Kind and friendly reception staff, they offered us a free room upgrade (sea view) When we were there, they were also hosting a private event (wedding). That didn’t bother us since our room was located at the 2nd floor and we heard no sound, however maybe it’s worth checking such aspects (events/ room/ proximity) in advance

- NATALYA (10/5): Удобные апартаменты, комфортно, чистый уютный двор, рядом отличный парк и море. - Отличная локация. Чистый уютный двор. Легкая доступность в апартаменты. Близость к морю, много разных кафе. Большие окна. Не хватает средств для уборки. И пришлось начистить смесители, душ.

- GALINA (9/5): Чудесно - Местоположението е много добро, особено ако сте на по-горен етаж и имате гледка. Закуската беше отлична. В Аква хаус може да се подобри хигиената на басейните, в самия хотел Астор басейна е малък и повечето гости се насочват към Аква хаус. Може да се помисли и за по-разнообразни водни атракции, за информационна карта на водните атракции, както и повече водни басейни за релакс, отделени от детска зона.
- PK9999 (10/5): Nice place, Good value - Most things are fine. Great value for money. VERY VERY VERY noisy bathroom fan, design flaw, not able to stop, operated only with the bathroom lights. VERY BAD IDEA!!!!! Parking / garage not included in room price and too small for summer. The operation mode for minibar: if you move an item, you are charged. Bad fascist procedure, making you afraid to touch anything, can't even look at the labels to see what's inside. GIVE IT UP!!! We are guests, not thieves or criminals as this procedure feels like.

Еда на завтрак и ужин в целом была вполне хорошая, десертов было маловато, мы приходили на ужин в районе 20.00-20.15 (ужин с 19.00 до 22.00) и к тому моменту, когда дело доходило до десертов, их практически уже не было. Приятного, что в стоимость проживания входит помещение соседнего термального комплекса Аква Хаус, но печально, что во время нашего приезда (начало апреля) в Аква Хаусе не работал самый большой внешний тёплый бассейн с водопадами для массажа шеи и спины. Хорошо бы продлить время работы спа-комплексов хотя бы до 22.00, когда мы приезжали, и Аква Хаус, и спа комплекс в самом отеле работали до 20.00. Очень большой плюс - номер не только с душем, но и с ванной, что позволяет снять усталость перед сном

M-am întors cu drag la Astor Garden Hotel pentru a doua oară și pot confirma că standardele de 5 stele sunt menținute la cel mai înalt nivel. Rareori se întâmplă ca un hotel să te surprindă la fel de plăcut și a doua oară, însă Astor Garden reușește să se autodepășească.

- Pavel (8/5): - Понравилось местоположение. Отель тоже очень красивый с небольшой территорией, но всего достаточно. Есть бассейн внутренней маленький и большой с наруже с подогревом. Можно один раз бесплатно сходить в AquaHause , это комплекс бассейнов и саун. Отель был на 70% пустой, мы попросили номер с видом на море, нам отказали, хотя мы брали 2 номера, для себя и отдельно для ребёнка и дополнительно с ужином. Ужин вообще был не вкусным и к тому же заветреным, как будто вчерашнего приготовления.

- Caragea Florinda Corina (9/5): Escapadă de o noapte - Curățenie, mâncare bună, dar nu foarte variată. Noi am fost in extrasezon și erau foarte puțini oameni cazați în hotel, dar a fost super! Zona de Spa din interior este foarte mică, dar compensează faptul că ai intrare gratuită de 3 ore la Aquahouse, doar că trebuie să ieși din hotel și să mergi puțin pe jos până acolo.

Got a room with a nice partial sea view, although I paid a park view room. Double rooms have 2 twin beds put together. Bathrobes are low quality in contrast with the high quality of everything else in thr hotel.

Pools - thermal indoor and outdoor pools and free access to AquaHouse Therme. 3. Complimentary parking and early check in were a nice bonus for Easter. 4. Nice garden. 5. Clean, comfortable, big rooms, with Nesspreso coffee machine. 6. Quiet, relaxing stay, at least in April. 1. Small indoor pool, without shallow end for kids, small sauna. 2. Hitel pool schedule - closes at 20:00, would be nice to be open until 22:00. 3. Gym was way too hot, made training impossible in the morning. 4. Bathrobes are very thin and low quality, difficult to go to Aquahouse Therme when it's cold outside.
