• Stefano (5/5): It is not a five-star hotel, but it has an excellent location, friendly staff, and reasonably priced - The property is in a very strategic location: very close to the main tourist attractions, yet away from the chaos and tourist traps that surround them. The area itself is also very charming, still preserving many of the low wooden houses of old Istanbul, and it is conveniently close to everything within the Sultanahmet district. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the front desk staff speak English. The rest of the staff speak less English, but we were still able to communicate without any major issues. The breakfast is good, although unfortunately it is set and remains the same every morning. Although the price I paid for a double room was very low, I am sorry to say that the photos are not entirely true to reality. Perhaps they were taken a few years ago? When I arrived, despite having arranged a late check-in, the room had only been partially prepared. It did not appear particularly clean, and essentials such as water, glasses, and batteries for the remote controls were missing. The most unpleasant aspect, which I regret having to point out, was that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation works throughout the property, and several areas were affected. During the day, it was impossible to remain in the room because of the noise coming from the rooms above, where heavy construction work was taking place. The inner courtyard was full of construction debris and building materials. Even the hotel spa/sauna area was under renovation and being used to store materials, and on one occasion workers entered the room while we were using the sauna. The breakfast was not bad, but it was always exactly the same and there was no possibility of choosing different options. I also had to ask the housekeeping staff or the front desk for towels every evening after the room had been cleaned, as they regularly forgot to replace them.
• Mickael (1/5): - Littéralement rien ! Déjà l'entrée se fait par un autre hôtel... Arrivé dans cet hôtel à 20h30, on nous ouvre la chambre.. Qui est occupé ! Des affaires partout ! On nous dit d'attendre 30 min, nous partons 1h, il est déjà tard pour mon fils ! Nous revenons, nous devons attendre encore 10 min ! Arrivé dans la chambre, ça sent le propre, odeur trop forte ! Nous découvrons encore l'armoire rempli d'affaires ! Nous rappelons la réception, il me soutiens que cette personne est parti à l'aéroport ! Il mettra 20 min à tout enlevé, on se douche, il est 23h, ils revienne frappé, des affaires étaient encore là ! On entends crier dans les couloirs, mon fils a peur, à 23h30 on décide de partir et de changer d'hôtel !! Évidemment, l'hôtel ne veut pas rembourser ! ! Nous déposons un recours auprès de booking, nous avons les photos et vidéos. Nous avons eu le temps de s'apercevoir que la wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre, uniquement dans le couloir de l'hôtel. Fuyez, je vous déconseille cet hôtel !
• Gianfranco Mari (1/5): - Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza che non corrispondeva alla categoria “superior” prenotata, ma una normale stanza piccola, siamo tornati in reception a chiedere spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che quella era superior e solo dopo aver insistito abbiamo ottenuto la chiave della stanza prenotata. La pulizia era inesistente: peli ovunque, capelli nel letto, moquette delle scale sporca con macchie e peli. Nei luoghi comuni sostavano gatti, che la sera si trovavano persino in cucina, tra stoviglie lasciate scoperte. La colazione era scarna e servita in un ambiente non igienico. Le norme di sicurezza e le prese elettriche erano assolutamente improponibili nel 2026, brandine nei corridoi che ostruivamo i passaggi e le vie di fuga. Non è stato effettuato alcun cambio di asciugamani né pulizia della stanza. La sera non c’era acqua calda perchè ci è stato detto si è rotto il motore e che dopo 20 minuti avrebbero ripristinato la situazione, invece dopo due ore era ancora così e usciva acqua gialla, quindi non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Per una notte intera ha suonato un allarme vicino alla nostra stanza senza che nessuno intervenisse. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception ben 2 volte la carta igienica perchè assente in stanza. La spa, che ci era stata presentata come accessibile h24, era in realtà inagibile e usata come deposito. Sulle pareti erano presenti muffe. Il giardino interno difficile da descrivere sedie completamente sporche e materiali da cantiere, scale, secchi e bidoni non curato e invivibile. Personale assolutamente improvvisato. Avevamo un’altra permanenza sempre nello stesso hotel che abbiamo prontamente cancellato dopo aver visto le condizioni… Un soggiorno da dimenticare: struttura non conforme, sporca, insicura e priva di servizi basilari. Le foto non sono veritiere dell’attuale condizione dell’hotel che invece condivido qui per dimostrare quanto scritto. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Nem azt a szobát kaptuk,amit itt a bookingon kiválasztottunk, hanem egy rozzant, iszonyat pici szobát,alig fértünk el benne... hatalmas csalódás volt,bánjuk hogy nem szóltunk a személyzetnek, hogy nem ezt ígérték a képek. A reggeli nagyon spórolós volt,egy főtt tojás kis kenyérrel, uborkával-paradicsommal,szépen tálalva mintha egy normális adag lenne... a tea finom volt,a kávé elfogadható. Összeségében nem ajánljuk ezt a szállást, sajnos a személyzet kedvessége nem pótolja a hiányosságokat.

Ввічливий персонал відгукувався на кожні питання та просьби. 1.Фото номеру не відповідає дійсності, спершу заселили не в той номер, на другий день на прохання переселили. Але ми ще не забрали свої речі, а прибиральниці вже зайшли в номер( без нас) і почали прибирати, з тумбочки викинули спрей для носа( я це помітила тільки наступного дня), але, як завжди, вони виправдовуються...винного не знайдеш. 2. Пліснява у ванній кімнаті та тече вода з душової кабіни на підлогу 3. Сніданок 4. Пропонують Spa, які не працювали 5.Матраси на ліжках

The breakfast was disappointing we didn’t even touch it.Although the guys at the reception were very helpful they also booked us taxi for very early departure.I think so you have to renovate the rooms. The building has expectations to be much better. Only the area of the reception was good and clean . The garden was the same disappointing

Hotel je veliko razočarenje.Platili smo 4 noćenja ali smo nakon prvog noćenja napustili hotel I pronašli drugi.Vila Paradiso je prljav hotel i neuslovan za boravak.Prljave sobe,prljava posteljina,prljavi peškiri,doručak katastrofa.Nismo dobili novac natrag,recepcioner nam je rekao da se obratimo Booking servisu za to ali nisu nam dali potrebne podatke da bi ostvarili povraćaj novca..Razočarenje!

Alternative Zimmer neben der Straße sehr laut und lediglich ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss das noch lauter war. Die Personal an der Rezeption ein Mitarbeiter ist okay und der andere Mitarbeiter ist nicht freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Toilettenspülung musste ich manuell betätigen da sie defekt war. Das Frühstück wenige Auswahl und fast immer leer und nicht schmackhaft.

Im Bad in der Badewanne waren Haare im abfluss nicht sauber Klobürste war kaputt.Es hat nach kanal gestuncken wir müssten die Tür immer zu halten und licht an damit die lüftung läuft.Wir hatten nur 1 Zimmerkarte für 4 Personen.Um 8.30 Uhr gab es nichts zu essen sehr mager man müsste schon um 7.30 Uhr zum Frühstück sonst ist nichts da.Der Cafe schmeckte sehr lecker aber es gab die nur zum Frühstück.

The night front desk person very helpful--carried my heavy bags up two flights of stairs--prepared the spa and really pampered me for my spa experience. I liked the vintage room decorations. The day front desk person very helpful with directions and quickly found the phone we left behind! The breakfast was the low point--not enough food for the amount of guests on any day--didn't replenish supply of eggs and pancakes automatically--we had to ask each day--we learned later that it was not the fault of the staff--it seems the owner is stingy with breakfast amounts...patio not cleaned..no real attention to detail in the dining room.

• IVANICHKA (9/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación en el barrio de sultanahmet perfecta. Estás a 10min andando de Haga Sofia. El personal de recepción súper amable y dispuesto en ayudarnos con lo que necesitamos (de echo nos permitieron un check out más tarde? El desayuno un poco pobre, casi no había nada para escoger, ni zumo, ni cosas frescas, les pedimos que nos hagan algo cuando llegamos a las 09h porque no tenían casi nada. El personal no suele hablar inglés (tipo para Turquía), la televisión tampoco funcionaba en la habitación (pero como casi ni la usamos, no pasa nada). El hotel podría hacer algo para mejorar las instalaciones que están poco desgastadas.

• Gabriela Bălțat (7/5): Sejur in Istanbul - Ca și arhitectură este frumoasa cu o curte interioara plăcută. Mic dejun destul de bun. Curățenia cam lasă de dorit...
• Bogdan (7/5): - Patul a fost comfortabil,ne-am odihnit bine. Micul dejun generos ,ceai și cafea gratuit non stop. Are o curte interioară unde poți să te relaxezi. Loc de parcare în fața locației fara costuri suplimentare. Camera nu are 24 m2, cam înghesuită și plină de țânțari dacă se lasă ferestrele deschise după ce se face curățenie, având în vedere că nu există plase la geamuri. Având în vedere că mașina mea este dotată cu camere 360° am putut să văd cum băieți de la recepție stau tolăniți pe aripile și pe capota mașinii la țigară.

Özellikle tüm personelin çok samimi ve güler yüzlü tavırlarını vurgulamak isterim – daha ilk andan itibaren kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Kahvaltı büfesi çok zengin ve lezzetliydi, her zevke hitap eden güzel bir çeşitlilik vardı. Oda servisi de son derece düzenli, temiz ve özenliydi, bu da konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin konumu da büyük bir avantaj: Yalnızca birkaç dakika içinde Sultanahmet’e ulaşabiliyorsunuz ve şehrin en önemli tarihi yerlerini kolayca gezebiliyorsunuz. Kısacası, Villa Paradiso Hotel’i kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum – İstanbul’u konforlu ve misafirperver bir şekilde yaşamak isteyenler için mükemmel bir seçim.

• Denis (3/5): Не советую совсем. - Практически ничего. Сервис ужасный, отель очень изношен. Практически все. Шторы оборваны и не закрывают полностью окна. Телевизор не работал, пульты для него не соответствовали, а других сказали нет. Чайник для чая принесли на второй день, но он так же не рабочий оказался. А на добили совсем ко второму дню пребывания, выключили воду в унитазе, так как в нем постоянно текла вода. Можете представить такие удобства были. На заметку, брал номер Делюкс.

The 1st was too small, window faced inner garden where people where people smoked, refrigerator was broken. 2nd room was fine. Also helped with taxi from and to the airport. Breakfast with minimalistic. Salads not compatible with breakfast menu. No butter or margarin. Some days, no milk. Coffee machine was old and functioned poorely. Breakfast time was 7 to 10. By 9.30 food was finished/nearly finished, more food was not served even if you ask.

• Aliaksei (8/5): Perfect place for chip resort, but don't expect a lot - Good stuff, comfortable beds, perfect price Wrong address on booking, bit poor breakfast, small room for 3 people, small amount of sockets
• Добсон (5/5): The hotel is in a very good location, but many basic things need to be changed or improved... We will definitely not com - Very quiet area , no cars noise . The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions of the old city and many nice restaurants . Room itself , hotel stairs were dirty. There is no microwave , water glasses , wine glasses in the hotel. In the room as well , but tea cups only ((( We should buy some glasses to use for drinking water , beer and wine (( There is not even corkscrew available in hotel . Not once during the week was wet cleaning done. There is very nice reception area , but the room in bad condition with old renovation . There is no soundproofing at all, as we can even heard the conversations of neighbors from two floors down ) The mold in the bathroom, torn wallpaper, broken cabinet doors, etc.
• Biruta (10/5): Exceptional - Atmospheric, quaint hotel. Breakfast proceedure needed clarification. Initiallt it looked like all food had been consumed by previous guests.

• Sara (6/5): Relaxing - I liked the terrace to the sea, super beautiful. Also the vibe of the other guests. Good vibe, very calm. No AC. One of the rooms was really claustrofobic . The toilet was nice, but the kitchen and rooms need to be refurbished.
• Mohammed (7/5): Good - Incredibly clean. Great location. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very nicely decorated Fridges in the rooms didn't work. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing, everything was finished by 8am.

• Leka (5/5): Passable - The location We were a couple and had twin beds when actually it was supposed to be a double bed. We never had towels in the bathroom and our room was never cleaned properly(just the bins).

• Yaoling (7/5): Good - Staff is very helpful and ehthusiatic. We complained the room is too small, and they kindly changed a bigger room for us. Breakfast has various choices but you should come earlier to get the 2-3 hot food. The luxious room only has 15-18 square meters. The website says 22 square meters is totally wrong. It is very dark in the room. There is no light in the central area of the room, i.e. the pictures are misleading. Bathroom equipments need renovation.

• Boldi (5/5): Passable - cheap No curtains, exposed electrical wiring, wifi didn't work, was hard to find entrance, low quality breakfast
• Nikolett (9/5): Very nice place, good location, worth the price! - Very nice staff, super kind! They speak English! Location is also good in Istanbul. Not saying as a negative, just a bit weird that if the breakfast was run out of butter; they didnt bring new (I mean the next day- for that day no butter), the same with the juice machine- one day it was working one day not.. but thats okay, I can live with these :)
• Mynyr (9/5): Superb - The staff is very very kind. The recepsionist Kadir helped me bringing the luggage outside of hotel until we reached to the taxi while it was raining. They made sure everything was ok.
• Ali (6/5): It’s reasonable for value for money. - Location was good. 15 minutes walk to blue mosque. Room was on upstairs without lift. Room was very small especially bathroom was very tight.
• Ismahan (7/5): Good - Amazing service from everyone at the reception, so welcoming and helpful, loved our room with a beautiful view on the sea too. Location is amazing The breakfast was disappointing, supposed to be opened until 10AM but at 9AM nothing left already, Not many options either, wasn’t worth it and If i had to pay for it i wouldn’t have, Also lack of lighting in the room, no big light/ light on the ceiling
• Francesco (3/5): Poor - Nothing Old decadent Hotel, which must be renovated. Hygienic level really low
• Annamarcsihercegno (7/5): Good - The hotel is nice and on near to the city center on foot. The cleaning should be improved, the facility is old, it can be seen on the furniture. The hotel is not properly signed.
• Rita (10/5): Exceptional - Host and all staff were very friendly. We received a warm welcome with delightful treats and friendly smiles. We were given a room of extraordinary beauty with a stunning view. The host was exceptionally kind and assisted us with all our needs. We want to express our gratitude to Idem for the special accommodation, and we will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. Some repairs are needed.
