• WATANABE (2/5): 最悪でした - スタッフの方が注意等はしっかりと対応してくださった ・洗濯機が汚い。乾燥機は開けると固まったホコリが落ちてくるレベルで詰まっている。 ・同フロアに複数名の中国人の転売用商品購入目的であろうグループが滞在。部屋の外に買い物袋等のゴミを散乱させる。 ・他フロアの仲間とそのグループは夜中に廊下で馬鹿騒ぎをする。 ・文化の違いなのか、寝る際に靴と靴下を廊下に出して寝る宿泊者が居るため、廊下に悪臭が広がる。

• Šimon (7/5): Good value for money - The location is great, quite close to both Tokyo station and imperial palace even on foot and close to multiple metro stations. It's also quiet and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The room as well as the bed are both very small and even though we were prepared for that it's not the most comfortable. The staff barely spoke english and it was hard to communicate at times.
• Charlotte (6/5): It was alright but I would have appreciated help. - It was a comfortable and fairly clean room, with a fridge and aircon/heating. I didn't realise it was self-check in, although the moment I checked in a member of staff appeared. I found the self-check in to be very confusing, and it didn't seem like there was any staff around to ask for help, so it took me a while to get checked in. It wasn't ideal as I had been travelling for over 24 hours and hadn't gotten any sleep, I wish there had been a way to get the staffs attention for help.

• Alessandra (3/5): Convenient location but disappointing - The position of the property is convenient and well connected with public transport We opted for breakfast thinking it was served at the property (on the website and on Booking it is not specified the breakfast is outside), but the breakfast place is indeed 7min walk from the hotel, which makes it very inconvenient with the scheduling. Staff can be rude. Toilet paper was not refilled.

• Ivan (8/5): - The hotel was quite okay overall, and the location was also good. The main downside is that the room is extremely small, which makes the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom is also very small, adding to the inconvenience. Aside from the limited space, everything else was acceptable.
• Pol (9/5): Top hotel voor kort verblijf en locatie - Het bed was heerlijk en de service was top, de badkamer was ruim en de douche was heerlijk, daarnaast was de hygiëne top , de locatie was redelijk dichtbij van tokyo station maar er waren nog veel meer stations in de buurt, er waren extra` s die verassend fijn waren zoals haarfohn, haarkam, extraspiegels, tandenborstels en andere benodigdheden en bij de receptie kan je een strijkijzer vragen enige nadeel was dat er niet heel veel ruimte was om kleding op te hangen maar genoeg voor 5 dagen als je elke dag iets anders aan doet voor de rest geen problemen

• Paulo (9/5): Meio Distante e ao Mesmo Tempo Próximo de Tudo - O hotel tem esse estilo de franquia, e isso é muito bom. Quarto e banheiro limpos, água quente e várias comodidades. Agilidade de check-in. Só tinha a opção quarto para fumante e isso atacou a minha alergia de uma forma que eu nem sabia que era possível. Especialmente porque passei cinco noites lá. O lugar dele é meio fora de mão de tudo, mas com uma caminhadinha puxada, tudo se resolve. Café da manhã poderia ser servido pelo preço.

Avevo la prima colazione compresa, ma non è una colazione da hotel, ti rifilano dei voucher da 700¥ utilizzabili in un bar a 500 metri dall'hotel, dove puoi scegliere su una lista tra una bevanda e uno tra tre panini (wurstel, wurstel con senape o affettato non ben definito).
• Sang (1/5): - I was told on arrival at the hotel I did not have a reservation as they had no vacancy, they were overbooked. I spent almost JPY10,000 taxi fare to get to the hotel from Haneda Airport. They could not find me another accommodation, I sat in their little front lobby until 5am and was told to leave. Who is going to compensate for the taxi fare?

• AZUMI (5/5): 価格と同じ宿泊施設 - 清潔感があり、それなりにリラックスできて良かった。 受付時に外国の方だったからか、泊まる際の説明が全くなかった。清掃がして欲しいパターンとして欲しくないパターンの2種類のドアステッカーがホテルによって違うのに、それの説明が無かったから、すっかり清掃頼むのを忘れてしまい、2泊3日だったが、入浴のタオルが交換出来なくて困った。

• domingo (10/5): would love to have stayed more as its really good both price and the place - really nice hotel with lots of facilities available. very tidy place slecially the room. new and everything is provided and really had a good rest. if we can have a microwave in the room would be nice and save us from going to 2nd floor specially during winter and the hallway is open air from outside

• Piers (4/5): - Near a 7/11 and subway but so is all of Tokyo Staff wouldn’t let us store backs in the lobby with other bags that had been left in the lobby. Corridor always stunk of cigarettes and the room did too if you didn’t leave the window open all day. Cleaning staff didn’t clean the room even when requested and the sign left on the door. When they eventually came to do it, cleaning staff was rude and reluctant to do so. Also the TV didn’t work.

• Joe (8/5): I would definitely consider staying at this place again if traveling with friends or partner. - I like the privacy and the fact that the building, although in a busy district, had natural light entering at all times of the day. Also location was convenient. I would not recommend this location to families since there is no breakfast, and the place is mainly for travelers needing a place to sleep.

• Kazuko (7/5): 駅からそこそこ近く利便性も良かったです - 駅から気持ち離れていたけれど翌日の目的地までは歩いて行けたので地理的に良かったです コンセント🔌も２ヶ所あったしアメニティも揃っていたからそこまで不便は感じなかったかな しいて言うなら荷物置き場がなかった ベッドの上かテレビ台にしか荷物を置けなかったから少しモヤりました 空気清浄機がわからなかったせいもあるけど使えなかった スイッチ入れれば起動するくらいになってたらより良かったと思います

• CHIAHUA (10/5): 聽得到走廊的交談聲，不過難免，基本上都很安靜。電梯只有一台，退房時間大家到點才退，所以會等比較久的電梯 - 設備都是新的 沒有不滿意的地方

I spent the whole evening waiting for it as requested, but the staff failed to notify me when it arrived. I only realized it was there hours later when I asked at front desk
