- R (9/5): - フォションホテルの近くで市場にも徒歩で行けて、しかも直線なので迷わない。 バスの本数も多かったので京都駅に帰るのも便利でした。またこのごろの京都でこの値段はなかなか良いと思います。 ホテルからホテルへの移動だったので宅配便を利用していたのですが、こちらのホテルからは着払いしかできないと言われ、自分で隣の隣にあるヤマトさんの営業所まで持っていくことになりました。 また着いた時に宅配便を出してもらう時もスタッフさんが箱を床で引きずっていて、耐久性が落ちるのでそれはちょっと…となりました…

Нельзя оставить багаж после чек-аута. Персонал (разные люди несколько раз) часто не здоровался, в т.ч. в ответ на приветствие, что весьма необычно для японских отелей.

- Betül (10/5): - Biz çift kişilik iki yatak odalı olarak kaldık içi ferahtı 2 büyük bavulu kolaylıkla açtık, tertemizdi ve çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü ve alt katta çamaşırhane, odalarda hava temizleme makinası, mikrodalga vs. Vardı. Memnun kaldık ve konumu da çok iyiydi.

- Tyler (3/5): Bad - Good location It’s significantly below the standard of a typical budget Japanese business hotel. They refused to store luggage after checkout, which can be extremely problematic. The bathroom is almost too small to use at all. I was stuck with an absolutely disgusting smoking room. Uncomfortable and detracted from the experience.

- Debra (3/5): Never again - Good location and decent bathroom I accidentally booked a single smoking room and when I arrived with my 12 year old daughter, they informed me that I’d only booked for one person and it was smoking and my daughter could not stay. They offered me a ‘pet room’, but wouldn’t actually take the booking directly so made me book through booking.com or agoda which both said they were sold out. They then said I could pay extra and have my daughter stay in the smoking room. I asked if I could forfeit the first night and cancel my booking (booking.com rules). They said I would be forfeiting first night and 50% of second night (but still was unsure what refund I would get), so instead of cancelling, I took the smoking room, paid extra for my daughter (which is fine), stayed 5 nights (they had a notice in the room to say no cleaning of room if you are staying under a week. Disgusting) Would not hold luggage when we checked out. Knocking on door when 10 minutes late to check out. Would not recommend.

- Santa (8/5): 京都を安くゆったりくつろげる - 場所は写真の通り住宅街に面し、様々な方面から歩いて来れる。大阪の安宿が怖い、しかし奈良はやっぱり遠い・・・という方にもおすすめできるだろう。アメニティなどはまずまずで、ベッドは少し硬く安眠できた。普通が一番である。 チェックインの入力に際して、タッチパネルにかなり手こずった。手書きの方が早く済むので、今度は選べるならそちらにしたい。 また、強いていうならインスタントのコーヒーが欲しかった。こちらは近くのコンビニで高いやつを買って持参した。

- Yukino (1/5): 最悪です。 - ないです。 トイレの便座に前の方？の大便がついていました。 掃除をお願いしたら、「写真は撮りましたか？」と言われました。（他人の大便の写真を撮るべきだったのでしょうか？）更に、清掃員は帰ったから掃除はできないと言われました。室内にはゴミが落ちており、その中には前の方の名前が書かれた何かのチケットのような物もありました。個人情報の観点からも廃棄しておくべきだと感じました。従業員の態度も悪く、2度と行きたくないです。
