• Parszywka (10/5): Fantastyczna lokalizacja na nocleg w Kioto, polecamy! - Cały dom był dla nas. Wygodne osobne sypialnie. Bardzo czysto. Super lokalizacja blisko stacji metra, sklepów, lokalnych restauracji, a przede wszystkim do świątyni Inari gdzie udało nam się pospacerować zanim zrobiło się tłoczno.
• Vicente (7/5): Good - Location was great, very close to subway. Good amount of space. Sofa is broken and I got hurt, hot water wasn't working and it took 3 hours to get a response. Had a weird smell. The owner has a ton of signs about taking shoes off but the slippers all smelled horribly. It has potential but needs a lot of love

• Louis (3/5): Poor - When I book on booking I said I will pay there at the office and not online and when I arrived there the office was 10 km from the house after for dinner around 8pm we listening some music and 10 minutes later we have a message from the owner saying musique is to loud but was more than fine , for cooking then I have to cook in 2 time food in a tiny pot for pasta because it was very small for the number of guests in the house

• Pranav (10/5): A lovely comfortable stay for exploring Kyoto and around - The place was very clean and well-appointed for a comfy family stay. The location is nice with a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station - Jujo. There are convenience stores on the way. The host was very helpful and answered most of our questions almost immediately. They could provide a dryer along with the washing machine -- would help especially on wet humid days. The main door has two locks -- it took us a while to figure out. Maybe you could add to your instructions.
• Saul (10/5): Exceptional - The property has two floors which makes it a very comfortable stay for three people and is also located near the Jujo train station which makes it very easy to get around the city. I found the beds to be comfortable and appreciated that owner has a washing machine in the premise. I recommend staying here if you want a quiet neighborhood that it also only a few stops away from the city center. A guide to operating the air conditioners would be helpful for any foreigners staying.

• Samantha (5/5): Passable - Rooms are big and has a toilet at level 2 LOTS of mosquitoes. Near station but no malls or eateries nearby.
• Jewel (3/5): Industrial-like estate with comfortable beds but A LOT of mosquitoes - Keys were easy to collect from the gate outside. There was aircon in each room and a toilet (although no bath or mirror) on the second floor. The rooms were big and the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had quite advanced equipment with suction in the cooking hood and toilet. Laundry detergent is provided for clothes washing. As this was a landed property, a security camera was facing the door to show who was at the door. The host also provided ample insect sprays to combat the insect situation in the area. There are a few convenience stores with ready-to-eat food and a Dominoes within walking distance. The steps were extremely steep so older people/people with disabilities should be cautious. The light above the stairway was blown out so I had to purchase and replace it as it was dangerous going up/down the stairs with no light. But the host was nice and kind enough to refund me for the cost of the replacement light :) The portable lamps outside were also not working as the batteries died so it is very dark outside at night. Wished the cleaners had checked and replaced them before we came... There were a lot of mosquitoes on the way to the property (even at the train stations) so I would recommend spraying some insect repellent! The neighbourhood is quiet, with many factories/warehouses so there are no supermarkets/malls in the vicinity, Although it was stated that the property was near a train station, do note that it is a SUBWAY station so you will need to change and pay extra fare if you were to change to the main train stations.
