• Caroline (8/5): Bon hôtel pour passer quelques jours - Les piscines, le personnel, l'hôtel en général étaient vraiment sympa. La proximité avec la mer, la vue ... Le buffet à volonté était correct mais il y a eu des problèmes d'eau courante, (ce n' est pas de leur volonté mais il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau au buffet). Le vin était infect, nous avons mangé dans le restaurant mexicain la veille du départ et certains d'entre nous sont tombés malades. Les équipements du spa sont à revoir.

• Jana (7/5): Gutes Basis aber auch noch genug Luft nach oben! - Ein sehr weitläufiges Hotel - verteilt sich alles sehr gut (allerdings nebensaision) Personal sehr freundlich allerdings hat man manchmal das Gefühl das durch die englische Kommunikation nicht alles korrekt verstanden wird Glutenfreies Essen war möglich allerdings nur in Kombination vom buffet daher kreuzkontamination war nicht zum Ausschließen… Personal aber gut geschult Leider muss ich sagen dass wir sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotelzimmer waren (Wir hatten eine Familie suit - mit 4 Betten - mit privat Pool und Gartenblick gebucht) Lage war super und auch echt sauber Allerdings war das 2. “Zimmer” eher ein Vorraum wo demnach das Fenster auf den Gang ging welches nicht zu öffnen war ( daher keine frische Luft) und zusätzlich auch noch das Gang Licht die ganze Nacht durch den Vorgang schien … Da wir Problem wegen der o.a. Punkte Beim schlafen hatten baten wir um einen zimmeränderung ( waren auch bereit auf Pool etc zu verzichten …) leider wurde uns gesagt dass nach Prüfung und kein Zimmer Tausch ermöglicht werden konnte da sie ausgebucht waren … auf booking.com hätten wir allerdings am selben Tag noch für den restlichen Zeitraum mehrere Vers. Zimmer Varianten buchen können … das finde ich sehr schade da nicht mal andere Möglichkeiten (mit z.b aufzahlungen) angeboten wurden

• Vygantas (8/5): A peaceful family hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms, but the food experience could be imp - The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very calm and relaxing, making it a great place for a family holiday and quiet rest. There was a good selection of food, but we felt the variety could have been better and sometimes the quality was inconsistent. We especially missed clearer information about dish ingredients and allergens. There were also very few dairy-free options, and even basic alternatives like plant-based milk or yogurt were not available.

• Anneloes (6/5): Voor de 2 dagen die we er waren was het Oke. - Ontbijt buffet was prima. Kamer was ook keurig Wij zaten er in mei. Hierdoor leek het of alle voorbereidingen nog niet klaar waren. Zwembaden waren niet schoon en ging zelfs een hele middag dicht. Er kwam beide middagen geen water uit de kraan of wc. Wanneer dit wel lukte, was het bruin. Wij vonden het diner buffet niet denderend. Smaken waren vlak en droog.
• Monika (7/5): End of season stay was clearly over bearing for a very tired hotel service teams - A large complex that has majority what a family needs on a holiday. Some amazing and dedicated staff and lovely crepes/pancakes! The main pool is warmest and welcoming, drinks selection at bars was good also. Pizza quality was really poor. No oven for proper pizza like other hotels in and near Kiotari. Poor food choices in seaside bar and main pool. A mission to find nuggets for kids and queues for icecreams not so great. Staff looked very tired complained of working long hours long days. Cats everywhere in and outside hotel, not everyone loves cats! Guest services very poor service booking a restraurant a day before not being to get a booking them getting some random too late slot for next day… anyway no pizza in Italian restraurant. Only one working main lift -got stuck in the other a few times when it was actually opening. Coffee maschine in the room not working. Nobody tells you where to get beach towels, how to book restaurants, where you can go.
• Judith (5/5): Not 5 star, will not be returning to any Lindos hotels. - Location was fantastic, breakfasts were good Staff were rude at times, witnessed other guests having issues with rude staff. Particularly one man serving at the main pool bar. Evening staff on the terrace were also unhelpful and downright rude. It felt like a cattle market, only plus was the lovely staff at reception.
• Hozan (4/5): Pas bonne - L’hôtel est joli, mais l’expérience est gâchée par l’organisation. Il faut faire la queue à chaque repas, que ce soit le matin, le midi ou le soir, ce qui devient vite insupportable. Les plats sont fades et sans goût , toujours les mêmes plats . L’endroit est beaucoup trop fréquenté, ce qui crée une ambiance désagréable. Le personnel, en plus, n’est pas accueillant : à peine un bonjour, aucun sourire. Dans ces conditions, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, car la surcharge de monde et le manque d’amabilité du service rendent le séjour vraiment pénible.
• Lucy (6/5): Ok - Swim up room was great. Snack bar was good. Staff often made you feel like you was an inconvenience. Claims to be 7 restaurants but only actually 3. One changes theme to make up the rest, very hard to get reservation m. Very misleading. Buffet was poor very oily and samey food. Site is very very hilly. Poor communication about bus/trains - didn’t learn until check out.
• Athanasios (10/5): Excellent holidays at Rhodes/Lindos - Excellent hotel and facilities, with activities for children (kids club/activities' pool). Food was also excellent, with many choices available for lunch and dinner. Special thanks to Theodora (reception) and Dimitris (Barman -excellent cocktails). Would highly recommend and would book again. Everything was great so I do not have anything to comment upon. Please keep on doing a great job.

• Malwine (4/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, wir hätten mehr erwartet. - Das junge Aktivitäten-Team war aufgeschlossen, lustig, die Aktivitäten toll. Die Wassertemperatur war angenehm. Die Rutschen haben richtig Spass gemacht. In den Spezialitätenrestaurants hat man köstlich gegessen, der Swim-up-Pool hat Spass gemacht und war auch sauber. Die Massagen waren toll sowie das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gästebetreuerin hat sich sehr zuvorkommend und prompt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Das Hotelzimmer war alt, es hatte überhaupt keinen Charme, im Gegenteil. Das Hauptrestaurant war immer laut, das Servicepersonal war wenig achtsam, wir wurden jeweils lange nicht bedient oder wir mussten sie wiederholt auffordern. Zweimal haben wir uns das Getränk dann selber an der Bar geholt. Die Auswahl des Essens war ebenso enttäuschend. Auf dem Hotelareal wurden die Becher (Becherstationen) lange nicht weggeräumt, das wirkte etwas schmuddelig. Das Areal um die Pools herum war wenig gepflegt. Es gab neben Tennis noch die Möglichkeit Padel zu spielen, jedoch musste dies zusätzlich bezahlt werden.
• Renate (8/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leisungsangebot - Sehr nettes Personal. Die Leistung war für den Preis sehr gut. Lokale Kategorie 5 Sterne entspricht bei uns ca. 4 Sternen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Tolle Betten. Etwas abgewohnt und das Wasser im Aktivity-Pool war etwas grün, aber wir waren in der letzten Woche vor Saisonende dort und danach hat man mehrere Monate für Sanierungsmaßnahmen Zeit.

• Lysiane (10/5): - Un hôtel magnifique des chambres assez grandes ,entres les 5 piscines et le bord de mer,c’est juste parfait. Le seul petit bémol, a l'arrivée après 23h30,l'accueil qui ne parle pas français nous a remis les cartes d'ouverture des chambres sans aucune explication pour nous situer l'endroit de celles ci. Nous avons été pris en charge après avoir trouvé une personne parlant français et une voiturette nous a gentiment posé devant nos chambres.
• Maija (7/5): - Paljon eri uima-altaita ja varsinkin omalla terassilla ole sviitti, josta pääsi suoraan altaaseen oli oikein hyvä. Ruoka oli ihan ok, mutta ei vastannut viiden tähden hotellin tasoa. Siistiä oli! Hotellilla perittiin vielä lisänä vero, joka oli astunut voimaan jo 1.1.2024 ja teimme varauksen 3/2025. Hotellin mukaan vika on Bookingin ja Booking ei hoitanut asiaa puolestamme. Hotelli ei vastannut 5 tähden hotellia millään osa-alueella. Booking.com mukaan hotelliin sisältyi pysäköinti, joka oli hiekkapelto eli ei oikea pysäköintialue. Hotellin kauppa oli todella huonosti varusteltu eikä kävelymatkan päässä ollut kauppoja. Tule tähän kohteeseen vain autolla, koska kaukana kaikesta! Hintaan sisältyi alacarte ruokailu yhdessä ravintolassa, jota yritimme saada varattua neljä päivää ja aina oli joku syy miksi emme saaneet pöytävarausta. Huoneemme poreallas ei toiminut ollenkaan, mutta olisivat olleet valmiita vaihtamaan huoneemme toiseen.
• Janina (2/5): Miserables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - absolut keine 5 Sterne (eher 3)! - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Whirlpool und Zugang zum Geimschaftspool, welches sehr schön und ruhig war (wenn auch leider nicht sauber). Das Bett war bequem. Die Anlage ist schön gelegen und weitläufig - dadurch sind allerdings auch die Wege zwischen Zimmer, Pools, Strand und Restaurant teilweise sehr lang und durch die Hanglage der Anlage auch mühsam. Es gibt mehrere Pools und viele verschiedene Angebote für Groß und Klein, u.a. auch einen Spielplatz. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: mehr als enttäuschend - das Hotel hat definitiv keine 5 Sterne verdient, teilweise eher 3. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen sanierungsbedürftig. Nur die Lobby erinnert noch an 5 Sterne, im Rest der Anlage liegt einiges im Argen. Viele Bereiche wirken abgewohnt, es blättert der Putz ab, Fußwege sind kaputt. Sauberkeit: mangelhaft! Wir mussten das Zimmer direkt nach Bezug nochmals reinigen lassen, weil der Boden so schmutzig war. Insgesamt wird überall nur oberflächlich geputzt. Dinge wie Spiegel, Fenster und Glastüren haben schon sehr lange keine richtige Reinigung mehr erfahren. Essen & Getränke: Quantität statt Qualität. Es gibt im Buffet-Restaurant zwar viel Auswahl, aber die Qualität ist eher auf "Mensa-Niveau". Sehr enttäuschend, wir haben schon in 3-Sterne Hotels besser gegessen. „Säfte“, Cocktails und Kaffee sind ungenießbar. Selbst zum Frühstück gibt es nur gestreckte, sehr süße Fruchtsaftgetränke. Vom Kaffee ganz zu schweigen, selten so schlechten Cappuccino getrunken. Selbst die Angestellten an der Rezeption holen sich lieber Kaffee von extern. Service/Mitarbeiter: griechische Gastfreundschaft Fehlanzeige. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind bei allem, was über Standard-Anfragen hinausgeht, überfordert oder gar genervt. Das Lieblingskissen unseres Sohnes war nach der Zimmerreinigung verschwunden. Es wurde wohl versehentlich zusammen mit der Schmutzwäsche mitgenommen. Das kann passieren, aber inakzeptabel ist, dass sich nicht einmal jemand entschuldigt hat und wir trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage immer noch auf die Kostenerstattung warten, die uns vor der Abreise versprochen wurde. Das ist mehr als schäbig und eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht würdig! Anlage: an sich schöne Lage, aber die Anlage wird durch eine Straße geteilt, so dass man häufig an der Straße entlang gehen muss um von A nach B zu kommen – und das auf eher unwegsamen, nicht barrierefreien Gehwegen. Gerade mit Kindern nicht optimal.
• Diane (9/5): It was Amazing but find bit pricey for massages and other beauty treatments. - The food was great, evening performances, having toilets everywhere. Private pool was a plus. Mould in bathroom, shower not clean enough, not cleaning near the pool in bedroom.

• Frankie (9/5): Hugo spritz by the pool what more could you ask for - We loved how beautiful the resort itself was. The different pool areas were gorgeous and the main restaurant had great views. The staff were lovely. The bar staff particularly stood out both on the main bar and the pool bar. It’s busy at the main bar but they still took time to chat and get to know us over our stay. Reception were also very helpful with any questions we might have had. Food in the main restaurant was great with a great range from breakfast to dinner. The more premium restaurants were a lovely touch. We went to the seafood restaurant, Greek as well as Mexican with the starter sharing platter really standing out at the Greek restaurant and the octopus starter from the seafood restaurant also catching our eye. Overall we had a great experience and a wonderful time relaxing away from home. Almost all of the cocktails are brought in bottles or done by machines. I understand are they can be busy but it took a bit of prestige and presentation out of it. The Mexican restaurant was probably our worst food experience, it all seemed very dry and not at all what we expected from the level of food we had been having. Mexican food is something we have often so we know this really missed the mark.

On a low traffic street, was nice to go for a quick jog. We weren't able to try the à la carte restaurants, everything was apparently booked full during our stay.

• Henrica (9/5): Great place for a relaxing vacation - This property is amazing. We arrived earlier than check in time, we were not allowed to check in yet but we were given our wristband which gave us access to all facilities already and were able to put out luggage away. Once our room was ready someone with a golf cart picked us up to take us to the room. The room has everything you need, including complementary drinks. If you have a issue there is an app where you can contact the reception via whatsapp, and they respond quick. The themed dinner was great, and the breakfast had lots of options. Also lots of options when it comes to bars, the bar close to the reception often had entertainment in the evening. The pools were great There is a bus stop right at the resort, you can ask for a schedule by the reception. We took a day trip to Lindos it was very easy to get there and come back from this resort. A great location for a relaxed trip. Regarding food, the buffet dinner was good but nothing special, there were lots of options so you will find something you like. For the breakfast buffet it would have been nice to have some fresh juice options. Wish there was a option to do more themed night dinners, for example for an extra cost. The pool across our room had towels on sunbeds that were there for several days, so people assumed these sunbeds were reserved but I dont think anyone every came for them. Would be nice if they cleared all left behind towels at the end of the day.

• Daren (3/5): Not a 5 star, doesn’t look like the pics. Not value for money - Room was kept clean and tidy. Some staff were very polite and courteous. Nice sea view from our balcony. This is not a 5 star. We left 3 days early from a 10 day stay. The hotel is tired and in need of upgrades, it doesn’t look like the pictures on booking.com. Food in the a La carte was good, the food everywhere else including buffet was average. The drinks were terrible, we stuck to beer and wine so we knew what we were getting. Staff aren’t trained to 5 star service. Hotel is built on a hill.

The indoor pool wasn't heated even tough it says that it is. The jacuzzi wasn't hot at all and the nets were really weak. One of the staff members wasn't really nice and have rolled her eyes at my wife.

• itay (1/5): Poor - It’s beautiful place with great view The level of service is very poor Our room flooded with sewage at the evening and they didn’t found us a proper place til 1 am. After they finally found us a room they woke up at the next morning to ask us to pay extra money for the room because it had a sea view and we paid only for garden view. Very disappointing. The crew didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience. No room service at all. You need to walk everywhere to get anything. The all inclusive stage doesn’t really satisfying and a lot of extra paying needed.

• De’Ath (8/5): Lovely hotel with good food choices - lots of pools to choose from as well as the beach. - The room was lovely, with it's own pool and beach view. It had the sun most of the day and was large with comfortable day beds. Towel pick up/exchange at the spa was a bit annoying as it did not open until 10am - by then we had already had breakfast and were on the beach. It meant a long walk back up to the spa to change towels. On our first day we had to sit around until 10 just to pick them up. A better system for this would be appreciated.

• Leona (9/5): Velká spokojenost - Jídlo bylo výborné, výběr široký, neopakovalo se každý den. Velký výběr mas, teplé zeleniny, příloh, salátů, ovoce, moučníků. Možnost variability, jak jídla připravená a dochucená, tak i možnost poskládat si pokrmy s omáčkami a přílohou dle vlastních představ. Líbila se mi denní nabídka různých kuchyní sushi, hamburgery, skopové, krevety, mušle, pizza atp. Skvělý úklid pokojů, vysoká kvalita. Výměna ručníků i ložního povlečení. Dostupnost a kapacita restaurací. Několik bazénů. Rozlehlost celého areálu. Příjemní a milý zaměstnanci od recepce přes číšníky, barmany po pokojské. Horší kvalita příborů (zejména vidliček), občas špatně umyté talíře. Na pokojích mi chyběly vatičky do uší, odličovací tampóny.

Misleading Advertising, Poor Service, and Unsafe Food I didn’t book this resort because of the restaurants, but it’s worth pointing out that they advertise 7 all-inclusive restaurants, when in reality you can only eat in one à la carte restaurant once per stay. Every other meal is at the overcrowded buffet, where you stand in line just to enter. Misleading advertising at its worst. The bigger issue: I got severe food poisoning from the buffet and spent 3 out of 5 days sick in my room. No one at the resort took the matter seriously. The front desk staff was useless — unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to escalate the issue. When I asked for a manager, I was sent a low-level “customer relations” staff member who did nothing. Zero responsibility, zero care. They also claim to offer an airport shuttle service, but in reality I was bounced around between reception staff and eventually told to email a transfer company — only to be informed the shuttle was full. Another broken promise. Even without the food poisoning, the food was average at best. Don’t expect a culinary experience. Overall: Misleading advertising, useless front desk staff, unsafe food, and absolutely no accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this resort.

• Giulia (10/5): Assolutamente il soggiorno perfetto ! - Abbiamo soggiornato al Lindos Imperial per 7 notti, tre persone più un bimbo di due anni! La nostra esperienza è super positiva - Tre piscine attrezzate e belle - Una spiaggia attrezzata privata - Servizio bar (ben tre, quello sulla spiaggia la sera è meraviglioso) e ristorazione perfetto, puntale e gustoso - Il chiosco delle crepes è meraviglioso!! - Personale attento a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità: particolare ringraziamenti ad Andreas e Theodora, il primo di origini italiane vi darà suggerimenti per le zone più in, i trasferimenti e tutti i trucchi per vivere al meglio quest'esperienza, la seconda prodiga a rispondere e soddisfare tutto (dell'accappatoio in più al passeggino in prestito) Il servizio di noleggio auto è molto comodo, noi abbiamo prenotato una panda e siamo usciti con un mercedes senza sovrapprezzo (con seggiolino inserito): il ragazzo ha dei modi particolari ma la transazione va liscia

• Vlad (8/5): Cool holiday for a family with 2 kids. - Good pools, really good entertainment for kids, good food, but not great. Staff is amazingly helpful. Rooms are not 5 stars, at least where we stayed beach frontline. Old, rusty.
