- David (1/5): Disgusting - Fist when we got to the property it look great, then we walked to the door and around the number of the property was paint peeling, then we new the property wasn't going to be great. The property was dirty dusty and shabby, dryer wasn't working cupboard doors were hanging off, the worsted was the dirt and binging dusty, there was under wear under the bed that looked dirty, I felt disgusted.
- Hickman (1/5): Rotten I did take pics however I will have to lookin my trash bc your reps didn’t seem to care - There are no hotels so location I guess every other place was filled Broken items lamp in bedroom no place to plug on mold in both bathrooms just plain dirty we wore flip flops in the shower. Were afraid to use the dishes ect the grill look like it was never cleaned

- Leroy (7/5): Nice, spacious house, well equipped kitchen, quiet and safe neighborhood - House was clean and had multiple bedrooms with bathrooms. Neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. Kitchen was well equipped. TV with a lot of apps which is a godsend when traveling with children. Check in is already pretty late at 4 PM and we received check-in instructions and the code to the door lock very late, shortly after 4 PM on the day of check in. I thankfully had a US SIM so I had internet while traveling. What I didn't like about this accommodation is that the host uses an external intermediary party on top of booking.com to take care of all the formalities. We traveled through Florida for a couple of weeks and as we always do on holidays, we explicitly use booking.com to book our own stays because it's quick, easy and accessible and all things are generally taken care of by booking.com which is essentially already an intermediary between me as a traveler/guest and an accommodation. When booking this accommodation, we were immediately contacted by this external intermediary party to fill out forms, sign (rental) agreements and upload copies of passports. I'm not sure it this is in accordance with booking.com's policies and it just adds a bunch of extra overhead, thresholds and risks for travelers. We've received an excessive amount of messages/notifications/e-mails with status updates, surveys/review requests, instructions, house rules and so on on top of it.
