• Maria (10/5): - Decoración, piscina. Todo está decorado con mucho gusto. Suficientes platos, vasos,cubiertos. No le faltaba nada No fuimos capaces de controlar el aire y por la noche pasamos un poco de frio
• Guest (1/5): Disappointed at the end. - It was close to attraction Already a lot of maintenance issues and apparently were charged for issues already stated in previous visit due upon what was read on commentary book left there
• Rogenique (8/5): It was a good stay me and my little family had good time - The location is in a nice neighborhood, clean, but needs some maintenance. There are bugs crawling around inside and outside, and some dead bugs. The master bedroom shower door was unable to close. After that everything are clean the pool is clean , we had a good time Didn’t like the fact that the shower in the master bedroom cannot close, I have to clean the floor each time I use it , and the roach was bothering me…
• Aaron (9/5): We loved the place and would recommend it - My family and I really enjoyed the pool and the house itself. We were only 4 and chose a last minute place to stay that would be close to the parks, although it wasn’t, we didn’t mind the drive to the parks. We enjoyed the spacious house and a few of the games in the game room. We didn’t enjoy the varying deposit amounts as we were told one number then were asked for almost $500. We wish we were told that there were no rooms downstairs. My dad has a bad knee and struggled a bit to go up and down the stairs. We also wish there were some smaller things like coffee available and such, but it is alright.
• Courtney (10/5): Would stay again. - Everything! Great location, clean, had everything you needed. Even supplied trash bags, dish soap, clothes detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Microfiber towels
• Roxanne (4/5): Not impressed - It had enough room for my family It wasn’t clean, the amenities didn’t work well. It is hard to get in touch with someone. Upon arrival, I was stuck outside of the house for almost 45 minutes because the door code didn’t work. It was also raining outside. It smelled like cat pee inside the house. And.. The drains were clogged. There were also tiny bugs all over the house.

• April (1/5): Bad - We did not stay at this property because they added fees that we were not told about and then wanted to add additional fees the day before our stay and said our policy changed!!! Booking . Com said they were normal fees and did. Nothing to help us.
• David (7/5): Great location and with a bit of attention to detail, could be a lovely place to stay. - The location was great and the neighbourhood was really good. The kitchen area and space within the house was really good as was the outlook as it backed onto a lovely green area. We weren't provided with tea towels or baking trays. It's promoted as a luxury villa but the towels were threadbare and the bedding was very uncomfortable. The pool itself (not the water) was dirty and needed a really good clean. There were biscuits left from the previous tenants around the pool area and the lanai was absolutely covered in cobwebs. Easy fixes but they make a big difference to your stay.

• Cory (10/5): I highly recommend this beautiful clean comfortable spacious home for the perfect vacation. - the location was excellent beautiful peaceful neighborhood close to all attractions .the home was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped and the private pool was an additional bonus. After a mix up with door codes the owner of the property made contact with us. The owner was a very helpful pleasant gentleman and aided us on gaining entry to the home. the mix up was the only issue but other than that i will definitely book this beautiful home again.

The house was spotless upon arrival, and we immediately noticed how spacious and well-maintained everything was. The kitchen was a real highlight for us – fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the essentials we needed to cook meals. It made staying in for dinner easy and enjoyable. The pool was another major perk! It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. We spent hours relaxing by the pool, and the outdoor seating area was a lovely spot for both morning coffee and evening gatherings. Overall, the house was cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation spot. We'll definitely be back!

• Serena (6/5): Lovely place, could be stunning with a few tweaks - Own pool, lots of space It wasn’t as clean as it should be. No cooking trays. Glass in and around pool area after we a previous guest smashed a table, the handyman noticed it was missing but nobody else had. It was resolved but we had both leg and toe cuts. Games room items not working

Location for me is everything and no matter what your taste buds or what you wanna do everything is with in reason !!!!

• Zykira (6/5): It was awesome but I think I left a set of house keys there with AirPods attached to t if let me - The pool was amazing and the beds were comfortable felt like home I Had to keep calling to get the correct door code to get in the house everytime I left and the codes I was given was not the correct code
• Lewis (2/5): DO NOT STAY, THEY SCAM PEOPLE. - Comfy bed. Upon arrival there were many things that were broken and I emailed the team to inform them of this to protect my bond. I included images also. They then emailed saying they’re not refunding my whole bond due to us using their kitchen cloths, which they provide, and scammed me. There are absolutely no necessities in the home, which also was stated by other guests that stayed there previously. DO NOT STAY HERE.
• John (9/5): Very enjoyable. Thank you. - Good location, close to Disney. Good size for our group (of 3), could have easily accommodated more. Poolside bbq was not very inviting, but noted that owners have ordered in a new one. Absence of tea towels was strange - these could have easily been provided.
• Ben (8/5): Great house, great location just a couple of minor wrinkles, would stay again. - Fantastic location for Disney, property was immaculately clean and all beds were comfortable. Lots of space for the family and good tech such as WiFi and TV services. There was an issue with the pool heating which took a couple of days to rectify (The host did agree to refund the charge for lost days) but it was a shame as the rest days we had planned between parks were kind of wasted. The games in the games room didn’t have batteries or didn’t quite work (only one dart on the dart board and the air hockey was not working)

• Victoria (9/5): Fabulous location and a well equipped house in a safe area - The location of the property was fantastic and well equipped with everything we needed. We had the pool heated and was lovely and warm on arrival. No light in the pool - or if there was one we couldn’t find the switch to turn on. Seating arrangements could be a little more spacious- another sofa would of been ideal but chairs were provided as additional seats.

The house was well presented and beautifully decorated. Paid for pool heating and not until I contacted booking.com was I told it was broken and it was too cold to go in the pool without it so had 4 very disappointed children. We also asked for a Xmas tree in the property and that was agreed when we booked but afain when we arrived was told the owner didn’t agree to a tree. Again disappointed kids 😭

• Jasmin (9/5): Superb - Very pretty home, Many stores and restaurants near by and close to Disney parks. Had a little issue with mosquitos in the pool, and in home but it was addressed and pool man came the following day.

• Lesyani (10/5): The pros outweigh the cons. I enjoy my time there and I am planning to return any time in the future - The location was great, house plenty of space, and clean. Despite not used gaming room is a plus. Pool has a good size. Neighborhood was really quite which I love it. Also close enough to Universal and Disney Mattress on the hard side, master room shower door handle was loose making difficult close the door. Few dishes, bowls were a little bit dirty on the cabinets. A lot of fleas.
