- Julie (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the convenience of being near the metro and 7-11s. - We really appreciated the Accommodation Guide provided by the owner with instructions (in English) on how to run various things in the apartment. They were also very prompt in responding to our questions and requests. The apartment was spacious by Japanese standards and having two bathrooms was a definite bonus, as their were four of us. Although the steep staircase was a first for us, I had been prepared for it from reading previous reviews. We would definitely consider staying at this place again when we are in Osaka next. We found the futon beds to be harder than what we were used to. However, I have since found out that this is typical of Japanese futon beds so no fault of the place itself. The only suggestion I would make is - perhaps an extra layer of bedding for the futon beds could be offered as an option? In other places we stayed at in Japan, we were provided with this option, hence my suggestion.
- Hugh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melvyn (9/5): Good Family Accomodation - Great location and space inside appartment. Second toilet and shower. Second bedroom mattress were very thin. Lifting heavy luggage up two flights of steep stairs.
- Geok (9/5): Nice and comfortable stay in a clean apartment. Thumbs Up - The location is near to metro and train station - within 7 mins walk. Near to Lawson convenience store. Also the apartment is clean and the best part is 2 toilets and 2 bathroom. the soundproofing is very bad
- Adrian (9/5): Superb -
- Karnia (9/5): Superb - Extremely accommodating host/staff - We booked last minute and were able to drop our bags off prior to check in time. Spacious and modern unit, situated in a quiant neighborhood and close to the metro.
- Syakyr (9/5): Great place for the price. Nice, clean and cozy. - It was pretty spacious for its price, considering the typical size of Japanese apartments. The stairs are deceptive. If you're a group of young and/or active adults, you'll most likely love this place. My mother, on the other hand, dreaded the stairs.
- Panupat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Santiago (9/5): Superb -
- Saucedo (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that we could do our laundry. Very spacious. No dryer.
- Mithila (8/5): Very good - 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms was just great! You don't find it often in Japan. Well maintained and good facilities. The bathtub was of a decent size, all toiletries provided, warm water good. The cot and mattress in one room was very comfortable. Extra pillows were available. The location was perfect! Just 1 stop away from main areas, 2 stops from Namba/Dotonbori street. Very accessible. No wifi was a major issue as we had 1 local Japanese sim card which kept losing internet on and off.. The futons were too thin in the second room.
- Nur (9/5): Quiet neighbourhood with 7 mins walk from convenient store, train station and dollar shop - 1) Quiet neighbourhood
2) Love the bed so much - exactly what you need after walking all day long.
3) 7 mins walks from Tengachaya which is a good station that connects well with airport and different parts of the cities.
4) We cooked a lot and bought our stuff from Lawson nearby.
5) There’s a tram that connects with Tsūtenkaku too.
6) Cheap price too, so you can make it your home base and do day trips to Nara, Kyoto and Kobe.
7) Owner replies fast, friendly, and in English.
8) We managed to request for an early check in too (thank you for this).
Highly recommended! It’s on the 3rd floor with steep small stairs, so be prepared to carry your luggage and climb up after a long day. The building is not really soundproof. It’s already mentioned in the description, so we already expected this.
- Lindarti (9/5): Superb - The house was clean n comfortable,
the facilities also okay, accept there was no wifi Hhh.....the stairs are too steep
- Chotirot (10/5): 2 Cozy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. - Two separate bedrooms was nice and very cozy. Kitchen and bathroom was nice. Stairs too narrow.
- Alvin (9/5): Big, 2 toilets, 2 bedroom apartment - Very worth it for the price. Had a good night sleep. 2 toilets. They only provide us with 1 roll of toilet paper. Location was about 500m from nearest train station (not JR)
- Lala (9/5): Highly recommended, definitely save the contacts. - Incredibly comfortable apartments, close to the station and the center itself. Good point was the presence of two bathrooms. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils to shower stuff. Air heaters, wifi, TV, everything is OK. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly. The only one minuse we found was the fridge. We were not able to use it because it was a bit moldy inside.
