• Ugur (10/5): - Öncelikle çalışanlar gerçekten son derece ilgili nazik ve kibarlardı. Özellikle KİKİ tek kelimeyle bir harikaydı hem de seni çok sevdik en kısa sürede tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Üç odada üç kişi konakladık fakat maalesef dört kişinin yemek ücretini ödedik sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği.
• Bernd (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit einigen Schwachpunkt en. 5 Sterne sind fragwürdig. - Lage, Strand, Pool, Größe der Zimmer, Ausstattung... Alles wunderbar. Der Feuermelder in unserem Zimmer ist fast jeden Tag einmal für ein paar Sekunden losgegangen. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nicht wirklich reagiert. Das Essen ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel so lala. Z.b. ist das Rührei beim Frühstück aus Eipulver und nicht aus frischen Eiern gemacht, Gegrilltes war oft verbrannt und teilweise sehr fad gewürzt. Für das Wasser beim Essen muss man extra zahlen (1l für €4,50) sonst sind die Preise für Getränke ok. Teilweise schmutziges Geschirr beim Buffet Zu Laute Musik im Speisesaal. Die Betten sind sehr (für mich zu) weich.

• Grozdena (10/5): Great holiday in Chariotis - This was our 2nd time in this hotel, we were impressed last year but unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we couldn't enjoy the beach and the pool much, that's why we decided to go back this year and we had an amazing time. We loved that the water in the pool was heated , food was delicious and various- just like last year. We had our room perfectly cleaned and tidied every day (thank you so much for this because we were really messy 🫣). We arrived at around 11:00 and check in time is normally after 15:00 but we got our room almost immediately, while waiting we got access to their VIP room with all drinks and snacks, that was lovely 😊. I would like to give only one small remark about the lighting of the rooms- we found them dark in the evening which made it difficult to get ready and put make up and it would have been nice if we had an extra mirror 😁. But of course those are small inconveniences which didn't effect our stay in a bad way.

• Shpend (10/5): A stylish, peaceful, and relaxing stay! - Beautiful and relaxing adults only atmosphere with a very modern and stylish design. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool area was excellent and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, and the center of Hanioti while still feeling quiet and private. Breakfast and dinner was fresh and varied, and overall the hotel had a very calm and premium vibe. Very little to complain about.

Sehr gutes Essen, überall war es sehr sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Publikum ziemlich international vor allem Gäste aus den umliegenden Balkanländern. Wenige hundert Meter entfernt gibt es im Ortskern viele Geschäfte, Eiscafes, Restaurants. Das Benehmen mancher Gäste.

• Claudiu (10/5): Absolut mulțumiți 🥰 - Încep cu felicitări pentru tot personalul care a fost exemplar, cum rar întâlnești ca toți să fie într-o stare de bine cu zâmbetul pe buze și extrem de atenți la clienți. Mâncare bună, cafea bună, vibe bun,piscină încălzită foarte utilă mai ales ca am prins zile și mai puțin călduroase,barul de lângă plajă îți conferă o imagine și o priveliște deosebită. Nu este neapărat un așa minus dar poate pentru un hotel de 5* anumite elemente în camere sau cel puțin în baie să arate de 4* și spune asta pentru ca ușa era foarte veche ca și structura la cabină de dush, dar pot spune ca au compensat produsele puse la dispoziție își servoxul de curățenie zilnic.

It is a gorgeous hotel with beautiful decor, a lovely pool area and restaurant. It was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very nice with a balcony and view of the sea. Food was great and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Andreas who provided us with local places to go around the hotel and in Thessaloniki. Would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

My partner and I stayed here on our first trip to Greece, and we truly couldn’t have picked a better hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. Every single member of the staff deserves recognition – you can feel they genuinely care and want you to have the best time. We were surprised with an upgrade to a sea view room, which meant so much to us, and for our special occasion, they even gifted us a lovely bottle of wine. Such a thoughtful and personal touch. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the housekeeping ladies are just wonderful, kind women who always greet you with a smile. The restaurant staff are also amazing – so pleasant and always ready to give advice or recommendations, which made every meal even more enjoyable. Warm water, the beach literally a few steps away… everything you need is right there. The food was delicious and varied – we enjoyed every single meal. Also, a big shoutout to the pool staff – they truly take care of you so you never feel like you’re missing anything. From refreshing drinks to little touches like moisturizing face care (which honestly feels amazing on a hot day), they think of everything. The beachfront gym is such a great idea – working out with that view just hits different. Absolutely next level. It doesn’t get better than that. A very special thank you goes to Andreas. He really went above and beyond to help plan our trip and made sure our stay and our experience of Greece were on the highest level possible. Always smiling, always kind, and doing everything from the heart. We honestly feel like we made a new friend. Without a doubt, this has been our best experience so far. I would highly recommend half boarding and Haute Life option it just makes your life even - The layout allows easy access to all its amenities, the decor is calming and it’s super close to surrounding eateries. Nothing to complain about really, just some door handles needed tighten for some areas and the pool was never really heated otherwise all good

Des espaces de salon sont douillets et cosy. La vue est magnifique depuis la chambre et depuis la piscine, avec cet accès à la plage. La chambre est belle et confortable avec de nombreux équipements. La salle de sport est très bien équipée elle aussi. Le personnel est aux petits soins , souriant et disponible. Peut être les plats sucrés du petits dejeuner…

Odamıza yakın secret pool vardı, sakin ve vakit geçirmesi keyifli bir havuzdu. Her imkanından yararlandık ve oteli cok sevdik.

Right from the moment we arrived, we felt what truly sets this place apart: *“Relax, you’re on holiday.”* – and that’s exactly what we experienced from the very first minute. We arrived by car and were warmly greeted by a friendly porter responsible for the spacious, secure parking area. Shortly afterward, two extremely welcoming staff members, who were already expecting us, took over. One of them handled our car and luggage, while the other guided us directly to the stylishly designed lounge. There, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink and chilled, moist towels – a very thoughtful gesture after the journey. While we relaxed, our passports were taken care of, the check-in was completed entirely for us (including a complimentary upgrade to an even more beautiful room), the car was parked, and our luggage brought to the room. We were then personally escorted there – a welcome just the way it should be. What truly made this stay exceptional was the team. Never before have we encountered so many sincere, warm-hearted, and dedicated staff members. We wish we had remembered every single name – that's how much we appreciated the personal, genuine, and absolutely authentic service. No wish went unfulfilled. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, attentive, and consistently friendly. We never once felt like “just guests” – we always felt genuinely welcome. One example of this outstanding hospitality: during breakfast, one of the coffee machines suddenly broke down. The team responded immediately – although it's usually self-service, staff started bringing coffee directly to the tables. A small detail perhaps, but moments like these make all the difference. Sadly, there are always people who complain even in such situations – but that says more about them than it does about the hotel.

• Hans (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder. - Reisezeit Ende Oktober, Hotel hatte die letzte Wiche geöffnet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den kleinen „Reihenhäusern“ > Cabana Pool View, sehr angenehm. Auswahlmöglichkeiten ist auf Booking.com nicht ganz ersichtlich. Es gibt daneben noch das Haupthaus und ein weiteres Apartmentgebäude mit eigenem Pool. Super Anlage, nicht ausgebucht und alle gechillt. Sehr freundliches und junges englischsprachiges Personal. Warmer Pool und Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser direkt am Hotel. Frühstück und Dinner beides Buffet hervorragend. Wenn überhaupt bei Allergie, die überall herumspringenden Katzen. Glaube die sind in Griechenland heilig.

Man muss für die Getränke (auch Softdrinks und Wasser) am Abendessen extra bezahlen.

Slightly on the expensive side for drinks and food but ov - Location, staff and service, cleanliness, beautiful design we only had b&b so didn’t experience the buffet dinner. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast but the food at the antonino’s restaurant wasn’t 5* for us. Was also very pricey with drinks to match. Didn’t feel like we were getting our moneys worth.

Food was delicious, dinner was different and various every evening , breakfast was always tasty, a lot of choice, I loved the fresh orange juice machine. Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind — they checked in with us every day to ask how our holiday was going and promptly responded to every request we had. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was outstanding — everything was spotless and well maintained. The beach was beautiful, the pool area relaxing and perfectly kept, and the overall atmosphere truly made us feel at ease. Everything exceeded our expectations — a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and care. Highly recommended! There is nothing we didn't like.

• MIHAELA ALEXANDRINA (10/5): A True 5-Star Experience in Greece - True 5-star hotel that fully deserves every star! Everything was flawless, from luggage handling and check-in to departure. It’s the only hotel in Greece where I truly felt the real 5-star standard. Spotless cleanliness and perfectly maintained facilities. Beds in all rooms are larger than described (160 cm wide). Breakfast was extremely varied, and dinner offered the same rich selection. Beach towels provided free and even changed 2–3 times a day. Staff attentive, professional, and always helpful. An outstanding experience I would recommend without hesitation! Two small suggestions for improvement: Sometimes people from outside the hotel were using the free sunbeds without staff realizing it. A simple system of asking for the room number and name would help. At dinner, it would be nice if at least a glass of tap water was offered by default. We didn’t mind buying water, but I noticed some guests discussing this.
