• Giampaolo1972 (8/5): Week end a Milano - La posizione vicina alla metro , la possibilità di parcheggio in zona, il quartiere tranquillo con servizi e negozi. Ascensore (utilissimo per i bagagli !) Appartamento dotato di tutto (pentole , etc..) il necessario per cucinare. La struttura è un po' datata e l'insonorizzazione è quella delle vecchie costruzioni

• Vanessa (8/5): No geral agradável mas o pequeno almoço peca pela falta de variedade. - A localização, sossegado, confortável. O pequeno almoço servido no café localizado no mesmo prédio é composto apenas por um capuccino e um croissant e nada mais. Outra situação menos agradável aconteceu das duas vezes que fomos atendidos pelo que nos pareceu ser o dono da pastelaria, que cobrava o café mais caro do que os empregados!
• Lauer Monteiro (8/5): Uma boa escolha - Propriedade em uma área de muitos comércios, boa localização, próximo à estação de metrô e trem. O proprietário é muito prestativo e cordial. O aquecimento de água precisa de atenção por parte do proprietário. Estávamos em quatro pessoas e mesmo tomando banhos comedidos,em um inverno rigoroso europeu,a água não supriu a necessidade dos quatro ocupantes do apartamento. Neste sentido,aponto que o apartamento está preparado para receber no máximo dois adultos.
• ANNA (10/5): Πολύ καλό κατάλυμα - Άνετο διαμέρισμα, ήσυχη περιοχή, καλή τοποθεσία (κοντά σε στάση μετρό) και καθαρό. Καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη Gianluca. Ο καναπές- κρεβάτι δεν ήταν αναπαυτικός. Δεν συστήνεται για άτομα με πρόβλημα μέσης.

• Clara (9/5): Apartamento acogedor en Milan con desayuno - Todo muy bien, Gianluca nos recibió muy amable y pudimos dejar las maletas 1,30 hora antes del check-in. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con desayuno muy rico en un café de al lado. El check out muy fácil, dejamos las llaves en un buzón. Muchas gracias! Volveremos!! Todo estuvo muy bien

• Samantha (9/5): Fantastico, nessuno problema. - Il check in e il check out sono agilissimi,il bar per la colazione è sotto casa, la metro è 150 mt in 4 fermate sei a san Babila (praticamente al Duomo). Vicino all'appartamento c'è tutto anche un supermercato

• Robert (9/5): Die Unterkunft und Mailand waren ein absoluter Hit. - Tolle Unterkunft mit guter leiser Klimaanlage für einen Städteurlaub. Nicht weit von der Metro,und Lebensmittelgeschäfte ca 5 min entfernt. Mit der Metro alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück im Cafe darunter ist der Hit, den besten Kaffee und die leckersten Süßigkeiten. Würden es sofort wieder nehmen. Einzig das Parken mit dem Auto ist in Mailand eine Herausforderung. Trotzdem ein Hit.
• Adrienne (9/5): Maravilhosa. - O anfitrião Gianlucca é muito atencioso e preocupado. A localização é num bairro maravilhoso com muitos cafés e restaurantes. Porém fica a 3 km do centro histórico, se gostar de andar como eu será uma boa caminhada e a vizinhança é muito agradável, ou pode pegar um metrô ou ônibus. O café da manhã é o café típico italiano ( cappuccino e croissant) bem próximo, local abaixo do apartamento , onde os funcionários são muito simpáticos. Embora nosso banho fosse rápido, a água não ficava quente até a última pessoa tomar banho, assim o último tomava banho frio.

• Kevin (5/5): Average Stay: Could Be Better, Could Be Worse - Super easy to check in and check out. The kitchen was minimally equipped, and it was OK. Not very clean and not very comfortable. It is mentioned that breakfast is included, but breakfast is only a pastry (croissant) with coffee. If you count that breakfast, then it is included. Nothing in particular to mention about the location.

• Eugn_n (7/5): Хата на начоўку і не болей - Добрая лакацыя - блізка новая лінія метро. Ёсць лядоўня, пральня, прас. Якасны вайфай. Раён даволі спакойны, і ўначы шпацыравалі па яму без турбот. Джанлука ўсё добра апісаў і хутка адказваў на пытанні. Калі ў хаце не сядзець, то вельмі добры варыянт для жытла ў Мілане. Рушнікі (амаль кожны) смярдзелі вільгаццю. Было непрыемна імі карыстацца. Прасціна не пасуе матрацу і падчас сну злазіць з яго.

• Krutselno (8/5): A great value for money and a great spacious apartment, fantastic for families. - We travelled with two 1 year olds and this place was excellent in terms of location and also space and completely met our needs. It was great not having to worry about breakfast and just going to the Cafe downstairs for delicious pastry. The Pizza place was also just fantastic!
• Daniel (10/5): Well equiped apartament in a well located area in Milano - . Very very well cleaned . Location is not in the heart of Milano but def not far, 20 min away to Duomo and the city center in general, the bus stop is 2 min away from the home and theres also a metro station. The area has a lot of different shops, restaurante, bakeries and a bigger supermarket. The restaurante and the supermarket keep open until late (22:00/23:00). . The aprtament has pretty much everything you need in a good size and also air condition . The host is such a nice person and problem solving person, as I had to check in earlier and I had to check out very early bit Gianluca found a solution Only positive experiences
• Marios (3/5): Excessive noise - Kind host and very friendly to serve us. Very close to metro station. Excessive noise from adjacent rooms to the extent that you could not sleep. Not good sound insulation and sleeping was a big challenge. Although Gianluca intervened to solve the problem, unfortunately the situation was only better for a few hours. Also the breakfast was poor, the specific provision needs to be improved.

Good beds, warm, plenty of dishes and kitchen staff, towels, 5 minutes from the metro Susa. A lot of lamps inside. Clean, good shower. There were plenty different sorts of coffee and tea in the apartment. Italian breakfast at the cafe Torrefazione Lomellina. Very attentive Gianluka, thank you! Bad audioisolation, we heard everything what the neighbours upstairs were doing. If you sleep well - it is not a problem, but if you are sensitive to any noise - it is difficult. It would be good to have disposable slippers in the apartment.

• Maria (8/5): A nice clean appartment close to the center of Milan - It was a nice comfy and very clean appartment close to the center of Milan. The street, Via Lomellina, has stores that you can buy necessities and a big supermarket is very close. The owner Gianluca was very kind and helpful. I recommend it! I didn’t like the bed mattress. It is not comfortable as it has lost its shape.
