• TETSUYA (6/5): - 駅からも近く、アーケード沿いなので利用しやすい環境 冷蔵庫が壊れてて使用出来なかった。

• low (5/5): 安さのみといった感じです - かなり安かったですが、必要な設備は準備されていました。 治安はあまり良くないですが、スーパーや飲食店、コンビニも近いので、ロケーションは悪くないように思います。 かなり古く、壁紙が剥がれていたりと老朽化が目立ちます。 部屋にたどり着くまでの階段が狭くて急角度。 大きなキャリーケースだと、大変です。 1番ひどかったのは下水の匂い。 キッチンのゴムパッキンが機能していませんでした。 （応急処置をしたら匂いはおさまりました） 生活音がダダ漏れです。 最後に 階段の電気を夜消す理由がよくわかりません。 前述したように、階段が狭いかつ急角度なので、非常に危険です。 節約については理解しますが、家ではなく宿泊施設なのですから、24時間点けておくべきです。

• Zairet (6/5): - It was well located. 2 stations from Namba. Convenience stores and restaurants around. The bed was so uncomfortable. Same the pillows and the room had a funny smell :/

• Gersende (1/5): Passez votre chemin … - Localisation proche des transports en commun. Logement fortement déconseillé pour ces raisons : - Logement réservé sur booking ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons eu finalement. - Logement en rez-de-chaussée, des plantes poussaient dans l’évacuation de la climatisation et une odeur désagréable s’en échappé. - Chambre non nettoyée à notre arrivée: poils et cheveux des précédents, sol collant, toiles d’araignées avec saletés et poussières dans tous les recoins de la pièce. Nous avons dû nettoyer ce qu’il fallait nous même. - Très forte odeur d’humidité dans le logement et encore plus sous l’évier de la cuisine (rempli de toiles d’araignées). - Sommier du lit complètement décomposé au point de passer à travers. Nous avons du enlever le matelas pour remettre nous même toutes les lattes du lit. - Climatisation non fonctionnelle, nous avons du remettre en place la connexion entre la clime et sa télécommande. (météo : 40°C et 90% d’humidité) - Au vu de tous les incidents constatés dès notre arrivée, nous avons souhaité annuler notre réservation avec un remboursement pour changer d’hébergement. Cela a été refusé, il nous a été proposé en compensation pour ces désagréments, un check out tardif gratuit pour 12h, soit 1 heure supplémentaire. Résultat, le jour du check out, le monsieur du ménage est arrivé à 11h, a toqué à notre porte en nous demandant de partir car il n’était pas au courant du late check out qu’il nous a été accordé… après l’aide d’une autre personne nous avons réussi à faire entendre notre départ pour 12h. Cette dernière expérience dans ce logement résume complément le manque de sérieux et de respect du propriétaire de ces lieux, qui ne propose aucune réelle solution et dont les négociations sont douteuses.

• Segaud (9/5): Super chambre - Pour le prix je trouve que c'était vraiment un super endroit, en plus de ça l'hôtel est situé dans une rue marchande très sympathique où on y a croisé que des locaux, la douche et toilette a part, un micro-ondes un frigo 👌 Le seul défaut était les lattes du lit du bas car elle n'étaient pas correctement fixé du coup le matelas tombait d'un coup quand je m'asseyais dessus un peu trop longtemps mais j'imagine qu'ils le reglerons bientôt
