• Heath (9/5): Superb - The house is very large with many rooms, an excellent choice for many people staying together on a trip. There were multiple showers and toilets to support a large group as well. The living and dining spaces are also spacious enough to allow gather everyone. The neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here if I were staying in Tokyo with family. The walking distance to the Keikyu line's Heiwajima stop can be lengthy for some people and the local train schedule that makes the stop is not as frequent. However these are both reasonable expectations for a property of this size as it's probably prohibitively expensive to have a larger property in denser neighborhoods.
• Gaoxong (8/5): Very good - Nice, neighborhood. Easy to get around on foot and loved that the train station was close by. The bed springs were hard to sleep on and we had some issues with internet not working. It would be helpful to have a dryer in the house to dry our clothes. We're a large family so it was hard to hang clothes around and wait for them to dry. We have kids so it was hard for kids to not have a yard to run around in but we were able to find a park close by.
• Aaron (8/5): Nice quiet accommodation - Location was good. Large house with many rooms. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to a train station. Beds were hard, with the mattresses having a hard spring or something in them. Had to take a doona from rooms that weren't in use and lay it on top of the ones we were using to soften the mattresses.

• Juan (9/5): Excellent stay convenient to train station that is next to a grocery store. - It was spacious, extremely clean, every room had control of temperature. We were a party of 14 and had plenty of options for sleeping accommodations. Neighborhood is clean, quiet, and easy access to train, shops, and food. WiFi is not reliable. We needed a guide of some sort on how to operate water, showers, laundry, etc. We were able to figure it out using Google Translate.
