- Jose Manuel (6/5): Buena ubicación - Buena ubicación, a 20 minutos a pie del centro en un barrio residencial con comercios, restaurantes, farmacias,... La habitación disponía de cafetera con cápsulas y un pequeño frigorífico. Las camas eran cómodas y todo estaba bastante limpio, El personal fue amable en todo momento. La habitación estaba en un semisótano con un patio inglés (esto no lo dice la descripción en la reserva). Además teníamos justo al lado un office donde comía el personal y si queríamos descansar a medio día en la habitación no podíamos hacerlo por el ruido y el olor a comida. No había gel de baño ni champú y las toallas (una pequeña y una mediana por persona) las cambiaban cada 3 días. La habitación era pequeña, apenas el espacio de las camas y poquito más.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. After encountering issues at another hotel, I had to relocate late at night, and the team went above and beyond to assist me. Even at 11pm, they ensured my check-in was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free, which I greatly appreciated after a long day. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Podczas czterech dni pobytu pokój był sprzątany dwukrotnie. Wi-fi działało bez zarzutu, nie było żadnych problemów podczas pobytu, personel polecił również atrakcje do zobaczenia na miejscu i dał darmową mapę.

The beds (we had a 3 bed room) were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, water boiler in the room and choices of coffe and tea to choose from. The fridge in the room was also much appreciated. We could also leave our luggage before and after check in/check out without extra charge. Much appreciated! We would not hesitate to return another time and to recommend it to everyone! Overall a very clean impression although we after having walked on the floor in the room for a while, could see that our bare feet soles became a little bit dirty. Needed to be washed before bed although we had already had a shower.

I wanted not to be in the hot touristic spot as it will be over crowded but close distance to the historal sights The room was in tge basement and I noticed when I arrived the guest house. Despite the property being called Grand Tour Rome Suites, our room was a simple triple room located in the cellar. The humidity was extremely high, the room had an unpleasant smell, and towels never dried properly. When we asked for a towel change, we were told that towels are changed only every three days; however, due to the constant humidity, the towels remained continuously wet. A major concern for us was safety: the room had only one exit, which also served as the emergency exit, and the windows were fitted with bars, making them unusable in case of evacuation. This felt unsafe, especially for an underground room. In addition, the walls were peeling in several places. We officially complained about the room, but did not receive any proper follow‑up or resolution from management. Overall, the conditions, safety standards, and lack of response did not match the price of the accommodation.

El lugar es seguro. Viajaba con mi padre que tiene movilidad reducida. La información de la propiedad no es clara. Dice que tiene elevador pero el departamento está ubicado en un subsuelo con mi con muchos escalones. Cuando comenté el problema intentaron solucionarlo y nos ofrecieron al día siguiente un apartamento en la planta baja que también tenía algunos escalones para el acceso. En ningún caso se llega con el elevador y Por eso considero que no es clara la descripción del hotel. Nunca hubiera seleccionado un hotel en subsuelo con escalones. La descripción no lo dice.

Inoltre è molto vivo e sicuro ben frequentato e ordinato.lo staff della struttura è accogliente e le stanze sono pulite. E’ a piano terra quindi comodissimo. La struttura è abbastanza datata e le camere, che ad un primo sguardo sono molto carine, hanno diversi difetti se osservate nel dettaglio. I cuscini sono terribili. Il riscaldamento nella stanza dei nostri amici una sera non funzionava e ci è stato detto che fino al mattino dopo nessuno poteva venire a vedere. La mattina poi è ripartito.

But we can only say that everything was very good, clean rooms, great architectural and monumental building. Very well situated with Rome's main attractions. There is not much space or facilities if you want to have breakfast or any other meal inside the room.

Fomos para Trastevere, Coliseu e Centro historico de transporte publico. Super limpo, apesar de ser inverno, nao precisamos ligar ar condicionado e nem aquecedor, temperatura otima. Camas confortaveis. Tinhamos 1 cama grande e espacosa e um sofa cama em que da para adulto tambem dormir. Tem frigobar, um aquecedor de agua e diariamente eles repoe cafe soluvel e açucar. Banheiro funcional, limpo e tem secador de cabelo. Eu super indico essa hospedagem e certamente voltarei. Nao tenho o que apontar. Tudo 100%

Jedyne udogodnienie to bliska odległość do Watykanu jeśli ktoś nastawiony jest na zwiedzanie. 1. Zdjęcia w ofercie nie miały nic wspólnego z rzeczywistością. Zamówiliśmy 2 pokoje w tym jeden większy-oczywiście płacąc więcej, ale otrzymaliśmy niezgodny z opisem. Pokoje otrzymaliśmy na poziomie minus 1 z maleńkim oknem za kratą nad chodnikiem. W pokoju wilgoć, pleśń, akcesoria w łazience np. Lustro i szafki w rdzy, cuchnący zapach - więc ja jako astmatyk miałam podczas pobytu kilka napadów astmy. W łazience wentylator nie dał się wyłączyć i całą noc głośno chodził nie dało się wypocząć. 2. Obsługa poinformowała nas że zdjęcia na booking są poglądowe i przydzielają pokoje losowo, więc zamówiłam co innego a dostałam co innego. 3. Wszystkie ubrania przesiąkły nam pleśnią.

The walls are peeling, super overpriced with what I was paying. They didn't offer any refunds, staff was unresponsive until I told them that I did not expect all 5 of us to be crammed into one room. It wasn't a hotel, no amenties, the common space had peeling couches, peeling walls. The rooms smelled moldy and wet. Blankets were hidden away so we froze while we slept. It was super loud in the streets. stay away from here Terrible experience for what I paid for

Our room had air conditioning but the air conditioning was not working and the room all the walls had mold. We asked the hotel staff for assistance they were not responsive to our concerns. My husband walked to various hotels to book another room and we were lucky to find a hotel that was accommodating. We have asked for a refund no response. I have photos of the mold in the room and if we receive no response I will follow up with social media.

Nella prenotazione mi è stato chiesto di indicare il piano che preferivo, ho scelto quello alto ma la nostra camera era al piano -1. La camera era molto umida, i vestiti erano bagnati e gli asciugamani non si asciugavano. Bagno non finestrato senza bidet. Non era possibile aprire la finestra perché si dava direttamente sul marciapiede.

Everyone was very helpful and provided us with maps and great suggestions to visit the most important places in Rome. Our room was always clean, tidy, and smelled fresh every time we returned. The staff also gave us valuable advice on how to stay safe in large crowds and take care of our belongings, which we really appreciated. They kindly arranged a private taxi to and from the airport at a very reasonable price, making our travel stress-free. We were also grateful for the extra grace hours provided for checkout. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the excellent service. We would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Byłem trochę zaskoczony, że pokój znajdował się trochę poniżej poziomu gruntu, ale było czysto i wygodnie. Było nas 5 osób w pokoju. Jak dla mnie ten apartament był mały jak dla 5 osób. Dobrze, że większość czasu spędzaliśmy za zwiedzaniu. W korytarzach przejściowych do apartamentu czuć było wilgoć.

- Antonino (3/5): Terribile - Solo la posizione Non c’era reception, ho chiamato più volte il numero dedicato ma mi hanno risposto solo dopo 30 min e temevo di dover trovare un altro posto per la notte. La stanza se pur bene arredata era uno scantinato riadattato a stanza B&b non so nemmeno se sia legale questa cosa. Ho visto che hanno anche altre stanze al 1 piano ma le 5 stanze nel seminterrato sono da incubo. Ho ancora i vestiti e il pigiama intrinso dell’odore di umidità. Probabilmente le camere del 1 piano sono migliori ma quelle dell’interrato rovinano il nome di tutta la struttura. Per le 2 notti successive sono andato in un’altra struttura per disperazione
