Annywendy (10/5): Vacaciones inolvidables en familia - Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en Cerdeña. El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, ideal para familias y perfecto para explorar la zona. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. Riccardo fue un anfitrión excelente: muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Sonja (10/5): Meraviglioso, indimenticabile - Riccardo è sua moglie erano gentilissimi, sempre presente. L’appartamento molto carino con una vista mozzafiato, ben arredato. Vicino le meravigliose spiagge, fenicotteri, passeggiate, etc. Consigliamo veramente a tutti.

Rudolf (10/5): Einmalig - Der Gastgeber war mehr als hilfreich. Bei jedem klenem Problem war er sofort zur Stelle und löste das Problem, wenn es sich auch nur um Kleinigkeiten handelte. Schlüsselübergabe war auch einfach auch wenn wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen. Für uns war das ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Riccardo hat Ihn noch besser gemacht. Nur zum empfehlen. Danke Riccardo Nichts was uns einfallen könnte. Alles top.

Stefan (6/5): Lage und Gastgeber Top. - Der Gastgeber: Riccardo ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Lösungen für Probleme zu finden. In unserem Fall hatten wir das 1 Zimmer Studio Apartment gebucht. Das Apartment hat uns absolut nicht gefallen und wir wären sofort wieder gegangen. Riccardo hat uns dann zum gleichen Preis die große Erdgeschoss Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür! 3 Zimmer Ferienwohnung Die Große Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sowie einen extra Raum um Sachen zu trocknen. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Dachterrasse von der aus man das Meer sehen kann. Lage: Die Lage ist absolut top, man kann zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten an den schönen Strand laufen. 1 Zimmer Studio Apartment: Wir hatten das 1 Zimmer Studio Apartment gebucht. Zu den anderen Wohnungen wird die Wohnung durch zwei einfache Zimmertüren getrennt und das Schlüsselloch ist mit Papier zugestopft. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort der Nachbarn, die Klimaanlage oder den TV aus den anderen Wohnungen. Man schläft mit dem Kopf neben dem Kühlschrank. Das Vordach der Terrasse ist aus Hölzern gemacht. Es spendet zwar Schatten, aber bei Regen ist die Terrasse nicht nutzbar. Die Terrasse und die dortige Couch waren verdreckt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. 3 Zimmer Ferienwohnung: Die große Ferienwohnung ist schon besser, allerdings kennen wir den Preis nicht. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber entspricht denke ich einer klassischen Ferienwohnung.

urlauberin (8/5): - angenehm ruhig, der Weg runter ans Meer ist schön, wenn man ihn gefunden hat. Grundsätzlich recht schön, dennoch für ikeaausgestattet doch überteuert. Man schläft neben dem Kühlschrank. Küchenaustattung minimal, kein Putzlappen, kein Spülmittel oder was man sonst noch so braucht, vorallem bei längerem Aufenthalt . Draußen Ameisenplage!!!

Peter (9/5): Excellent three-bedroom stay near beach. - Good location, near to excellent beaches. Built to stay cool in hot temperatures. All was good.
Nicola (9/5): Great location to get to know the local area and relax. - The property has a rustic feel and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony area - the sunny location is fabulous; the local beach is only a 5 minute walk away and in the other direction for 5 minutes you can go to a local store to get your morning bread and supplies if not wanting to get in the car to Pula (18mins only) to a supermarket. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but you will need a car to dine at others, explore local beaches and also to get to a competitive place to rent a boat. Just need to sort out the hob, so all 4 rings can work at the same time! Lighting in the kitchen area can be a bit dark - but maybe romantic!
