The front desk staff mahidul is really helpful and considerate in as - I got the ground floor which is easier for me to bring my huge luggage. The staff ( Mahidul) is friendly and helpful. - Leong (5/5): - The room 203, could not open the door by using the door card provided. After telling the cleaner nextdoor，he took the door card from us and went to reception to replace it with a tradition key (not card). The aircon did not function well. After checking-in, we adjusted the temperature to 16°C, after an hour had gone by, could not feel cooler. At night, still at 16°C, the whole first night and the second night we felt the temperature was like more than 25°C. Hope you could take immediate action. Carry out regular check of the facilities and amenities in the room to ensure the quality of accommodation.
- Devi (7/5): My Stay Review - The stay was good as it was comfortable. The room was not big as it indicated in the website booked. The room was clean n neat. The water heater was not adjustable. Was having difficulty in it. The TV was not functioning.. There was no air-cond control in the room. Normally there should be 2 small mineral water bottle in the room which was not provided. The tag "DO NOT DISTURB" was also missing.
- lindsay (1/5): Awful, dirty horrendous price for nothing! - I have never stayed in such a sad broken down place! Not a hotel more liken dormitory. Dirty, television broken the shower room dirty I cleaned it before I used it! The man on the shoddy desk downstairs charged me cash and more than Booking .com had charged and wouldn’t give me the key before then! I was son the 2nd floor with no lift and I had to beg for them to help me with my suitcases and they moaned and told me off for having a big suitcase! This was a nightmare and I arrived too late to change hotel, too late and I was too tired and they wouldn’t show me the room before I paid! I want the rest of my money back and they should not be on Booking.com, it’s a disgrace you accepted them to promote! Lindsay Pilbeam 67 year old travelling alone. Dirty, no lift, no working tv, they told me it was just that room then the following morning a young man from Japan said none of the tvs in any of the rooms worked! I told booking.com about this on your website and you never got back to me. I use Boooking . Com all the time as you at Bookimg.com know!

TV not working, NO shower gel in the bathroom. Shower head spoilt. Difficult to bath. Pillow is too soft. Would not recommend this hotel.

- Lee (6/5): Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I think is good value for what you pay. - I booked the wrong Swing & Pillow outlet since I wasn't aware there were two outlets in Subang. The check-in was smooth. There were many restaurants in the area. There was a cigarette-smoke smell in the room, which could be coming from the air conditioner or from other rooms. I had to request an additional pillow because the room came with only one. However, the front desk was invaluable to me.

- Chong PY (5/5): Disappointing room - The location is good. There are restaurants and shopping centre nearby. The room was very small. When i open the door, there is just a double bed and toilet and a small stool in front of the dressing table. There is hardly any space between the bed and the walls on both sides. There were no windows. It is not at all like the pictures shown in the advertisement. It felt like being scammed.

- choon chee (1/5): poor reception - the location ok poor reception, one foreigner staff can't even speak good English, another staff was late, called the hotel hp number no answer, left messages no reply, finally i give up, NOT TO CHECK IN. I CAN'T LET MY FRIEND, AN OLD LADY TO STAY IN A PLACE LIKE THIS, WE PREFERRED WARM WELCOME AND GOOD RECEPTION SERVICE.

- Adwin (3/5): - That it was near our meeting place 1. Cancelled one of our bookings at the last minute. Very difficult as we had to find one room at the last minute and far away from our other friends. 2. One of the rooms had a dirty bed. There were hairs on the sheets. 3. The other rooms had very uneven bed surfaces possibly due to the beds being very old or of poor quality. 4. One of the rooms was in a location that seemed like an attic extension. The steps leading to that particular room were steep and were of metal. If we were to slip and fall, just imagine the extent of injury. A hotel having paying guests shouldn't be having something like that. Don't think it's even legal to have something like that.

- Puteri (8/5): If you ONLY need a place to sleep then its recommended. - The room is tidy, air conditioner is good, toilet is clean, overall check in and check out is quick and no fuss Mattresses need update, there are spots on the bedsheets, the comforter needs update. Entertainment(TV unit) is not working properly, its either you have it working or just dont bother.

- Chuan (5/5): Overall, satisfied with the room. - The room was sufficiently clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The facilities and amneties were good. The air-cond was superb. Insufficient parking lots in the evening as the local restaurant operator blocks off parking lots to place tables. The bed was slanting one side so you tend to slide off the side. Need to replace the mattress on both beds.
