoliš. Na terasi lahko uživaš v pogledu na okolico. Žal smo imeli tudi slabo izkušnjo, ko en večer ni bilo vode oziroma je bil prešibek pretok vode za uporabo kopalnice. Predlagali bi, da se označi ključe in da navodila za odpiranje vrat s ključi. Kar nekaj časa nam je vzelo, da smo ugotovili kateri ključ in kako odpira vrata.

• francine (10/5): Un séjour très agréable - Appartement confortable et bien équipé, dans un quartier calme mais à proximité de l’activité et des transports Un peu de difficultés avec les clefs ( identification et fonctionnement)
• Paul (9/5): Great location and exceeded expectiatons - The apartment had a great location, was well maintained in a secure building. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot, the kitchen was well appointed. I had been a bit apprehensive after some of the other comments, but it exceeded expectaitons and was good value and a great location. Actual collection of the keys and finding the place was slightly cumbersome, but overall acceptable. The post-booking process was overall a service failure. Paying the deposit, getting the arrival details were a nightmare and need remediation.
• Justin (7/5): Heerlijk genoten in London. - Lokatie is top! De ruimte is groot en inrichting is modern en mooi. Keuken is groot en vol met voorzieningen. Tevens was er al koffie aanwezig, wat erg fijn was. De communicatie is slecht. Zelfs bij aankomst op london airport, hadden wij nog geen lokatie, of enige gegevens waar en hoe we het appartement in moesten komen. Telefoonnummer die we hadden van het hoofdkantoor is slecht bereikbaar.. na 8x gebeld te hebben vanaf het vliegveld werd er pas opgenomen en werden we geholpen hoe we de sleutels konden krijgen. Wij reisden met een kind van 2, dus dit was voor ons een stressvolle ervaring, omdat we niet wisten hoe we er moesten komen. Tevens zit een van de twee badkamers redelijk wat schimmel. Dit zie en ruik je meteen als je de badkamer loopt.

Appartamento spazioso e moderno, dotato di tutto il necessario Introdurre un semplice Locker per le chiavi eviterebbe di andare a recuperarle altrove, anche se non molto distante e con il timore di non arrivare entro chiusura del negozio adibito. Qualche asciugamano in più non guasterebbe.

• Fae (10/5): - The lo action was perfect. Close to attractions and transport routes. The cleaners didn't show up on the designated day. And they didn't use WhatsApp to communicate.
• Alison (9/5): Location is great, it’s warm and comfortable and it’s good value for money. - Location is great. Close to all amenities and between 5 & 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street stations and 5 from a large variety of bus stops. The beds were very comfortable and the living area spacious. Ample space for the four us. The lift is a definite plus. It would be hard work without it since it’s on the fourth (top) floor of the building. There’s an outside wrap around terrace but since we stayed in November we didn’t use it. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was handy. The management company was very responsive when needed. The water temperature in the showers was very hard to adjust between extremely hot and cold. There is a need for some tlc on several cabinets and walls but overall that’s all fine details.

• Ahmet (8/5): Hearth of the city, pleasant flat - The flat is in the center of London near to Towr of London, bridge and even to bprpugh Market within walking distance - 15 min. Easy to commute to and from there to almost every destination by tube via Aldgate and Liverpool Street stations as well connecting trains to several north and south cities. several quality restaurants like Eataly, Moshi Moshi, Honest Burger, Franca Manca and even a Michelin star one are within 5 minute walk. A Sainsbury is also available within 2 min walk. Flat was very comfortable and clean, a relaxing terrace added more value to our stay after a long day out. Beds and sofas are comfortable, all kitchen appliances are available and we have not felt anything missing. Coffee was made available by the Host and we enjoyed that very much :) Our flat was on the 4th floor and due to a 7 day stay we had 6 pieces of luggage in total however although in the description a lift was said to be available in the building however, it was out of order and going up and down with or without luggage was very unpleasant experience. Washing machine was available and working well however during the wring stage of the operation due to unstable hardwood floor underneath it, all floor was shaking disturbingly, felt like a minor magnitude of earthquake. Wifi reception was generally good however a couple of times at nights usually, unexpected weak reception happened just as a side note

• Tore (8/5): Nice sunny penthouse flat with a good selection of restaurants and bars in the close proximity. Walking distance (30 min - Sunny and nice equipped apartment, 5 min walking distance from Liverpool Station, 30 min walk to London Tower. Plenty of good restaurants and bars close to the apartment. Smooth online check in and pickup of the keys. The beds need new mattresses. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Would love to have two quilts per bed.
• Vivian (8/5): Very good - The penthouse apartment looked just like the photos and provided more than enough room for 3 guests. The apartment was extremely spacious and felt just like home. I liked that it was in a prime location, walking distance to Brick Lane, Shoreditch High Street, and Whitechapel. It was also walking distance to many Underground stations and a convenience store nearby. There are also many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The elevator in the building was also convenient since we had a lot of luggage. The area felt safe and quiet at nighttime. Shower pressure was great and a few toiletries were provided. The keys provided to the apartment were confusing and not labeled so it took many tries just to figure out which key belonged to which door. The thermostat was quite confusing to navigate. The bed was really springy but sufficient enough to provide a good nights rest.

• Avner (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment has plenty of windows and a view to the Gherkin. the area is safe and you need 2 keys to get to the apartment. The apartment is located between the city, Shoreditch and brick lane which are very trendy. There is a small supermarket right next to the building. Spatialfield market is 2 minutes walk and there plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is very close to Liverpool and Aldgate stations which provides a variety of underground lines in a short walking distance. location is perfect! Although the apartment is very nicely decorated, it feels old an not well maintained. On our first bath the water did not drain and the bathroom smelled like mold. when we contacted the maintenance they fixed it. Beds are small and very uncomfortable. Towels are ridiculously small and thin - feel very cheap which is problematic for a long stay. Collection of the keys was problematic. our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived at London we realized we will not be able to make it on time to the store where you need to pick the keys (closes 11 PM). we contacted the managing company and the person that answered us was very rude - her first solution was that we need to find a different accommodation for the night. Eventually, she agreed that we will collect the keys from their office in Camden for a cash fee of 60 GBP.

• Lizzie (8/5): Great accommodation, great location but loads of steps if the lift isn’t working. - The location is excellent. wish we had known the shortcut from the station to the apartment when we dragging all of our luggage there! There was plenty of food options around. Sainsbury supermarket was just a few feet away which was very handy. The whole process with getting information on how to enter the property was stressful when you’re already ‘on the road’, and the location of where the keys were kept was inconvenient. Noone wants to drag their luggage around any further than they have to. But the biggest bug bare was that the lift didn’t work and we were in the penthouse so that sucked big time as we had big suitcases for our 6 week holiday.
• Minosh (5/5): Passable - ALL THE KEYS/LOCKS NEED TO TO CHANGE. Washrooms werent clean. No real hot water in the showers
• Kristina (7/5): Good - Property was very nice and has a very good location. We had a problem when collecting our keys from the designated shop as they gave us the wrong set. We had to walk back and forth. It was very inconvenient as the person responsible for handing us the keys didn’t really know what to do. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable, and there was black rubbish left on the balcony but other than this all is very good.
• Nitzan (8/5): Amazing apartment with great view and location - The apartment is big and spacious, the heating is great though it took us some time to understand how to set it. A lot of useful tools on the kitchen to make meals for the day. And a 5 minutes walk from 3 underground stations that cover most of the lines. Also the view from the apartment is very nice with big glass doors and showcase windows all around the apartment. Only 1 set of keys available, meaning we couldn't split and get back to the apartment unless we're all together, the key pickup is a bit of a hussle, as it is not that close when we arrived in the middle of the night.
• Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. You have a Sainsbury's supermarket close to the apparment. You can go walking to Liverpool Street station where you can take trains and subway to go to any place. All the monuments to visit are around 20/30 minutes from the apparment taking the tube. Good communication with the host The beds could be better, but the apparment still has a great quality-price relation.
