• Thibault (9/5): Un logement spacieux, très bien situé près d’Euston, idéal pour découvrir Londres en famille. - L’emplacement à côté de la gare d’Euston est parfait : pouvoir prendre le métro en 5 minutes est un vrai avantage. Un pub juste au coin de la rue permet de prendre facilement un petit-déjeuner ou de boire un verre. Des commerces sont également accessibles dans la gare. Le logement était spacieux et bien aménagé. Il est situé à environ 20 minutes à pied du British Museum et à 15 minutes de Camden Market. Vraiment parfait. Habitué à la fibre optique en France, j’ai trouvé que la connexion Wi-Fi laissait à désirer. Mais nos téléphones étaient en itinérance, nous avons donc pu faire sans.

• Karel (7/5): - - Great location next to Euston station, short walk from King’s Cross - Very well equipped kitchen - Very clean and overall spacious - Almost no noise insulation inside, could hear neighbors walking in the hallway - The window blinds let quite a bit light through, making it harder to sleep at night (there is a lamp in front of the windows) - Very few power outlets in the living area, inconveniently placed - The check-in process was cumbersome (had to fill a form, did not receive the deposit payment details right after booking which was inconvenient - had to pay it only after arriving to London, the key pickup location images are outdated and instructions are not 100 % clear) - Received only one pair of keys for 2 people, making logistics harder when we had to split up - The internet connection is very bad (20/4 mbps), unusable for any serious work

• Ellen (8/5): Perfect accommodation for the marathon weekend!! - Great accommodation. Perfect for my large family - lots of room, good sized bathrooms and the location was also brilliant. Lots of storage in each bedroom, it felt clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable but just a standard double bed size - which was a squeeze! We couldn’t open the patio door but I didn’t contact the property so I didn’t give them the chance to resolve it.

• Katja (6/5): Great location, but several comfort Issues - Excellent location — it was easy to get anywhere in the city, including the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio. The apartment was clean, and a big plus was that the bedrooms faced the inner courtyard, so there was very little noise. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The living room/kitchen area was extremely noisy due to street traffic — you could even hear people talking outside as if the window was open, even when it was closed. The kitchen felt somewhat worn, and some of the equipment was in poor condition. For example, the toaster was full of burnt bread, and when we tried to use it, it started smoking heavily and filled the apartment with an unpleasant smell. The TV channels did not work properly and kept cutting out, and the internet connection was very unstable. The toilet in one of the bedrooms was leaking, and the overhead shower in the main bathroom was very poor. There were also issues with temperature control. The apartment was not evenly heated — cold air was coming into the hallway from the stairwell, while some rooms were very hot. At one point in the evening, a radiator suddenly became extremely hot, causing the room temperature to rise significantly. If you kept the bedroom doors open, noise from the street and the stairwell became disturbing. When I reported these issues, I was told that maintenance would come to check them. The only issue that was fixed was the leaking toilet and the radiator — the toaster was not replaced, and the TV and internet problems remained unresolved. Additionally, this is not really a suitable apartment for six adults. Only one bedroom had a proper double bed; the other two had narrow single beds. While two small children might fit, it is not comfortable for adults. Also, there was only one blanket per bed, which made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. It would be good to have extra blankets available.

We did'nt have the possiblity to "pre check-in" which gave some issues and the team took some time to respond. But they did and they were great. Everyting was sorted on time. For three people the sleeping amenities was a bit small but we managed!

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : très proche de la gare d’Euston, avec le bus et le métro juste en face de l’appartement, ce qui rend les déplacements dans Londres très faciles. Il y a un supermarché juste en face, très pratique pour faire quelques courses. L’appartement est situé au 1er étage, en très bon état, propre et bien entretenu. L’équipement est de bonne qualité, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Londres ! Pensez a lubrifier la serrure de la porte du bas, la clefs coince un peu pour ouvrir.

• ki sun (8/5): - 유스턴 역이랑 가깝고, 교통이 편리하다. 어메니티가 충분하였습니다. 깨끗하고, 따뜻했습니다. 온수도 충분했습니다. Bush TV가 안켜져서 내내 아쉬웠고, 키를 찾을수 있는 euston metro의 사진이나 보다 자세한 정보(예를들어 역에서 나와서 왼쪽으로 길을 건너면 euston metro 상점이 보입니다)를 주고, 숙소의 입구 사진도 보내주면 더 좋았을것 같아요. 가스렌지 점화 토치에 가스가 없어서 사용이 불편했습니다.

We konden gelukkig van het gratis WiFi gebruikmaken van de kroeg (+je). De laatste nacht maar overgeslagen in dit appartement en heerlijk een hotel geboekt!

• Natasha (8/5): This place is more suited for families or groups. - The apartment is new, spacious and clean. I like the coffee and the coffee machine that was supplied. The kitchen and kitchen appliances were functional and very nice. The staff that I contacted was very helpful and friendly. Concerns raised were resolved immediately. I did not feel safe entering the property at night. Considering that the bedroom window is above the adjacent shops and facing the windows of these shops, I was not comfortable to open the bedroom window to air the room. The verandah was spacious and overlooking the road, which is great. But sadly this area was not cleaned regularly so there was a lot of mozzies. Easy fix with insecticide.
• Linda (8/5): Good value for money appartment in an excellent location - The location was excellent the underground and train station is across the road, with plenty food outlets and supermarkets. There is a weatherspoons underneath, but we heard no noise from the pub at all. Two of the bedrooms are queen beds which meant for 6 adults it was very cosy! The en-suite also does not have a door so 6 of us had to share 1 bathroom. There is one sofa so it isn’t ideal for relaxing at night if there is more than 3 people, would benefit from a larger corner sofa to seat 6 people.
• TZANNIS EVANGELOS (10/5): Perfect - The room was very clean, and the location was extremely central with the public transport right next to it, which was especially convenient at night, as you could return in just 10 minutes. The service was immediate and very helpful throughout my stay.

• Niklas (8/5): Bra centralt boende för familj på fyra personer som rekommenderas. - Nära Euston station o tunnelbanan. Bra fräsch lägenhet med fullt utrustat kök. Smidigt med upphämtning av nycklarna. Stod att det var tre dubbelsängar. Dock var två av sängarna var endast 120 cm och det innebar att inte fick plats då sängarna blev för trånga. Innebar att en av oss fick sova på soffan….

Alakerrassa oli pubi, joka ei meitä haitannut, mutta saattaa herkkäuniselle aiheuttaa häiriöitä. Asunnon sanottiin olevan sopiva 7 hengelle, mutta 2 sängyistä oli niin kapeita, että niissä nukkuminen on haaste jo pariskunnallekkin. Avaimia asuntoon saa vai yhden, mikä oli meidän kaveriporukalle haastavaa. Sängyissä oli vain yksi peitto, kun pyysimme lisäpeittoa niin se tietenkin maksaa lisää.

• Yuki C. (7/5): - Very good location, right next to a big station (so also food and stores open till late), walkable to King's Cross as well. Decent condition and very clean. Overall very well equipped apartment. A lot of street noise, and vibration from the metro going under till quite late. And since the facade lights for the bar downstairs would be full on all night right at the windows including the bedroom, and the roller blinds are barely as wide as the windows, it's very bright and you def need sleep masks. Thermostat doesn't work, and although the hosts proactively came to check and left an extra controller, I couldn't figure out how to use the controller either..

• Ashrut Mohan (8/5): - The location is incredible. We were attending a festival that required daily trains from Euston station, which was only 1 minute away from the apartment! The key pickup was a bit stressful if you are arriving late. Our train in was delayed by hours and arrived just shy of midnight. The convenience store that housed the keys was scheduled to close around then, and we were stressed about not making it in time. Perhaps a lockbox setup would have been more convenient.

• Nur (8/5): Great place and we plan to stay here again for our trip next year - I love the location the most near to the tube & bus station, walking distance to King's Cross station too. The cleanliness is superb, and the kitchen is fully equipped! Iron doesn't function, but my mistake didn't contact the host for a replacement. We are too busy day and night. Besides, the smoke detector in the kitchen was too sensitive

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfection. Right outside of the station and walkable as well. A 10-minute Uber ride to the Camden Market area with bars restaurants and, of course, the famous Camden Market. I would definitely stay here again. There is a restaurant right next door downstairs that's amazing, and the pizza place right across the street is also outstanding. It is a three floor walk-up, so keep in mind that the top floor has two bedrooms and the second floor has two bedrooms. The kitchen was very useful and the living room was a great area to unwind.

It is situated in a really nice area and some good places to eat. I booked this without realising its fabulous location - way better than any hotel in the area. Nothing. If there was a fault - I never saw it.

• Siu (5/5): I won't choose any of the apartment from this service provider. not value for money. - the room I stayed was not the same as i seen from booking,com. The keys are not user friendly. No instruction to guild the customer to open two locks with 1 single key, The key keeper did not help to resolve the problem. The room was too noisy as it located just next to a busy street, the air-conditioner didn't work. we could just open to window to let fresh air enter the room. and then we have to bare the noise from outside. The room was at first floor which gave us much trouble as I carried my aged-mother with 4 suit cases. The surcharge for extension of luggage storage was unreasonably high. I have to take 4 heavy suit cases to other hotel for storage on the day I leave. the bed was too small for two ppl. I won't recommend this service apartment to friends.

• Andreas (8/5): Fantastic London experience in a conveniently located and clean property. - The property was exactly as described and very clean. Great location for tourists like us in London with the underground station practically across the street, St. Pancras rail station only (5) minutes away, and on the route of the hop-on hop off busses. The property was surprisingly quiet considering the proximity to trains, buses, and subway with noises only coming from people on the street directly on front of the property. Lots of nearby restaurants and neighbourhood pubs. Although we did not cook during our stay, we noticed a lack of some cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc. Not a big deal really.

• Dinesh (8/5): We enjoyed our 1st trip to London at this apartment. A cosy apartment! Thank you team. - Good location. Euston train station and bus terminal about 5 min walk with a number of eateries. Check in process was accurate. Clear instructions and responsive host. Lively surronding. House was reasonal for 3 person. Amenties were sufficent for our stay. Apartment is accessible by stairs only as mentioned in the description. IF you travelling with big bags, please me mindful. It was about 4 narrow flights of stairs to the apratment. :) The aparttment block do not have the blk number "44". But in the instructions, pictures will be provided for the entrance. It may look slightly differnt in the dark. We saw "Weatherspoon" sign and took referenced from it. Bed had squeaky sounds. Hope this can be looked into for the next guests.
• Elina (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect! Close walk to many places and great access to the subway and train. Appartment was clean and nice! We were very pleased. I liked The modern design of the appartment. The only minus would be the bed which was too soft and squeeky.

• Maheen (9/5): Had a lovely stay. - Amazing location! Right opposite Euston station and very close to the popular location and tourist attractions. Tons of cafes and restaurants close by, as well as grocery stores. We had a lovely and comfortable stay. The amenities were up to mark. Thank you! There is bo lift- dragging luggage up to the second floor was tough.
• Sandra (10/5): Good location and clean apartment - great location VERY CENTRAL ! 2 mins walking from the main train station and very nice clean apartment, nice furniture and good service by the team, a lady over the phone was very helpful and patient with us explaining the checkin process and the collection of the key ( 1-2 mins from the apartment from a supermarket ) also the shop worker was helpful. we also walked towards holborn ( for theatres ) from the apartment and only took us a bit less than 15 mins. we had coffee and tee in the apartment but also there is a nice pub/restaurant downstairs and a bakery just around the corner.

• Camille (9/5): Love the Very central location ! - We check in at the office nearby as we arrived in the morning and left the bags ( very helpful ) for a few hours and then went to the property and the ladies were helpful. Collected the keys with a code and some instructions they provided us by email literally next door to the apartment in a little supermarket also handy as we managed to get some groceries. We had a drink and some food downstairs from the apartment, building seems moderately new and clean inside and specially the apartment; the only downside was the wifi connection a bit slow at times but generally good. There was a deposit of €450 to pay but they refunded us after couple of days as promised, we had to send an ID by email but seems very common for this type of accommodation and the fact we actually visited the offices gave us a better feeling. Definitely will use them again and seems they have more locations. Thank you :) Rainy City :(
• Lynn (9/5): Nice apartment and good location - Excellent location just couple of minutes from the station, a supermarket just opposite the apartment and also there is a nice restaurant downstairs. We couldn’t find a hairdryer :( but in general the apartment was clean and comfortable. Just the wifi worked a bit slow at times but it did the job 👍🏼

• Salma (10/5): very central :) - ideally located couple of minutes walk from euston station, very convenient for us, plenty supermarkets around and a very nice restaurant downstairs, after reading the reviews we were a bit scared about the noise as there was apparently a strip club but we were told by the staff that the club shut down a while ago and there is now a restaurant/pub as well the building seems is just been renovated, the apartment it self is very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful and attentive. definitely staying here again. good :D
• Noor (8/5): It was a good place to stay. We will come again InshaAllah. - We like 1. The location - easy to get public transport (Underground, Rail, Bus). Basically Euston station just across the road. 2. Just next to the apartment, there is a restaurant (serving Malaysian menu). Note: Always long queue to get into the restaurant. 3. Cleanliness - Top notch 4. Water pressure - superb 5. Kitchen - complete. We like the big fridge as we can easily store our frozen food. 6. Washing machine and dryer rack - superb. Internet connection - something to work on. Generally good. TV - maybe can get a better antenna for the freeview TV. Dolce Gusto machine - we found the unit in dusty condition (especially the water tank and the pod insert device was found with debris of coffee powder. We help to clean it, but never use it.

• P (9/5): good location and clean apartment - Fantastic location just about 2 mins from Euston Station, I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews complaining about the area mostly being a bit noisy and messy but the apartment was perfect, it looks like there was a club downstairs previously ( as per some reviews ) but it seems is gone as there are some works and the builders told me it was gonna be a restaurant. plenty of shops nearby and supermarkets. There is a deposit of about 500Euros/£450 for damages but is also displayed on the booking site so it was all clear, we stayed in other apartments before so the process of sending identification and details is common for this type of property. the lady on the phone was very clear and helpful.
• Laura (8/5): Convenient location, spacious accommodation, and a washing machine. - This was a lovely, centrally-located home base for our brief exploration of the London area. We definitely made good use of the washing machine in the unit, but were glad that we brought along some line to string up for drying the clothes. It was a bit warm in the apartment, but fans were provided in every room, which also aided with the clothes drying. The rooms were comfortably sized, and the kids thought it was really cool that the room they claimed had access to a rooftop deck and a tiny bathroom. Having the travel links of Euston, King's Cross, and St. Pancras at our doorstep was fantastic, no matter where we went in the city or surrounding areas, there was a tube line or bus route that could bring us back home. Our first issue was that we couldn't locate the property as the number on the door was obscured by a railing and when we called the office, no one was able to describe which door we were looking for - luckily, one of us finally spotted it. When entering the building, there was a strong smell of damp and there was some rubbish on the landing outside the apartment door. The apartment itself was clean and smelled fresh, except for the bathroom which was right by the apartment door, had the same damp smell (although not as strong), and had the look of a room that had suffered some water damage in the past. It could also have benefitted from a scrub of the shower walls which had mildew in the grout lines and a step stool to get up into the tub/shower. The apartment was warm, so we opened the windows and turned on the fans, but there were no screens in the windows and tufts of pollen kept blowing in on the breeze. The door out to the rooftop deck didn't seem to lock at all, but the fence enclosing the deck gave it a (small) feeling of safety, so we put a heavy suitcase in front of it at night and called it good. The television didn't seem to have any connection to an antenna or cable service, so the only entertainment available would have been streaming services if we wanted to log in to them, but for the short time we had in the apartment at nights we didn't find it necessary.
• Rongxia (1/5): Strongly recommend NOT to stay, very dirty with this unreasonably price - Nothing. I booked 9 days but only stayed for 3 days and ran away. Very dirty oven and toaster, no washing powder for washing machine. The room is definitely not the same with the pictures on the website. When the couch became the bed, there is a big gap in the middle that makes you can’t sleep well anyway.

• Wai (5/5): Passable - Location, location, location - The description said there's a terrace but we can't find any - We were offered 2 keys but one wasn't working. Felt pressurised that everyone has to go back to the apartment together. - We stayed for 5 nights and were only offered 2 tissue rolls & 2 tiny bottles of bath gel (i brought my own shampoo and conditioner, they only provided 2-in-1 and I don't trust the quality) - The washing basin in toilet is tiny, felt annoyed every time I washed my hands (not to mention face) - Considering the cost that customers are paying (especially for those who will be spending 3 nights+), it would be a nice gesture if the host can provide higher quality amenities (and bigger bottle too of course) and a couple of free coffee capsules. This is good marketing...
• Marie-estelle (7/5): great thanks to location, but could have been improved slightly - the location was ideal for visiting London. close to train & subway station I did not find the terrace promised on the picture. the 'coach' to sleep for a 3rd person is really not a bed and was not comfortable. a hairdrier that can only be used far from mirrors is not useful. space was smaller than expected

• Mona (1/5): STAY AWAY……I had the worst stay ever. - First of all we didn’t get any sleep the entire weekend! The noise outside was horrible there was a nightclub just underneath my window. Plus the windows in the flat was old there was no difference between an open window and a closed window. You could literally hear every conversation outside. The sleeping sofa in the living room terrible, it was no good at all especially not for sleep! It kept rocking to the side and at one point it I fell and I had the entire sofa on top of me. We kept calling the number for the office and no one picked up. On Sunday evening we finally found another number after hours of searching and the staff member told me she couldn’t do anything and asked me to call again on Monday even though we would check out Monday morning. The service was horrible on Monday when we called. They kept telling me to call back because they needed to speak to the manager. We also sent an email during the stay while we was there regarding the noise. When we finally spoke to a staff a week after our stay they told us that there was nothing they could do after we checked out and that we should have called during our stay to complain about the “sleeping” sofa even though that we did. And we were struggling finding the number to the after hour phone. So when I told her that we did call on Sunday evening she said “well it was after hours” and that they wouldn’t be able to provide us a new sofa anyways. Every staff said something different one staff said we didn’t know the club downstairs was open and another one said we knew it only opened for Privat parties. It kept going back and forth with her words against mine, and she was saying there was no prove of anything regarding the sofa and bad sleeping condition because they didn’t have anything on writing. That’s bull**** I’m petite and little and still the sofa fell and was to fragile for my size.

• Nicholas (6/5): wouldnt bother again! - location the poor check in routine. offered 20% discount to book again and when i asked about it, they wouldn’t honour it. Had to buy bits for the kitchen as their “well equipped kitchen” wasn’t really “well equipped”.
