- Peng Yap (6/5): Overall quite satisfactory. - Great view from high floor because next to the beach, room is equipped with laundry and cooker. Small balcony couple can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. Not very close to American Village, 20min walk so not too noisy. Toilet has a high step up so not so convenient for elderly.

The bed mattresses are the worst Ive ever seen or experienced in a hotel. Fully sunken 6 inches in the middle. We stayed here last year and let them know then about the mattresses being old and worn out. Nothing changed and won’t be staying here again. We stayed at two other properties over the month and the beds were all great.

- Dorian (8/5): Great location with the beach right behind, but older with everything you need - The view was excellent. It was also walking distance or at least a very short uber drive to everything in the area. The area has a significant amount of attractions, not the least of which is the beach in the back yard, but the food all around is excellent with a huge mall and "American Village" close by that has a ton of stuff. But there is also a bunch of stuff that's an uber drive away. If you are military, it's across the highway from a major Marine base and not far from a major Air Force base. My room also had a washer and dryer in my room which was nice, and free. Continental breakfast didn't start until 8:00 a.m. It's an older hotel, they still use an actual key to open your doors.

The staff constantly delivered excellent services to make me feel safe and at ease. Especially Mi-el I'm sorry if I spelled her name wrong but she was Especially helpful when it came to renting a bike that the hotel offers for free for its guests!

- Fil-Am South Korea (8/5): Beautiful sunrise and sunset outside your windows ;-) - Excellent staff who catered to our needs, who provided excellent service and professionalism. They also provided us water bottles, towels, and warm breakfast of croissants to start our day. The front desk also saved our day for lending us chargers/adaptors. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from our hotel windows. They also called the taxi or shuttle for us to get where we needed to go. Everything was nice. We enjoyed the hotel where we’ve met people also from South Korea and different countries. You can also watch people jogging, running, or walking by then sea wall. The thing about the island was transportation and WiFi connection was a little challenging.

The problem wasnt the room as it’s only the floor difference, but it was clear on our booking that we should have coffee machine (we had to leave early mornings, so it was important). There was also hair in the bedsheets- long black hair- unlikely from cleaners. It took an hour to negotiate coffee machine - required calling booking.com and multiple conversations (while there were coffee machines in empty rooms that night- so it was just lack of good will from staff as could have been sorted in 5 minutes!). Really disappointing - very unJapanese experience. Beds are also quite soft and worn out!

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Able to loan free beach towels every morning to facilitate visits to the beach. There is a foot wash corner at the hotel so you can wash off the sand after getting back. Rooms are generally clean. Room facilities are dated and not particularly well-maintained. Huge scuff marks by the sofa. The bed and pillows were way too soft. TV not able to do Chromecast.

- Midori (8/5): 北谷を満喫出来るホテル - ・ロケーションがとてもよい。アラハビーチとサンセットビーチまで散歩で行ける。アメリカンビレッジもとても近い。 ・建物の裏に公の駐車場があり、とても便利（22時〜7時は施錠される） ・メキシコ（タコス店）が徒歩4分の所にある ・土曜日の花火が部屋から見える ・初めから裏の駐車場に停めてもいいという案内があれば楽だった ・私達にはベッドのマットが柔らかすぎだった。

- Hiroshi (3/5): 残念 - フロントは外国人で、片言の日本語しか話せなかった。部屋はコンドミニアムタイプで、我々とは無縁のキチン、洗濯器 などが備わっていたが、肝心の寝巻などは皆無。ただ、家内が急に体調を悪くし、チェックして２時間程度で宿泊をキャンセルしました。周辺のホテルをチェックしてところ、このホテルは一人一泊１万円程度とわかりました。たぶんお金は 戻ってこないと思っていますが、これまでに最悪の新年を迎えました。

- Ružica (6/5): - The view was great and location quite nice. I was working remotely but wifi was practically non existant. For some reason my data almost non existant in my room unless i put my phone on the balcony. On the first day we wanted to use a washer in the room and used drum clean first and then put our loundary but when we took it out it was horrible, full of some disgusting black flakes. We tried to clean washer on our own, which we realised was moldy but it didn't work and ultimately we asked staff to clean it. They did and it didn't help. They offered to use washer in the other room. The staff was trying to be helpful on both issues but didn't really resolve any so we left with mixed feelings.

- Sijing (10/5): 超可爱的海边特色酒店 - 酒店前台小姐姐和小哥哥都非常友善热情，英语发音清晰，服务完善，感受很好。房间宽敞明亮设施齐全，早餐烤面包挺好吃的。除此之外，还有几点特别喜欢： 1房客可以申请使用自行车服务，一共四台酒店自行车可供自由骑行🚲 2床像云堆一样软，特别舒服，一上去就睡着了。（这个见仁见智，有的人可能更喜欢硬床） 3那层内侧的透明白色窗帘，只能从里面看到海景，外面是看不见里面的景色的。 4浴室冲澡很舒服，洗浴用品充足。 5洗衣机和烘干机也很好用。 整个酒店都很可爱,阳台海景体验很棒，距离一家特别大的超市很近。下次还愿意选择这里。
