It is close to One Utama Shopping Center (probably 15 mins walk) which is convenient for shopping as well as grabbing some food. Ample of parking lots available during my visit. Nothing much, except that lifts are sometimes quite stuffy and hot. Suggest to improve air-cond in the lifts.

Terence (9/5): We'll be back ! - Great Hotel. Excellent location. Awesome room. The most spacious superior double room we have ever stayed in. Attentive coffee lounge staff. Appreciated the extra coffee and tea at no extra charge. Overall friendliness , warmth and hospitality of staff was top notch. Communication skills at reception need improvement. Could barely hear let alone understand what the reception staff was saying when we checked in.

Eugene (10/5): Value for Money, Great Place to Stay for Business and Leisure - Room is super spacious and quiet. The corridor is so well sound-proofed to ensure guests are not disturbed by running and noisy kids. The air-con is great as well, with temperature adjustment that actually works - some 5-star hotels have faulty thermostats! Location is excellent, a short walk to the mega mall. I wish there are USB-C sockets in the wall plug, including with 100W power to charge laptops. The service staff at the entrance doesn't greet me at all when I walk past them.

Being an older lady with deteriorating eyesight, I missed the step and fell flat on my face. I was late checking in and the evening staff were most disinterested and inattentive. Checked my son and me into one room when I had booked two. Worried about our return stay in July August when I am bringing my whole family.
