• Portia (8/5): Nice - Safe, convenient closer to malls and entertainment , clean unit and amazing sea views. The host was very helpful and always available to assist🙂 Overall, the experience was lovely — the unit was clean, and the sea views were amazing. However, the complex caretaker was extremely rude. I accidentally broke my beaded bracelet, and I overheard him instructing the receptionist to ask me to pick up the beads, which would have taken almost an hour. Later, we encountered him at the reception after returning from the ice cream shop. We were already aware that eating in the lobby wasn’t allowed, so we were simply holding our ice creams while heading to the lift. Despite that, he rudely reminded us not to eat there, which felt unnecessary and unpleasant.

The bedrooms on the side of the corridor has too much light..Because the corridor security lights are on all night.Consider larger curtains or darker ones..Otherwise everything was awesome.e

• Mel (10/5): Horizon Bay Weekend Getaway - The apartment was perfect for our family stay. It had everything we needed and was incredibly comfortable for five adults and two babies. Juan and Dolly were outstanding hosts—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Even post stay as we left a few items at the apartment. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking—some of the best we’ve experienced. The property is managed exceptionally well, with state-of-the-art security that made us feel safe and at ease throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better. Everything is within walking distance: fantastic restaurants, cozy coffee shops, lively bars, and convenient grocery stores. A stroll along the beach is a must, especially with a stop for the best ice cream just five minutes away. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, scenic, and well-located getaway! The only minor inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service due to routine maintenance. However, this was well communicated and efficiently managed by the building management, and it only affected us for a day. Other than that, everything was excellent—we truly have no complaints.

• Mukheli (1/5): Bad experience even though I stayed there for few hours . - I liked the close restaurants and the beach. The apartment wasn’t up to my expectations. The sofa covers were dirty and had a bad foul smell. They put a damp kitchen towel. The backsplash in the kitchen was dirty as well . I was told to take out the trash myself , which I wasn’t expecting. I thought there will be a cleaner doing all . Standards of cleanliness differ from one person to another. I found the place not clean . Overall I wasn’t impressed hence I didn’t stay at the property.

• Manasi (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, hosts are very polite. Service is very good. Will definitely staying there again, no doubt. - View is very beautiful, it’s awesome, apartment was very clean. Staff were also very helpful and quick in response. We couldn’t meet the owners as we were out for sight seeing most of the time, but they were in contact with us on whatsapp. Everything was perfect, no complaints 😀

• Thobeka (4/5): I don't think the place will change due to the answer of the manager. - The places was not good as it was show on booking.com adverts nothing at all The furniture was too old, stove were not working the place was not neat it was dull and the rates was too much expensive than what I saw and when I asked the manager will tell about the owner is the one who receives money is the one who tells the places is still while he is not there he is in Germany so I was not pleased to be there and I didn't have any option I was paid already. I won't come to place's like that they show people wrong pictures

Loadshedding was a problem... when you are on holiday no body wants to be worried about Loadshedding schedule... if a backup system can be arranged I think that will greatly improve the quality of the place. I think the place needs some deep cleaning also.. Extra blankets in the other rooms were not clean! That can be improved!

• Hans (4/5): not worth the price you pay - great location, good views (but not on the Table Mountain), safe parking apartment is in need of renovation, many things do not work, the windows of two bedrooms in the back cannot be opened and go onto the corridor. Apartment was dirty upon arrival and needed to be cleaned. No energy during load shedding (other apartments have support). No plugs for baththub and many other little details do not work. Given the price charged, there are better opportunites in the area.

• Gary (9/5): Superb - Amazing views of Blouberg Strand and Table Mountain. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront (though traffic is slow moving during rush hour). Met by the host and shown around the property and its facilities. Would happily stay here again and use it as our base while exploring Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula.
• Karen (4/5): Disappointing - The view was great from the apartment BEST PART and there are restaurants in walking distance. 1.Not enough towels in main room 2.Main room cupboard doors broken 3.Toilet in main room was loose 4.The curtains in the lounge are so sheer that the sun bakes the lounge (too hot) and you cannot watch TV during the day because it is too bright. 5.Not enough Teaspoons 6.The front door battles to open that you have to push so hard 7. the lighting in the first bedroom is incredibly bad 8. No hanging space in first bedroom - no hangers 9.The plugs in the kitchen to do not work 10. The single beds in the second bedroom just too hard, like a plank, cannot sleep on them

• Jithern (3/5): Poor - Amazing view and location. Situated close to all amenities. Poor facilities. Building was under maintenance remotes for entry access doors never worked. Staff was lost and reluctant to assist. This meant parking on the second floor and walking log stock and barrel to back entrance of reception to get the elevator to the 15th floor. Stove in the flat never worked properly and we were left with a burnt pot from a previous rental. Due to load shedding was forced to use the gas operated grill outside, how ever,there was no gas in the cylinder. Frustrating to say the least the only good thing was the breath taking ocean view.
